It’s been a month, but I managed to get the bridge letter to the auditors before it was escalated.

In the context of SOC (System and Organization Controls) reports, a bridge letter is a supplementary document that addresses the time gap between the end date of the SOC report and the current date. SOC reports, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3, are issued for specific periods, and their information can become outdated. Essentially, a bridge letter helps maintain the relevance of the SOC report and reassures stakeholders about the ongoing effectiveness of the service organization's controls.

I recommend creating a ticket (though I’m not sure where on DocuSign, as the original ticket was created by the Customer Success Account Manager for my request). Then, reach out to your designated account representative if you have Premier Support for follow-up and updates. In the end, the Customer Success Account Manager was the most responsive in this case, as I unfortunately did not receive any communication from the account representative.
