hi,I am trying to send envelope from a template with dynamically populating fields in template document through rest API in PHP but I face a problem. I add a recipient in a template of an envelope and also I provide other recipient information in "templateRoles" in the request from the API and also I add "tabLabel" and "value" for the custom tab fields. Now after sending envelope when I check document which is to be signed in the email of both recipients then i found that recipients that added in the template from my docusign web account got the document with only basic fields (name, email, date signed and sign) and custom field values to be empty text box (no value) and when I check for the recipient that I provide through api got document with basic fields values in left sidebar which has to be manually placed in document and no custom field in sidebar and no custom field values means nothing is populate on documnet only basic fields values set in left s

Hello, We are a doctors office trying to be as paperless as possible. We email the patient papterwork/templates prior to the appointments for patients to sign but wanted to know if there was a way for the patient’s to sign through the docusign app while in office(on the ipad) without logging into their individual emails. In other words, once we send out the template -- is the only way to sign through their emails? Is it possible to have a blank (non signed) template for patients to use on the docusign app without having to email it? Thank you in advance,

In DocuSign, is it possible to create a template that will auto-place the recipient's signature based on the text in the PDF document? I want the DocuSign template to be able to dynamically detect and place the signatures for all recipients automatically, so the person sending the envelope only has to worry about uploading the document and reviewing if the signature fields were placed correctly.

I signed a document in 2022.  I have not been able to find the document anywhere, not in my DocuSign account, other document signing accounts or email.  I had the sender email me the document and it was, as I thought, signed with DocuSign and as I suspected it seems to have been altered.  Why can’t I see it in my account and why didn’t I get an email when I signed it?  Is there a way for me to access it with the Envelope number?

The whole office is trying to use DocuSign but when they try and log in from their PC its asking them for a code which is being sent to my email as im the one who set it up, im only part time and if they need a document i need them to be able to get access to it. Can i remove this security feature?

I can see the PDF and Certificate can be automatically merged by selecting the ‘Attach certificate of completion to envelope’ option. My question is, why doesn’t this occur by default? Can merging the documents create a security concern? 

We have a user with DS Viewer permission. He wants to view the report of all the envelopes signed by him. Despite the Reports Tab being visible in his login, the generated reports exhibit blank data. He cannot view any details of the signed envelopes from the Reports.Is this the expected functionality for a user with DS Viewer permission, and if so, why is the Reports Tab displayed for such users?    

Can I create a user account to be used in multiple locations and not be knocked out of the account when someone else logins into the same account?

I am creating templates that will have multiple pricing options for the customer to Approve or Decline various scopes.  I was asked if I can get a total.  I can….but then the question is if a customer declines or approves the total wouldn’t be accurate, if declining one scope.How do I setup the form?  There may be a better way to put this together but below is an easy example with 2 items from the customer side.  

I’m using the free version.  I have 57 recipients.  I’m entering them one by one, and twice now, when I have about 30 recipients entered, I have an error message for all of them starting at recipient no 11.   It says: There was an error saving one of your recipients. Please try again.   First 10 recipients are good.  What is going on and why does the message appears only after I have so many entered?

I am an HR Manager and trying to set up a process to create a powerform link for managers to click on and complete on/offboarding forms that would be sent to various signers/departments. If I was to create a template that had more than one page, could I have certain pages go to certain signers and hide information on those forms from others? Or create one form and hide the fields such as wage information from others when they receive their copies? 

I purchased a 1 month plan without any annual commitment back in November just to get a one time 5 envelopes to send for that month and I noticed Docusign keeps charging me every month on my credit card since then even though my envelopes have expired and are now at 0 after only using 2 in reality. I can’t change my plan nor downgrade nor cancel anything as there aren’t any options on my profile nor does it seem like I have any active subscription, yet again, I’m being charged monthly on my credit card for nothing in return and I can’t log in to the support case page to open a ticket…Please help!

How do I set up signature order for a customer to either Accept or Decline insurance coverage?

I am sending an agreement to a married couple to both sign and initial. I only have 1 email address and was wondering if there was a way to have both of them sign it without having to add another separate recipient.I’d like for them to be able to open it and both sign it simultaneously instead of needing to go through the identical process twice in a row.Is this an option or do I need to get the 2nd email address to prove that it was received and reviewed individually? Appreciate your time and assistanceHave a great day,

Hello, the former user of Docusign at my office retired and I inherited it.  We have changed it all over from her to me however when a client views, signs, etc., the email notification is still being sent to her and she has to forward it to me.  How do I change that to my email address so we can cut her out of it all together?  My email is on the account but somehow hers is still in there only for the notifications but still, those are important; and she doesn’t want to get them anymore.Thank you!

I am trying to see if when someone with a paid for Part 11 account sends me a document and I sign if it’ll have a Part 11 signature even though I have a trial account.

Hi, I want a collegue within my company to review a document that I am planning to send out to an external party. I want him to receive a copy, and approve prior to me creating the envelop to send. Is this doable within DocuSign workflow, or should I do the review outside DocuSign workflow? Thanks!

Hi there,I am trying to update my email address but I can not seem to do it. Every time, I enter in the verification code that is sent to the new email address I receive and error message stating that there was and error with the verification and to try again later. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have looked at all the support documentation, however, none of it has been helpful.

Scenario: Creating a self-service contract renewal process. Will use a picklist on the Quote record in Salesforce to opt-in records to the program. Once in, Salesforce Marketing Cloud will ingest the records to a Journey. This journey will email the customer at intervals of 120, 90, 60 30 days before their renewal deadline.Issue / Decision: I need to be able to present the customer with a PDF order form to sign that would be generated from the SF Quote. The order would ideally have Docusign tags included so the customer can sign when they receive it. Having trouble solutioning how to get the order form to work. Looking for ideas.  

  If we do will it enable comments on all existing templates or just new ones going forward? Is there a way to set the option on but the default off?

I am building new hire document, hiring manager would send it to the employee, is there anyway once the document is completed a notification is sent to a 3rd party (IT for example) that only contains name/email/phone number of the signer and not other documents that they signed? . Basically I am looking to avoid having a person email IT to get their credentials set up in the system and instead have it automated notification.
