Hi all,We would like to add another admin account in our DocuSign.However, the original admin account (user) is already left, how could we able to retrieve the admin right ? Thank you.

I have been talking to a lot of people at Docusign both in the support department and in the sales department and it appears there is no solution to this process - so just leaving this here in case someone has a work around or there are any further developments.  I would like to be able to send a document to an internal person for approval, that doesn’t then register the document as “signed” and still allows for corrections - mainly being able to swap out the document.  The reasoning here is once the document is approved and sent to the external client, we often receive requests for amendments, and it’s currently costing us a fortune in having to void envelopes and resend a new one.  Whilst I can take this internal approval process offline and out of Docusign, and instead send the document to the client first, I would really prefer to have the entire process kept within Docusign.  If the “needs to view” function didn’t automatically send to the next in line, this would solve a lot of m

Hello DocuSign community, I have an account with two apps, one for each business application in the company I work on. I also have several templates, which currently are all used in one of my apps to generate envelopes to clients to sign. Also, I have a few webhooks configured on DocuSign Connect to inform my application about events on the envelopes.Now, I want to add a few templates to be used by my second app. I would like, as well, to configure webhooks to inform my second app about envelope events. As far as I understand, if I configure a new webhook and provide an URL for my second app, it will receive events related to all envelopes, created from templates associated with the first and with the second app. Is there a way to have a more separated configuration, so I could have templates and webhooks associated with one app (and integration key) only?Thanks in advance

Hi, is there any way that I can restrict the visibility of ECFs to specific users/groups.  I would like the ability for certain users to tag envelopes, but do not need this ability org-wide.Thanks, James

Hello everyone,Is it the "standard" workflow in DocuSign that I cannot sign a contract directly when I create it, if it's meant to be signed by both myself and the other recipient? So far, I've been setting myself as the first recipient and then having to sign it through my email before the signed contract gets sent to the other recipient.Is there no way to sign the document directly while creating it, without going through the extra step of signing it via email?Thanks a lot !

We just joined Docusign with a standard edition using 1 seat.  I’m the admin.  When was setting everything up, I added 3 users to the seat.  I need to add another user.  Per the online support instructions,  when I click settings then users, I don’t see the “add user” button.  I only see an “add seat” button. Do I need to purchase another seat to have 4 users active?

Hello all, I am currently being presented with a contract and have been informed I signed but on the contract provided it only says electronically signed and no where on the contract does it have my name or digital signatures.I was provided an envelope ID and have went to my account (which i have add since 2013) to look at past agreements and there is no document during that timeAlso, when i go to the following  https://app.docusign.com/documents/details/{envelope_id} while on my accountI get an error that says “unable to access the envelope”I called docusign support and they were able to see the completed certificate of completion and say my email is on the file, but then why cant I see it on my profile anywhere and why cant I view anything about the document that it alleges I signed.They even told me I had two accounts attached to me email? When I log into the other account (supposedly attached to my email) there is no document there either.So why would docusign support be able to se

We cannot find the option to set up emailing the invoice to the main user/admin email address, once the invoice has been issued. It is quite annoying to have to log in into the account each time the accounts department asks for the invoice. Is this feature available and we just can’t find it? Or, if it’s not available, could it be made available anytime soon? Most companies now routinely email invoices (PDFs) once they are issued. Mike

I'm trying to send customized documents to a number of people.  I want to use one template and have these individuals names, addresses, and pay populated using a bulk upload.  I've matched the label of the custom field to the column header in the bulk upload but when I upload, no values appear in the custom fields I've created.  What step am I missing?

I have a document with five signers and would like to retrieve the partially signed document after the first two signers have completed their signing. Is it possible to obtain the partially signed document through the API?

seeing this when i try to upload a second modified version .this one uploads finethis one fails Any ideas as to why it failed?  Maybe the visible=”false” is causing it?  Am i doing it wrong?

My signature that it should use, it does not when someone sends me a document to sign. It changes is completely to a signature that was used when I first opened my account. It literally shows the correct one as my signature but uses another

My signature in my docusign profile is correct but when I want to sign a document it’s one of the preferences of the DocuSign which is not correct. The option of left click and choose change also is not working for me. What can I do?

How does everyone handle when you need more than one signature (like a couple), but only have one email address?

While accessing DocuSign Setup tab getting this error, I have assigned all permission sets which are need and the UserId also matched. After installed I could configure on DocuSign setup and I could create Envelop but after some time getting this error. In my company some of us are part of the corporate eSignature plan and some have purchased individual plans.  When I (administrator) invites them to be part of the corporate plan and they accept, will their documents and contacts be accessible in the corporate plan?  Do they need to save their Contacts and Documents before they accept the invitation?

I am trying to put together a form that will calculate the number of hours worked in a day based on; Start time, start of lunch break, end of lunch break, start of dinner break, end of dinner break, and end of workday. I see formulas to add/subtract from dates, but not time/hours. Is there a workaround for this or have I hit a dead end?
