Is there any solution to text fields that allow for free responses to not run through the text box field given on the document? Creating a survey form where there can be long or short answers and when I get a long response its text runs into the next question when I download and look at the responses on the document. 

I am the Docusign Admin, I want to know if I turn on “DELEGATION” function under the setting page, I think it will apply to all envelop?  Can we only limit “delegation” allows for specific envelopes only? how?  

I’m not able to find a clear instruction on signing a pdf that makes any sense.I’ve googled and looked at the advice you offer, but it doesn’t clarify how I can actually sign the document. The ‘support’ section is a mess.

Hi, we have DocuSign in our Salesforce platform for generating documents.Some users receive the below error when trying to generate a document:"Insufficient "Read" access on field "Record ID" on object "Gen Auth Info"It seems to be a missing permission on that user on salesforce. Do you know which permission that could be?

Hi All,I need to log into a Docusign account held by my company, but cant seem to be able to use the company account ID to login. Is there a way to log in to the account using the company Account ID (not an email address)? 

I have a template set up with 3 different signers, the client and both of the clients parents. The first signer is the client, signers two and three are the parents. When I type in signer two, the first parent, it fills/changes the name for signer three and if i enter the email address it changes that too. the reverse is true as well, if I put info in signer three, it changes signer two. I exited DocuSign  and went back in to the template, same problem. it is only the one template.  Yes, I could recrate the whole template, but I’d rather figure out the problem in case it happens again!

I am created a new template and want to upload a file from and existing template but there no option.  I am unable to find a setting to allow this functionality.

As per subject, I would need a way to have Embedded Signers receiving the Completed e-mail when all signers completes the envelopes. My integration is within an Online Account Opening application and I have a possible scenario with a mixed combination of Embedded Signers (the main owner of the account being opened) and additional Remote Signers (the joint owners of that account).With this scenario the joint owners could complete the envelopes days after the main one completed the embedded signing procedure but only the Joint owners would receive the e-mail notification.I understand e-mail notification is off by default for embedded signers and that can make sense when a single signer is needed for a given envelope… but when multiple signers are involved, especially if mixed like in my case, this default behaviour sounds more like a Defect rather than a desired behaviour. I know I have the possibility to use the “embeddedRecipientStartURL” parameter with "SIGN_AT_DOCUSIGN" to set main o

I'm trying to create template with many tabs with API - each of them require separated API call (because of my internal requirements). Some tabs gets positive response but are missing in newly created template.How many API calls can I execute in one moment for one template?I know it's possible to create everything with one call but it's not my case, I need separated calls.  

We need to have a set of dynamic values populate in multiple places across many documents so we’ve chosen to use a template in which the first document is a ‘master sheet’ which contains pre-filled fields which populate across documents.This work great in the UI but not via the API. I eventually discovered this doc which describes a specific method required to enable data replication from the API but I can’t get this to work with either regular text fields or pre-filled text fields.I can’t tell if the docs are saying that the field data label needs to have “\*” in the UI or just in the API when updating but I’ve tried every combination I can think of and it only ever populates the first tab.I’ve made sure the correct setting is enabled as described here and have tried using both the create document tabs and create recipient tabs APIs.Has anyone else been able to get this working? Or can anyone describe a better strategy for what I’m trying to achieve?

I am looking for some help in getting contracts signed without knowing all the names and email addresses of the signers.  I believe this feature is called Conditional Routing.  Here is an overview of the two use cases….Use Case # 1 :  I am sending contracts that require multiple signatures.  I have the names and email address of the primary signer, but I need the signer to provide the name and email address of the approver.  I want DocuSign to forward the document to the approver for signature before returning it back to me with both signatures?   Use Case #2 - I want the signer to enter answer a question on the form (Married or Single), and depending on their answer it would require another field to be completed.  The other field would be the name and email address of the approver.  I want DocuSign to then forward the document to the approver for signature before returning it back to me with both signatures.   Finally, how do I know if my license has this feature?Thanks for your help.

hi all!I’ve created a template (with matching option) and I am having trouble with adding 2 Recipients with the Specify Recipient option.Here is my use case.There are 3 recipients:DocuSign Sender: knows the name and email of Recipient #1Recipient # 1 is the only one who knows the name and email for Recipient #2Recipient #2 is the only one knows the name and email for recipient #3Recipient #3 is the only one who will be signing the template. I was able to set it up successfully with only 1 recipient with Specify Recipient.  I can set it up with the 2 Specify Recipients, but when i try to send it, it’s requiring me to enter the name and email for Recipient 2, which I need Recipient 1 to enter.Any suggestions?

Does anyone know how I can make tick boxes a required field?

New user with a quick question on a template.  I created a template with a customer section at the top for them to fill in and signature area at the bottom.  The template is a contract used annually by 200-250 clients.  There is a middle section where we need to enter price, deposit amount and terms different for each customer.  Can this modification happen within docusign so the remainder of the template does not change?  If I modify every contract in say word then re-import I will have to reenter all of my fillable fields.  Thanks for any help. 

Hello I am trying to send a bulk envelope to our staff and when I add their names and email addresses to the sample upload spreadsheet is is giving me errors and asks me to complete Role 2 name and email - the sample CVS sheet is different to what I was expecting to have opened. Is anyone able to assist?Caroline 

Hi All, I had an interesting question from one of our departments this past week. Is there is setting within DocuSign to prevent lets say a google search from returning the Powerform URL in the search? For example, a student searches for course action form and receives the Powerform URL for a course action form in the search instead of the form landing page. Thank you! Rachel Sligar

We have multiple users sending docusign envelopes from Salesforce and, ideally, each agreement would be sent from an org-wide email rather than the individual user’s email?  I see via Shared Access that it is possible to send on behalf of another user, but I can’t find information on if this works from Salesforce and, if so, how.  Any info would be appreciated. 

Can someone please help me on how to download Void envelopes report of all the users only. I want to know which user has voided envelopes
