It seems that the DocuSign Envelope Status in Salesforce is not updating. Is this a known DocuSign issue, or is there something we can troubleshoot on our end? It was functioning correctly before.

I am working on a web app project where I have to create contract based on form data (user input), then from the backend side i have a html template in which, I’m putting the contract details and creating a PDF then using the DocuSign library to create and send envelope to user for the signature.Questions:As we know that the starter plan starting at $50 for 40 envelopes/month, that means i can only create 40 envelope in a month? What if user does not sign the document (will it be counted) ?Currently, I am creating envelope using a HTML template each time whenever new contract created. Is there any way to minimize the process ?

One of our team members has accidentally saved information into most of our templates. We are wanting to know if we can get rid of all the saved information that has been entered?

Hello, I have an issue with docusign multiple senders :( once a contract needs to be signed, information is sent to docusign via zapier.first the client should sign, and then the CSM.However, when the client signs, docusign says “all contracts have been completed. It is not sent to the CSM :(Can you help me please?

We switched from other integration for sending documents for signing to Docusign recently in Salesforce not sure if it is possible the following request.As per our current experience, we send envelopes through Salesforce from multiple users, our expectation like in the other integration is the ability to get the email notifications when a customer review the document or signs it to the email sender, example. I send a document for sign though Docusign using Salesforce and I get the email notification that customer completed the envelope in an email, (example@docusign.com) my peer sends another document using the same integration and get the notification in the mail example@docusign.com, my manager sends another document with the same scenario and get the email notification in example@docusign.com. My question is, is it possible to get individual notifications to our personal company emails as we are the senders and manage different customers instead of checking the email where all the n

This may be a question that was already answered, and I apologize if that is the case, but I am struggling with a use case, so was hoping that I could lean on the experts here. I have a requirement that I merge a link into my document which will point to a policy library where the user will need to go to read additional information. I have a text field that can capture the link text, but I am not a 100% certain how I would capture the url, and then merge them into a single value in the word document. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Can the client/signer see where in the process the envelope is?Example: I send a contract to a recipient for signature. The recipient signs but then the envelope goes to a few internal company signatures. Does the first recipient see where the envelope is at any given point in time after they sign but before it’s completed?Thanks for any help. Janae

I have two checkboxes on the form, A & B.At least one is required to be checked.I don’t see how to make this happen.

I want to create a powerform similar to this The first role should be able to open the document, fill in required fields and then push finish and have the form sent to the signer they select (which is the second role). The third role would receive a copy. I have been able to figure out the 2nd and 3rd role but can not successfully figure out the 1st role. For the first role I have been selecting "allow to edit" but all it does is allow them to open it and then ask them to select the signer, it will not allow them to fill in the document. I want the first role to be "person filling out document"I want them to be able to fill in document but not sign I do not want the pop up that occurs once the document is open that ask them to select a signer since they filled that in on the first page of the powerform document.

Hi Guys I am working on a scenario where I have to show only 1st row of a table and and suppress all other rows. We track the other party in the CLM for signed agreements. However, sometimes I need to know certain things about the vendor, that doesn’t need to be captured at the contract attribute level (PII access, Foreign owned, Subsidiary of another party, etc. and so many other things). Is there a way to set up a “Vendor Profile” or “Vendor Card” so that when that other contracting party is entered in the attributes for an agreement, I don’t have to enter in all the other fields for reporting purposes? Happy to explain further, if necessary.

Hi everyone!We here at the office are wondering if it is at all possible to save docusign documents with editing capabilities enabled? We find it frustrating to print off and re-scan in entire documents because a client missed an initial (or something like this). It is a huge waste of paper and time!Is there a way to avoid having to do this? Thanks!Sherise

When downloading a combined, completed agreement as a single document, is there a way to have DocuSign add page numbers? I have a situation where we are adding continuation pages to existing signed documents, and it would be helpful to have continuous numbering of the final product.

How do you create a cell phone field on the web forms

Hi I am new to DocuSign, learning about webform. We would like to have QR code pointing to wherefrom URL. The issue we anticipate is that every time we update the webform which is highly likely to happen, it will generate a new URL. This will become overhead to manage QR code which may have been distributed by the business as hard copy posters etc. Is there a way to force updated webform to point to the same existing URL?

I receive an email from the creator of the document that it is complete. The email has a link to “View Completed Document.”  That’s great.  I can view it.  However, there is no link, menu, drop down, option, anything to download document.  

Hello, We would like to provide our CEO with a cover page that outlines what he is about to sign along with the entire master service agreement. However we do not want the cover page visible to the counterparty signer at all. Is there a way to create an envelope that include both the cover letter and MSA package, but only have the counterparty signer see the agreement?Thank you,Andrew K.

Hi,I am trying to send multiple templates in one envelope and when it comes to filling it in the finish button does not appear stating that there are fields that need filling in - but they have all been filled in. For example the name field - a text field - appears red even though it has data in. Please someone help me I am loosing the will here! Thank you :)
