 After we made the updates to the Resource file we notice this ,  the Document is loading with the header however when we click on Continue the header is disappearing.  I have posted both screenshots. Any idea why this is happening.    We not sure why this is happening. Regards

Hi All, We use DocuSign for Salesforce to send out the documents for E-Signature, that being said, when we send out a template, I have an optional text field A, I also have a checkbox B, so my scenario is whenever the checkbox B is checked the optional text box A should be made required or else it should be optional.  Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks in advance.!!

Our Envelope recipient has a back-office group email address. Whomever receives the email will sign. As it is a group address with a lot of individual turnover, we dont know the specific signer in advance. Depends who is working that day. Thus, when add the group email address as a recipeint, we dont have a name go with it. How we accomodate for this in a template? 

Greetings! I am exporting form data for use in a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, some of the text responses are cut-off.  128 characters seems to be the limit.  Is there a character limit for exports? Hi, In the past month or so, my Executive Director has stopped receiving notifications that there are envelopes for her to sign.  If she logs into Docusign she can see what’s there, but nothing is alerting her to that. Her user status is Pending and she’s not receiving the resend invitations either. How can I fix this?Deb

Hi All,I have run into an issue and wanted to see if the community can provide some guidance.how do I confirm that a Docusign was signed by my partner and not me? We share the same email address and the signature is done under our company’s name?we do have different laptops.

I need to close a number of accounts for people who have left the company.From the help docs I am supposed to select Close users from the dropdown menu under Bulk actions. hello.. I have a action required for signature from paypal scam that I’m having problems trying to safely remove. 

A few times a year I am receiving contract documents by trade show organizer to be signed. I am using a free account with Docusign to have my signed contracts stored online as a backup. The account type is called “Freemium”.Five days ago I received two new contracts, but this time without any e-mail notification in my mailbox account. It seems someone has switched them off. Only by logging into my online account with Docusign I were able to view and download my docuements, where in the past I always received an e-mail and the document as an e-mail. I’ve also checked the spam folder with no results in there.How do I activate such e-mail notifications again ?

Hello, I am new to DocuSign but I have followed all the steps and watched videos. I have a PDF with already fillable signature fields and when I try to send it through DocuSign I can't. I get the message "unable to load envelope" or something very similar and when I tried to save a draft it wouldn't let me. I'm running out of options as I do animal rescue and need Adoption Agreements filled out and signed prior to adoption but I have been unable to send a single PDF through DocuSign where it was returned signed. Having to piecemeal everything is very time consuming and frustrating. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have a fillable PDF and simply emailing it to a recipient sometimes works but if we have issues (which we do) I'd like a definite system so all the adopters can fill out and sign without their having DocuSign on their phone. Hi community...I am assessing the risk of sending documents as attachments (as opposed to the embedded link solution / option). I appreciate this is way more risky but have some basic questions I need help with before I engage with my DPO!! From my analysis / research...my understanding is that emails sent to a recipient are transmitted via HTTPS utilising TLS 1.3 (or lower, depending on the recipients end point capability) so as to prevent interception by a bad actor en route...but once that email has landed in the recipients email account - that’s where the risk lies as if that email account is hacked, the data contained within the .PDF is unencrypted (so whoever gains unauthorised access to that account, can freely access and ‘see’ the personal data contained within)...is that correct Please?

Hello,I just created a free trial account..   Being new to this program, I wanted to test it out by sending myself a few documents to make sure they looked right before I use this product for business purposes.   I was having issues with proper sizing on the signature line, and I had to send myself a few revisions to get it where I wanted it.   Within minutes I had exceeded the max envelope limit for the month.Is that seriously all I get to with this company?  5 documents a month?   What if multiple revisions need to be made during the negotiation process?So now it seems I cannot do anything else unless I pay $300 to use this service, is that correct?

Hi all!I work for a company who issues out initial documentation to clients via paper and am attempting to bring it online. Each document needs to be personalised for each individual which prevents a stock standard template being utilised each time.The problem I am having is when I do a bulk send including 3 of the preprepared templates, it introduces 3 signatories instead of the 1. Does anyone have experience creating this style of bulk send individualised documents?

I created a dozen envelopes and saved them as drafts, and now I can’t find them! There must be a drafts folder, but I can’t see it. Related: is there a way to schedule/delay sending an envelope? I saved drafts because I couldn’t find a way to delay.Thank you!

Hi community, I am struggling with the following matter:We purchased DocuSign eSignature (no Document Generation).Use CaseOn the Quote record, we generate files (output is either .docx or .pdf) via CPQ Template. In our DocuSign Envelope Template (dfsle__EnvelopeConfiguration__c), we want to add merge fields to these generated files. The documentation from the legacy solution suggests using AutoPlace Fields (also called anchor tags) in our template content (e.g., \s1\ for Signer 1). This solution is not viable for us as it is a legacy feature. I have been trying to find an alternative solution for this matter in the documentation but unfortunately without success. Can anyone help? does anyone know an actual phone number or email to reach sales or support? 

I am trying to input a Regex Pattern to a text field so it will date 1 day after another date field. I am using the Custom Validation and the pattern I am using is: AddDays([Expiration_Date],1).Expiration_Date is the name of the field that has the date I am trying to get this text field to date 1 day after. I do not have full Devloper/Formula access and wonder if a simple Regex pattern will not suffice for this instance. I am a novice and very new at this and would be greatful for any assistace. I would be wiling to ask my orginization to get formula or developer access if it would assist. 

Hi All, we migrated users to a new domain and also a new Identity provider (IdP). I can update the users email via mass update, how ever I wonder how I can delete the Entry in Security Sector for IdP and federated ID. Because if this still exists the user cannot login via SSO. Regs,Christo
