Hello,  When I adding a checkbox to the document it is added as ‘checkbox group’ how can I disable it?How can I add an individual checkbox? 

I currently have a Powerform in use. It has a initial person that fills out the form with their information. The form then goes through the signing order for review and signatures. I am trying to figure out how the initial person that fills out the form can receive email updates of the form. Must people that fill the form out are guest users and do not have a account. 

I have corrected a bulk send multiple times to extend the expiration date but it keeps reverting back to the original expiration date. has anyone experienced this? How can I correct it?

I’m trying to set up a envelope that requires a wet signature from one of the signers. I have done a test send and the recipient does not have the option to Print and Sign. Is there any settings that we need to activate? or any way to require a wet signature on a document via DocuSign?

Hello fellow members,If I email someone a document signed by docusign and they were not part of the envelope, should the certificate of completion be sent together with the signed document or not ? Does sending it pose a security risk in any way shape or form, given that some personal information is written in it, such as name, email, position etc ?  Thank you

En revanche pour autre champ texte, j’a coché également que les destinataires peuvent collaborer et j’ai un message d’erreur lors de la constitution de l’enveloppe. Hello! I am trying to send a bulk invite template to 5,000 people. Once the document is signed, I would like to export the signed documents to a .csv file report. Is it possible to filter out the people who have signed the document, so that the report only includes documents with the “complete” status? I do not want to include people who have not yet signed in the report. Thank you!

How I can solve the following problems?1- When the powerform has been completed, if the FO accesses the link again he receives no warning that the powerform process has been already completed. Do you know if exists a way to have a block in case of accidentally re-accesses the same email?2- It seems that the hyperlink can also be used by e-mail addresses other than those who received the powerform. Is it possible to set some sort of block for each powerform sent, so that it cannot be forwarded by the recipient to be used by another e-mail address?3- What the function is for quantity-based usage setting in the advanced options?thank you for your supportBR

Hello,In DocuSign, I have unchecked the "Notify me when an envelope is completed" box in the email preferences for signers. However, the recipient still receives an email after signing that says: "All parties have completed «document’s subject»". How can I stop this email from being sent?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards, 

supported file format to upload logos seems to be XML only, how do I upload Jpg or Png format. secondly is there way to enlarge the logo? 

Hi all,We are sending our new hires information and forms to complete and sign.  Then the entire packet comes back to the recruiter who also has to sign in a few places.  Is there a way to only get back the pages that the new hire completed and eliminate all the informational pages that come back?  We send a very long policy document as well as other information.  When we get this back we need to send the completed data pages only on to others to create an employee ID.Thank you for your help! 

Hi guys,First of all, sorry if this is not posted in the correct category.Is there a way to send multiple documents to different recipients ?Such as → Document-1 sent to recipient-1              → Document-2 sent to recipient-2 Perhaps a CSV file with the different data between Document-1 and Document-2 could work ?With everything in a unique bulk or something like that.Thank you for you help !  Anthony

I have two documents in my envelope, and I want to make it so that each document is it’s own section. The signer should know that these are two different documents. So the ideal workflow I am describing is that the signer gets the email, opens the doc, and they can go through and sign part 1. Once done, they click next, sign part 2, and then they can submit. Is this possible?

I would like to ask if it is because we authenticated DocuSign developer account to our testing tenant with my credentials, it shows up my name on top(Highlighted)   Is it because we are in our testing phase and using developer account it is giving  Demonstration document only on top of page in offer letter?  

I am unable to do the final editing after creating an envelope.  There is no drop-down on the left to add signature fields, info, etc. When I click on Active (Send Now) the icon appears for the option to fill in the form or send blank.  When clicking to fill out the form, the form icon disappears & nothing happens.This is on my laptop Windows 10   

Hi, I’m the admin of an enterprise DocuSign account, now I’m dealing with the following issue. The previous admin convinced the enterprise owners to change DocuSign to another provider. The DocuSign account was downgraded to free, but, now years and years worth of signed documents are nowhere to be found… What should I do? I’ve already searched all the accounts and the last admin said there was a time limit to download the files… Please Help!

Can I restrict a user's ability to sign documents? I want certain users to have the ability to sign or initial documents, or issue documents for signature, but want to prevent their signing contracts via Docusign.
