Why are there no IRS form W-9 and other standard templates

How do i find a template for IRS W9 - we have uploaded the form and tried to create one and its never perfect - there should be standard templates like this provided by docusign - any ideas or good solutions others have used ? same thin for W-4 I-9

The New button (used to send envelops) doesn't display in the top bar of my docusign homepage, does anyone know why this is or how I can get it added?

I've just created my docusign account today and need to submit a document for signature. According to the video tutorials I've watched, the way I do this is to start by clicking the 'New' button positioned in the top banner of the homepage. However I don't seem to have this button. Do you therefore know how I can get this added? or how I can send envelops in another way?

So I have a lease that has been signed by all. I just saw that I have the rental address correct in the lease but not correct on the Header for all 25 pages. How can I fix that? Or do I need to resend lease out with corrections?

Why is docusign stating that I am out of envelopes when I hav docusign personal and have only sent 1 this month?

Hi, I paid for a year of docusign personal last August. I get 5 sends a month and have only sent 1 this month, yet docusign states that I am out of envelopes and it is asking me to upgrade. Has anyone else encountered this? I am on hold with docusign currently and hoping to get an answer but wanted to also post here just in case. Thank you in advance if anyone can help out!

New to DocuSign - How to create fillable form for multiple recipients

​I have spent a long time reviewing videos, reading Community posts and scanning how-to documents, but I still don't understand this. I'm sorry. I have a PDF file that I would like to make into a fillable form. I have multiple recipients who will need to check boxes within the form and sign the form. I see where I can create an "envelope," upload my PDF and add DocuSign fields - checkboxes and signature fields - to the form. But in the upper-left dropdown, it's per recipient. How can I copy/paste or in some other way make all of the DocuSign form fields available to all of the recipients? Surely I'm not supposed to recreate a fillable form for every single recipient? Isn't there a faster way? Thank you!

Does DocuSign have the capability to send multiple documents for signature without sending an email for each document?

It is not an option to combine all the documents into one file for signature. Each document needs to be reviewed separately.

How do you change the default on-screen message when your recipient signed the envelope.

Background info: The envelope only has 1 recipient. When my recipient signed the document, DocuSign displays the following message: "You're Done! You'll receive an email copy once everyone has signed" (see attached screenshot) Since there is only 1 recipient for my envelope, this message does not really apply. Is there a way i change this message?

If the document needs several signatories is it possible to "reassign" to more than one signatory?

​I need 6 people to sign and was sent a DocuSign request with my name in every signature block. Can I reassign each block to a different person? Or is this function limited to one person at a time?

How can I request previous recipients make revisions without signing myself?

Say the first person in a signing order did not attach a necessary document. I can markup or change a field to trigger a revision which will return the document to them to initial and hopefully read and attach the missing document. The problem is that they could just initial my markup/revision without taking the action I requested, thus completing the envelope. What I want is to be able to kick an envelope back to previous signers without first signing it. In other words, I want to always have final approval.
