I’m just curious as to the response time others are seeing when you send a message to spam@docusign.com.  Do you get any response other than they will look into it? If so, how long does that response take?  I asked someone to check on a case from the help desk and they indicated “Unfortunately, we dont have a way to follow up with the SPAM team. Can you try sending an email again to them or forwarding the email to them?”.  The email had already been forwarded to them. My message came from dse_na4@docusign.net and the email as Universitypayrollupdate_@outlook.com but had the sender name as someone from our organization.  Since we don’t have any accounts on that server it was easy to know that it was a phishing attempt, but it does look legitimate if you don’t beware.

Is there any way to change the timeframe this thing automatically logs me out?? I work from home, so leaving this open all day while i work does not pose a security risk. The timeout asks me if i want to continue working, but securely logs me out anyway if i press yes. Very annoying.

Hi, I finished uploading my templates, but I didn’t insert the signature tabs yet. How can I edit the docs and add the signature tabs?Do I need to reload the documents in order to do so?

Is there a way to have a date field but have it restricted to a date within 10 days of the date of the envelope? For example, I have a “transaction date” field on a form and I only want the recipient to be able to enter a date within 10 days of the date of the envelope. If the date of the envelope is 7/1/2024, then I only want the recipient to be able to enter a date between 7/1/24 and 7/10/24. Is this possible? Thank you for your time. 

i was given a pop-up to watch a video about new data verification fields. but i’m wondering what the technical difference is between that and putting certain formatting requirements on a field. The video example was about a phone number. But let’s say for a routing number it needs to be 9 digits. how would the data verification field be different than just requiring that the entry be a number with 9 digits? Is this just a different way to do the same thing?

Hi! I would like to send a document without the docusign ID. I found this guidance: Send a Document Without the Envelope ID on It but those instructions seem to be outdated. I can navigate to Advanced Options (but not by clicking the Edit link, there is no Edit link). Under the Advanced Options there is no Sending Settings and also no “option Stamp envelope ID onto top left of every page”. I also checked the settings in the admin dashboard but also there no option to remove the envelope ID. Where can I find it?

I woudl love to see the DAL Salesforce pacakge offer the same feature/functionality OTB as the web app.

I want to add a tag for today’s date when the document is generated which may not necessarily be the signature date. Is there a tag for this?

Are PowerForm envelopes set to expire after one day? When I look at our expiration set up, it shows 120 days but under the PowerForm Advanced Options the expiration says “By default, envelopes expire after 1 day. Recipients can no longer view or sign on envelopes after it expires”. Because of this, the PowerForm voids the envelope when it expires and then I can’t do anything because it’s voided. The Advance Options state that the DocuSign Admin can change this setting but I’m an admin and can’t. Thank you. 

There’s a task in DocuSign for a name change but I can’t find a name change from anywhere.  I have a buyer, who has been married for 4+ years & I’ve used her married name on all of the forms so far.  I found out from her lender that she never changed to her married name & her maiden name is still on the books, her maiden name will show on the mortgage & on the deed.  The lender asked me to do a name change to notify all involved.  I know I can do a general addendum but I wanted to see if I could match a form with the task in DTR.  Thanks in advance. A member of our C-suite needs to sign numerous changes to the labor contracts of different employees. I'm considering creating an envelope where he is the sole recipient. Is this even a good idea and would he be able to sign all the documents in one go? It's important to note that, for legal reasons, we need to use a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), which requires an EID card and a PIN code.If it's not possible to sign everything at once, does that mean he would have to enter the PIN code multiple times?We currently do not have the enterprise version of DocuSign, which is why I'm asking. We were already considering docusign for other unrelated reasons.

A new staff member filled in and signed four different documents via Docusign -  quite a bit of work so I won’t have him redo it. I have saved the completed and signed documents to his employee file but Docusign still shows the status as ‘Waiting for Others’.   Can I delete?Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to upgrade one seat in a business account to “Business Pro” and pay the higher fee for that seat, while the remaining seats remain and are charged for the “Signature” plan?

I need to map 1000s of documents in many languages on a regular, continual basis, and while similar in nature, the documents vary widely in format, so fields are named differently and are positioned in different places.  Because the documents are intended for paper signing, check boxes and radio buttons can sometimes be simple lines, or may, or may not require initials, and the number and names of signers differ widely. I’m trying to understand if IDR could help in some way with that.  Does it consider the text that surrounds field-placement?  What does it actually learn when I place IDR fields?  Does it consider where I have placed fields?  How do I tell if it’s working?  What specific operations are used to enage/disengage it? The documentation seems pretty minimal, in spite of this feature being around for a long time.  Thanks for any info anybody has!

I am trying to fulfill a business partner request to create email messages referencing other recipients.  I know there are ways to write the [[Data:Recipient Name]] but it is different from using an ECF.  Does anyone have a cheat sheet that has all the hacks you can use in the verbiage of email message when using multiple recipients and specific email messages as you progress through the workflow?

Hi, I have a question - is it possible to see on the original envelope sent where multiple recieptents  where allocated within the documents to sign?

After obtaining 2 original signatures, we are unable to recirculate form for the final signature.  We are being told we need to grant permission to edit and sign….but completed doc appears to be locked?

Docusign used to be so easy to search for signed agreements.  Now it has changed and no longer searches for my keyword.  Has anyone else seen this change, and do you have any tips for finding a Completed contract? Thanks!
