My team member created and sent the envelope and even though I am the administrator I can’t resend to the person we are waiting on. The option is not available to me in the drop down for actions on ones that she sent, and it is an option on ones I have sent.

I have two accounts (seats) to choose from when I log into DocuSign.  One is a personal DocuSign account and the other is my business account that is tied to my single signon account with the University.  Since both appear, many times the users choose my personal account instead of the corporate account to send for my signature.  I would like to cancel the personal one so it does not appear as a choice.  How do I do that?  I am willing to cancel the personal account if that is what is needed but I don’t see an option to do so.  Need Help!

Hi, I'm new here. So there's a checkbox option in my document and that the signer can only choose 1 from the options. Whenever I set the validation to "select at least" then 1, whenever I try to sign, I can tick all checkboxes. What should I do? Thank you.

I had docusign an a realtor with Century 21.  I am now at Long & Foster.  I have docusign here as well, but I need access to my old files from Century 21.How can I make that happen? 

A signer to the document did not fill out a page before signing and the required details were put in a comment.   The next signer stated that after he signed, he got a message that said “certifies that i reviewed and consider above comment to be the information/content requested by pg 6.”    Once the document is fully executed do these comments become a part of the document forever and are viewable and printable after you download the document?   If not, then I will need to start over with a new envelope.

Hi all, After my company joining the corporate plan of Docusign, I believe all Docusign envelop sent to each corporate email address of my team members should be received by and appeared under their own Docusign account registered with their corporate email address. However, some of my team members received Docusign envelop separated from the registered Docusign account even the envelop is sent to their registered corporate email address. Is there any reason for the above issue and is there a way to resolve this issue going forward? Our governement need to chech the validity of the signature via underlying certificates, one would have to click on the signature in the pdf. A new dialogue box should then open.Is this possible via docusign?If so, how should I do it?

Hi, I have a merge field that is a State picklist field in Salesforce. I am trying to add that field to a template, however none of the values are being pulled over and it won’t let me save the template because it says “One or more of the dropdown fields doesn't have any options.”  I would assume that because this is mapped to Salesforce it would bring over all of the salesforce values. Is this incorrect? Am I to maintain both the salesforce picklist values AND DocuSign picklist values separately? Or am missing something in setting of of these fields.  

I am new to docusign and am looking to see if this is even possible.We create many different templates based off all of the same pages. Simple example.  Template 1 might have 6 pages of the exact same page and Template 2 is the same pages but only 4 copies of the same page.It is possible to make a worst case scenario situation template (has the most pages in it as possible),  populate the merge fields, and if certain fields are blank then hide/remove the pages with blank fields?   Basically is it possible to conditionally hide pages?

Good morning,I have a few questions regarding DocuSign functionality.Will an HR department employee be able to create a qualified electronic signature with a DocuSign license?Will our HR department be able to send documents with a request to sign with a qualified electronic signature to a person who does not have a DocuSign? Will such a person be able to create a qualified electronic signature in DocuSign and sign it without license? The same goes for a wet signature. Will it be possible to print, sign and upload a signed document without a license and an account?Thanks

Hello, While a document is circulating for approval/signature and I have someone mid circulation that has been assigned as getting a copy, does the circulation stop until the person opens a email, maybe they don’t get an email, or does it continue on to the next approver. i.e. if there’s 10 people, the person on copy is #5 in the list, once #4 approves, does it stop at #5 until they open the email or does it carry on?  Thanks

If we enable document retention would the signee still have access to download the documents from their end after the purge cycle is complete?

I attempted to enable the Document Visibility feature for my PowerForm Template.  Signer 1 has signature fields on pages 1 & 2 and is able to see everything.  Signer 2 only has a signature field on page 1 and should not be able to see page 2.  This works properly when I preview my envelope but when I do a live test, Signer 2 is able to see everything.  I am not sure what I could be doing wrong, any thoughts?

Hello! I have a Business Pro Account and I do not see the option to give the signer the ability to upload a document. I have checked my settings and all the appropriate boxes are checked, that allow signers to upload multiple attachments. Can someone help?

Is it maybe that for every one document that is signed (regardless of how many individuals are signing it), exactly one transaction takes place. Or is it that the number of transactions is the same as number of people signing (regardless of how many documents are involved), or is it something else? Is there a minimum number of transactions which an organization that purchases a DocuSign membership must commit for a year? Am I able to set a retention policy per each individual template, specific to that template? Say for example, I would like to retain every instance of the use of Template A for 1 year, but I want to only keep completed instances of Template B for 2 months - can I set each with their own retention policy? OR is the retention policy applied account-wide to all templates/envelopes/documents? Thanks!
