Why are the form fields blank after I send the document, even though I have filled them in and can see the completed form before I send?

Very basic contract signature workflow question re: how to...How is an 'envelope' (?) set up for contract signatures, 1st the consultant, then a final signature, pending the consultant's signature? In short, we want signatures in order - 1, 2, 3, etc...Or, is this all in a single envelope, and anybody can sign in any order, but Docusign simply doesn't deliver until all parties have signed?We don't need template, integration or sychronization w/ Google, Slack, MS, or other...

Sender has sent me several loan documents to e-sign, but none of the emails showed up in my Google inbox.  I have checked spam and safe senders.   My email address they used is ok.  Nothing bounced back to their end.  I also tried to access my DocuSign account but they would not accept the access code. On the other hand, my wife got hers ok in her Yahoo email inbox.  So it has to be the Google server or DocuSign does not cooperate with Google???

In my organisation i have two dept, can a employee be there in two dept? I am not able to add a person in two dept. Its showing only old dept while loging no switch between dept. 

Hi Everyone,I have created a envelope template in Docusign Setup on salesforce level and that template button added on the page layout level to send for signature. At the moment, when salesforce record comes to "Approved" stage then user clicks on "Send for signature" button to send the user for signature.I'm trying to automate this on salesforce when the record becomes Approved, then after 1 hour document should be sent for signature automatically with out manual click. Can you please suggest.Thank you! 

We want to enable the ability to require signatories to enter a code via SMS before signing, to verify their identity. We want to use Recipient Authentication and send them an SMS, but cannot find this in our demo/developer account. How do we get this capability added/enabled please?

Hi, is there a setting that allows you to receive an alert when a document sent by docusign has already been signed and sent by the recipient? 

I have created a powerform and would like to share it with the people that need it.  Is it possible to send them all a link where they would get access to the blank for filling out?  I thought there was a way but I can’t find it.  

My client accidentally used their initials for their signature.  I have opened up a several new envelopes so that they could actually sign the documents with their actual name instead of their signature.  However, DocuSign will not allow for their initials to be changed to an actual signature.  I even sent an envelop to another email address to see if that would work but sadly it did not work.  How do I fix this problem?  I pay $300/year for my plan.   Will my current plan allow me to fix this problem?

Hello fellow community members,I am trying to have two dates to be filled by the customer in the document during the signing session. One of the date is required and the other is optional. Both of them use different anchor tags i.e., <Cust1_DAT> and <Cust1_DAT_REQ>. The problem I am having is the date fields override each other.Below is the setupWhen I change in the top required one it changes the other and vice versa.I am using below C# code to create these tabs.signer.Tabs.DateTabs.Add(new Date { AnchorString = $"<Cust1_DAT>", Required = "false" });signer.Tabs.DateTabs.Add(new Date { AnchorString = $"<Cust1_DAT_REQ>", Required = "true" });I will appreciate any help in this regard.Thanks.

Is it that my account plan doesn't have this permission? I could set it up when I first registered my account 

Hi Community, I have a document in which vacations are requested, and people must add the dates, from - to. There are 2 text fields added with a date format.I would like to know if there is a way with a formula, to take the number of days chosen, for example, if I choose from Monday to Wednesday, that field returns the number 3. Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Hi all! I have a question about CLM permissions: The default permission we have always used is Full Subscriber. Apparently, that is out of compliance with our contract - which says “Community User licenses”. So, does anyone know what a “Community User” is? Is it different from a Full Subscriber? Thank you!

I would like to sign a document, but clicking the email link gives me an unknown error.The alternative method using the security code also gives me the same “unknown” error. I’ve checked the correct matching account emial, like twenty + times to make sure, this is not a typing issue. Still, this all is not working and there is no relevant error code.This s+++ks soo much. I’m a first time user and 100% disappointed, but the functionality, the help topics, that don’t help and on top, the help form, that is buggy and the send button is disabled, even the form is filled completely (only by me changing topics around helped to work around this).So, this is a wasteland of whatever you gyus try to do here. The industry standard has progressed so much further, since you last visited your entire service and help workflow. I feel just lost entirely and have no words how bad this is comparte to what most of the other companies in world provide at this point in time.

Hello.I am working on integrating DocuSign with Salesforce for my company. Currently, when the document is sent for signature, the recipient receives an email with a link to populate fields and sign the document.However, in our case the user who initiates the document is also the person responsible for completing the values in some of the fields tagged on the document. If possible I would like to streamline the process by directly opening the page in Salesforce and bypassing the need for the initiator to have to essentially also have to send via email.Is this possible? I am very new to docusign therfore, documentation or videos outlining the steps will be very helpful. Nancy
