Not receiving emails from expired links, also not getting new links to sign documents (this is affecting more than just me in my organisation but Docusign is working fine for others). Made sure not on blocked email list and on safe receipients list but this has made no difference.

Dear All,I’m writing you because I need to know the difference between the two sections in Docusign:Some colleagues had a problem with the visualization of the powerform in docusign and it seems that the problem was because are added the users in the section number 2 and not 1.We thought that the section one and second had the same aim, but it seems not, also reading the yellow warning message. We don’t know what is the difference, if is there.Can you please help us to understand?thx

In the case object we are having a  multipicklist , if we select multiple picklist values we need to capture those values and get saved in the docusign gen template with diferent values.   how to conigure for multipicklist values?

Hi  I have scenario in which one of my client is unbale to access the docusign account as the admin user has email address has been deactivate. The client is not aware of any other admin user, if it exists.  We have done salesfroce to Ducisgn integration using Salesforce Docusign App. Can anyone please help, How can I get access to dosucisgn admin.

Hi!I am new here. I've just created new document for signing.How can I check for myself that everything is ok with my document (every fields at their places, everything is clear what and how to fill etc) before agent sees one and starts to bombarding me with questions (how should I fill this?, what is the field for? and so on)?In general, I would like to see what signer sees and do everything (fill in fields) signer should do before real sending. Yes, and sign in too.Is there some standard option for checking? If my question is standard one of in FAQ please share with me the link where one cleared. And my apologize, I tried to find but got no useful info.

The DocuSign Template Assistant for Word has been a gamechanger in terms of making a fillable template for the sender but I’ve run into some issues that seem minor but I can’t resolve.I’ve created a large number of Sender Fields but as I get more comfortable with the template options I’ve wanted to go back and edit field descriptions, sender field names, etc..  The sender fields are all still “active” in my document but many aren’t in my sender field list for me to edit. Can you re-order the sender fields?  I worked on the more simple fields first and then came back to the ones that were better served by using rules but now the document completion will be all out of order.Any advice would be appreciated.Jody

As a sender, we sent multiple Docusign links for signatures every week. But we couldn’t find signed copies if the contracts were not signed recently. Making our jobs very difficult because we need to pull out completed contracts which were signed before.

In my company we all use various templates from different offices and have variations to some of the forms we share. Is there a way to only have the templates I create to show up when matching templates for envelopes?

Hi I am new to DocuSign, but have completed about 10 PDS signings and everything works well.I would like to know if I somehow can “save” or “store” all my standard contracts in DocuSign and use them when I need.Right now I upload two contracts every time I get an order, but it would be nice if the contracts were already in DocuSign ready to be used and signed. Is that possible? Thank you so much.Best regards Frank

If someone sends me a document to sign, how can I see who else is being requested to sign and where their signature is required?  I want to be sure the correct people are being requested to sign a document, and that their signature is being requested in the correct places on the document.

Hello,  I’m new to docusign and really like it so far.  Situation: I sent 2 documents for signature in an envelope to 2 signatories.  Both documents required 1 signature from each person.  Only one document came back signed even though the status said that the envelope is complete. Question: What should I have done differently or did I miss before sending the documents to make the 2 documents ‘must sign’ for the signatories? Thank you for your time.  Really appreciate it. S

Hello - I am having an issue where I am now required to manually edit the envelope name when selecting a template.Previously, when a template was selected, the envelope name would automatically update to what was entered into the Subject Line for the first recipient (process 1) of the chosen template, and this was perfect for our business needs.With the recent ?update/changes, even with following the same process of uploading relevant documents and choosing the appropriate template, when we update the first recipient subject line, this no longer automatically populates the envelope name (process 2). Send an Envelope > Attach document (employment contract) > choose relevant template > update subject line (employment contract name - this would then auto generate envelope name) > next.Send an Envelope > Attach document (employment contract) > choose relevant template > update subject line (employment contract name) > update envelope name (employment contract name)
