Signed a contract to lease solar panels. Several times i signed. Company never sent anyone to my house to eyeball job. I crawled around my attic and around my house to take pics of my house.Also took pics of fusebox and outside wall where electric meter is. 2 or 3 months after contract was signed, i found out that the company forged my signature to a amendment to my contract. I had refused to pay it or agree because of leasing solar. This was for a electricle line going from solar to fuse box, cost 2400. I said i am leasing solar panels, you said i wouldnt have to pay any installation. They are getting reimbursement from gov for installation.

I sent a docusign for signature and the first person has already signed. Now the second person is not available to sign so i need to change the email address so it can do to the person who is available to sign. How can i change the email signatures?

Hello DocuSign Community!We've recently implemented DocuSign Enterprise in our organization and I'm looking for some guidance on customizing an eSignature workflow. Our process involves credit/lending memos that require signatures from our executive team.Here's the setup we need:We have 6 executives who are eligible to sign each memo. The memo is considered approved after 3 signatures, but all 6 executives should still have the chance to sign or ignore it (not sign) within a set timeframe (X days). We require the DocuSign envelope to remain open for the entire duration, even after reaching the minimum 3 signatures, to audit the actions of all 6 signers. A specific individual will manage sending and collecting the document. The envelope should only close after X days or through manual intervention by this person. The final document, with the recorded actions of all 6 signers, will be sent back for our records after the envelope closes.I'm trying to figure out the best way to configure t

Hello, Wanting to know if the envelope is circulating and a couple of people have approved and/or signed, what happens when there’s a change within the document? When the document is revised, can it be uploaded again to the existing envelope and add the people who have already approved and/or signed to do the step again without voiding the initial envelope or do you have to void the initially envelope and start over?

It doesn’t look like the “DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce” product supports creating/managing “Signing Groups”, am I right? (In that case, I’m going to have to use the APIs directly to build them, I guess.) Does it at least support selecting a (already created) signing group as a recipient of an envelope?

I recieve a lot of Docu Sign links on my corporate email. All the time I just press the link and can sign it without authentication (settings set by sender and can’t be changed).This bothers me, because if someone gets access to my email, he can easilly sign just anything.I have a lot of security settings for auth in DocuSign settings, including passkey and device check, but it’s all useless when the link on email works without it.I checked settings and didn’t find how to set this requirement. Please advice.Thanks!

We have set up an integration between DocuWare and DocuSign.When having finalized a document in DocuWare, the document is automatically send to a receiver for esignature via DocuSign. However, the integration token between DocuWare en DocuSign has been created/requested on my personal admin account (which is tied to my company email address), this means that every envelope that is sent out via the integration, displays my own name/personal email in the received email to the requested signator.E.g. “John Doe via DocuSign” I would like to make sure that the integration between DocuWare and DocuSign stays “generic” and does not display an admin name. Does anyone have an idea on the best approach for this? We can try to register with a different email address to re-create the token - but does this mean we need to manually create a “generic” user within DocuSign for this? As we are also integrated with an SSO Identity provider, we would like to stay away from generic users as much as possib

I am using Apex Toolkit to generate the document and send envelope for signing. Envelope is sent. I need also to save generated document in Salesforce as a File. I fount that I can use dfsle.Document.WriteBack and it is working, but it saves only the File after the signer will sign. I have used DocuSign to get signatures for a grant application. I requested time and location with the signature which people filled out but it shows up as ****** on the application. Is there a way to make this information visible? Would appreciate your help as I have to send the application by tomorrow! Best,Vera

As an Admin, Is there a way to at least see the header info, envelope ID, sender, recipient, etc. for envelopes sent to our domain? I've got users struggling with opening envelopes sent to them, but I can't see the details without screen sharing while the user logs into their account.

How do i enable MitID (Danish eID) solution for my demo account so i can demonstrate this to a customer? There is only phone validation avaible in the settings when i try to add.

A document is sent for e-signature to a person, and when this person try to access the portal he gets the following message:“The information you are going to send is not safe Because this form is being sent through a non -safe connection, the information will be visible to other users.”So he cannot access the document and sign it? Hello, when I sign a document myself or send out an envelope, whether my own nor the ID-card of other persons show up. What I need to see is the “DocuSigned by:”-Tag (ID-card) that normally shows up with every signature, but for some reason, it is not visible. The box in the settings to display my own ID-card is checked. Can somebody help me please? Thank you very much. Oskar

Dear all, I have 5 departments (5 different groups) managed under the same account. All the senders from the same group shared their envelopes between themselves. Is it possible for the Department Managers to have a view on all the envelopes sent from the same sender’s group instead of per sender ?Thank you olivier   

I am sending out contracts to clients, the contract follows the same format every single time but depending on the number of people participating in the contract varies on how many signatures I require. E.g 5 people using the service 5 signatures required / 6 people using the service 6 signatures required At the moment I am having to manually edit the document then upload it to docusign each time I have to add a new signature line depending on how many people I require to sign this. Is there an easier way of doing this? Can I set up some rules to help show or hide signature lines depending on how many people require to sign this doc? Thanks

When other assign the signature task to me, I could log-in link via the e-mail notification. However, when I log-in the Docusign web directly, I could not find it under my 'Action Required'.

My detail tab is not filtering all of the data into my documents for my whole office. How do I change this on the admin side?

Hi there, I am testing now for a client using a trail account an Oracle HCM (Journeys) - DocuSign Integration.Things should be pretty easy according to Oracle documentation Configure Electronic Signature Using DocuSign in Journeys (oracle.com) however I can’t male these 2 custom fields work.They say in the link above quoting ‘6. Enter the custom fields for Company and Title (mapped to Legal Employer and Assignment Name respectively in HCM) as ORA_LEGAL_ENTITY and ORA_JOB_TITLE respectively. Optionally, you can add a text box with custom text or checkbox and other standard fields that DocuSign offers in the document. However, note that there aren’t any delivered mapping to fields in HCM.’My questions are:given this is a standard integration should I expect to find in search these 2 custom fields ORA_LEGAL_ENTITY and ORA_JOB_TITLE when I search in the custom fields area? or should I create these 2 custom fields? if i am to create them is there a way I can make them to pull the details re

I transferred an envelope to myself from another user at their request and I can’t find it anywhere in my files. Could it be because it was an envelope that was in their “Action Required” folder? The plan was for me to take custody of it and complete it for them. 

HelloI have asked this question before & I was asked to send an attachment to show what I mean.I will attach the document but, my problem is when I send an envelope  to a customer they receive itwith red squares around all the information.I don't get the red square when I am building the envelope it is just my customers receiving it with red squares.Any idea how to fix this problem.
