I am adding text and checkboxes to a rather large application form and now it has suddenly stopped letting me add anything to the form! I have saved and logged out etc but when I go to start again with entering text and checkboxes it now deletes anything I try to add? Any ideas anyone?

I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to add anymore fields to your documents, I understand that any fields added after the documents was saved ends up deleting automatically.

Can you please try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again
