how to DETACH an attachment. we attached the wrong document, need to delete the attachment.  How do we do this?

Hi, I recently had a contract signed by two parties. However, the date signed for the other party is in date format DD/MM/YYYY and mine was in MM/DD/YYYY. Will this contract be valid in case of needing to go to court? Or should I have the client resign in the correct date format? Which I’m not sure why their date format is like that since I had it set as MM/DD/YYYY. 

We reactivated the user’s profile hoping this would resolve the issue, but it did not. We also sent this same envelope to another user and it was received by the second user.

We currently only use Powerforms for new hires to fill out a new hire packet, including the W-4. We then manually transcribe all of the information into our payroll platform.We would like to be able to export the data from the new hire packet to streamline this process. Does Web Forms allow for the Form W-4 to be signed, that we could download the employee data AND save a PDF of the document for our records?  Thanks,Susie    

I can't see "Start" under Templates. 

I’ve created an envelope I need to send to 45 people to have signed.  I added the document and all 45 recipients.  They all need to sign the form individually using the same fields.  I added the fields but the color coding leads me to believe it’s only for the first person on the list.  I can’t tell if I hit send whether or not everyone will receive the same envelope or if only the first person on the list will have the fields to fill out.  It’s basically a bulk send but I don’t have the account tier to add all the names at once.I even tried a template but it asks me to add fields for every recipient.

Hello.  As the sender, is it possible to see the original message included within the completed email that gets returned once all parties sign? The original message appears in the completed email for all recipients but not for the sender. Thanks!

We have a contract for 400 people to sign. How do I ensure that my signature and initials are ALREADY on the contract when I send it to 400 people? I don't want to have to sign every contract independently. When sending, my signature is already recorded. Is it possible to do this?

My question is how to set the language for this.Change "本文档仅供演示使用。" to "This document is for demonstration purpose only."

Two weeks ago I opened a support case about double billing on my account. I received an email from Docusign billing support asking me some details to confirm ownership of my account. I responded immediately, and that’s the last I heard from Docusign support. Why is Docusign Support ignoring my open support case? I’ve made multiple requests for a phone callback and nothing. No calls, no voicemail indicating a call attempt. Nothing. How do I get Docusign to respond to my open support case??

I am trying to create a Power Automate flow to automatically send out an envelope upon uploading it to SharePoint. However, one of the documents in each envelope should only be visible to our internal stakeholders. Is there a way to customize it in the flow?So far, I have been using the 'document visibility' option manually each time when sending out an envelope.

The WebForm interface is far superior to having a signer navigate a tiny PDF on their phone.  So why hasn’t Docusign enabled a WebForm to be the primary content of an envelope, pre-filled with content by the sender, like we can today with a regular PDF or Word template?

I have a test script that I need route for pre-approval.  This is a word document with multiple check boxes at each test step.  These boxes are to be completed by the tester during execution of the test script.  However, when we rout the document for pre-approval, the fields are flattened and no longer editable.  Is there a way to prevent this? Certain formula fields will not save when I “Save and Close.” Fortunately, not all of my formulas are disappearing, but certain ones do over and over. I have set up these formulas six times, and every time I save the document, upon reopening the template the formula setup has been erased.

I have an e-signature workflow with three recipients: borrower, finance dept, and comptroller. I already have the process set up to allow the finance dept to decline the document.  I want to know if there is a way to set up a decline process for the comptroller recipient.  Say the finance department e-signs the document, but the 3rd level (comptroller) finds an issue with the document.  Is the comptroller (3rd recipient in this workflow) allowed to decline?  If so, I want the workflow to bounce back to the 2nd recipient, which in this case is Finance department.

Can you send a blind carbon copy in Docusign? I want to be able to send completed signed document to someone, but do not want anyone else on the thread to be able see their contact details.

Hi! New to DocuSign and I am creating templates for others in my company to use. Is it possible to have the required fields already set for when they need to use the template? That way they don’t have to set the required fields each time they are sending the template out for signature or completion.

As an admin, I set up a user account for a co-worker, but I made a mistake his email address, so he never received the invitation to log in.  I can’t change it because it is in Pending status, but he cannot activate his account because he does not have the email.  How can we resolve this?
