When documents are being signed, for some reason the title and signature are running into each other and the name appears to be superimposed on itself but not in exactly the ame place, at least 2x. How does this get fixed? This is now the 3rd document from different people that this has occurred?

How to pull the routing group email address in the email body? 

If I add someone as “Allow to Edit” manager, does this person need to open and acknowledge the envelope? I added my colleague as “Allow to Edit” at the end of the workflow, but because this person did not “open” the envelope, the entire thing was voided. I was under the impression that “Allow to Edit” just gives someone the ability to edit the envelope on behalf of the requester in case of need.

In the body of the Certificate of Completion that you receive after a doc is fully executed/signed there are several paragraphs of the ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE section that have a former employee’s name in them as a point of contact that I need to change.  Who do I contact to make that change or How can I make the change myself?  (Image removed due to personal information)

I have used the classic version of templates in the past, and would like to continue.This is the first time I have uploaded a  Word document into templates and Docusign has changed the document during upload by changing my top and bottom margins. Now I have dangling signature fields instead of being grouped on one page as in previous design.How do I get Docusign to stop changing my document?Also, is there a way to set my preferred font once to be used on all documents?

I have a business account in Docusign. The address in the profile is our correct address where the business has been located for 3 years.  However, I notice that on signature certificates, the address for our business shown is one we were at, 3 years ago.  The profile is correct and has been for 3 years, but all summary documents are recording an old address and I have no idea how to change that - other than updating the profile.  But it is already correct.  Hope you can help ta.

Is an agreement through DocuSign legally binding if only the recipient signed it?  I was sent an agreement from a contractor which I signed however despite a signature line for the contractor, they never signed it.  Even in the History page it doesn’t show they completed it.  The last completion shown in my signature.

I want to integrate DocuSign with One trust. Is there any documentation/guide available to implement the same? 

Could someone clarify what Email Archive Configuration is? Does it enable a sender or admin to view the exact notifications sent to signers? Occasionally, signers claim they didn't receive the envelopes—can we use email archive features to verify that the envelope notifications were indeed sent?

I have been a ZipForms, DocuSign and DocuSign Transaction room user for several years. I have received this error on more than one occasion in the past 6-10 months. Sometimes I have time to wait for it to "clear up" but it's nothing I'm doing wrong. It just refuses to connect. I've refreshed the tabs but it starts when I am using Zip Form to create and tag the docs in a "package" that when I click NEXT it automatically opens a new window in DocuSign and brings the docs in for further tagging before sending out for signing. account.docusign.com refused to connect This is what pops up in the window of DocuSign.

On the home page, a new banner popped up today, reading as follows:“Your credit card expired on 08/2024. Update your billing information.” [where the last four words are underlined with the underline signifying a hot link]My credit card -- the one in use at DocuSign -- did not, however, expire on 08/2024.  How do I remedy this issue, removing the banner from my DS home page?  I tried ‘updating’ my credit card -- I didn’t change any details but did retype the credit card number and enter the latest CVV -- but the banner is still there.Richard

Is there any way to prevent unintended users from viewing a document when a DocuSign email with the “Review Documents” link is forwarded to another user?I want to prevent an unintended recipient from receiving a forwarded email containing the DocuSign document link. 

Hello, I am working on a template to create a Webform.  I have a Dropdown field that is replicated and has a unique Data Label as shown: I am getting an error message when attempting to create my Webform stating that the Dropdown Valuses must be unique.  Each option is unique.  Is the issue that the listed option and listed values are the same?  If not, can someone help me figure out how to fix this? 

Hey,I’m sending via API to a signer an envelope created from template, which has fields to fulfill including attachments (multiple)I need to separate the attachments that are added by the signer, sometimes it’s just one page, sometimes multi-page documents.I already https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/getting-signer-attachments-using-the-esignature-rest-api and I don’t get desired outcome.What I have noticed is that once the signer add any attachment it’s added to the document as new page, and there is not ID I could use to distinguish which page is from initial document, or is an attachmentHow can I separate the initial document and each attachment filed?

Hi, I need some clarifications on the retention of Drafts.From what I understand from Setting, by default draft envelopes are retained for 30 days from the creation date. At the 30 day mark, all draft envelopes will be cleared from the draft folder.  My question is: Does cleared from the draft folder mean purged?  If the drafts are not purged after 30 days, where do they go other than not in the Draft folder?On the other hand, in Docusign eSignature Admin Guide’s Purging Envelopes, it says “To be purged, envelopes must have a status of Completed, Declined, or Voided. In-process and Draft envelopes cannot be purged.” This seems so confusing.  Please help. Thanks. Regards,ykad  

HelloIn power automate I have a flow that uses docusign and I am puttin some tabs on a document. When I start typing on one of the tabs, the same value is entered in all the tabs. The anchors are all different for each tab. Moreover even if I set the tabs to optional they appear as required when I hover over them.   I’ve tried both old and new designer in power automate

Hello, I need to request signatures for documents using a digital certificate issued by the Brazilian government (ICP-Brazil). How do I do this? I'm using the docusign_esign library with the python language.

How do I indicate where in my document I want one of the supplemental files to appear?My main document contains a summary of a policy and spot to sign, for about 6 policies.  The full policies are uploaded as supplemental PDFs.  What I want is that when they get to the section called code of conduct there is the box to view the code of conduct pdf.  They view and accept it, and it returns to the main doc for signing.  The next page is about risk management, and again they read the intro, click to view and accept the risk supplemental, return for signatures.

I am going into my DocuSign settings and I cannot find the section that allows me to edit signature types. I want it to only allow signers to sign by drawing a signature, not by typing it.  Where am I missing this option? I click on Settings and cannot find the Signature Types part.

We would like to customize the subject line of a template to include a unique identifier so that we can easily identify the envelope and corresponding emails accordingly. We send many of the same contract types (a template) to the same partners (one of the routing recipients) so name and email addresses do not make the envelopes distinguishable. For example, we send the template for Purchase Order Type #6 to a vendor called ABC Inc. 20 times per year. All of the envelopes and emails are named something “Purchase Order Type #6_ABC Inc.” and so are indistinguishable from one another. We would like instead to be able to include the purchase order number associated with that specific envelope in the subject line such as  “Purchase Order Type #6_ABC Inc._456546”.
