I want to modify the completion email through the xml resources. But this XML is huge around 19000 lines. Which line should I modify? I am using power automate but I think this is irrelevant.

I'm working on a Docusign integration, on our use case the document(s) to sign are submited to an ERP by UserA and are to be signed by UserB. UserB should be notified by email that he/she has a document to sign and have access to a link that allows him/her to access Docusign and sign the document. We're planning to use the 'remote signature request or remote signing' eSignature approach (as documented in https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/request-signature-email-remote/). Is it the right approach for our use case?

Hello Team,We have a usecase where in we need to send multiple documents to different set of recipients.Doc 1 --> Signer 1, Signer 2, Signer 3 | Carbon Copy to User1, User2  Doc 2 --> Signer 1, Signer 4, Signer 5 | Carbon Copy to User2, User3Doc 3 --> Signer 4, Signer 2, Signer 6 | Carbon Copy to User1, User3Doc 4 --> Signer 5, Signer 2, Signer 1 | Carbon Copy to User4, User5The signers and carbon copy users should see only those documents for which they are signers or CC and other documents should not be visible to them.We have explored the Recipient Document Visibility but this cannot be used as Signers and CC users will be overlapping in our use case.Have explored Bulk send also but there we are sending same document to multiple recipients.So for our case we will have to create separate Envelopes for each of the Document, with signers and CC users. Is it possible to create and send multiple Envelope objects in a single Rest API call ?

When I create an envelope to send it uploads with a double text / blurry text as pictured. It does not look like this in my files on my computer before uploading. Please help!

We are using the CLM Files Lightning Component to display the documents in Docusign associated with the Salesforce record on screen.  It currently displays the Filename, Description, and Last Modified date, but I’d like to be able to show different columns (or at least know what other columns I could potentially show). Do we have any control over what columns are displayed from within the CLM Files Lightning Component?  If so, how can I change those columns?

Hi, I wanted to create a Webform for a Supplier Onboarding Form. I wanted to create a template with both form (A and B) and within the webform, let the respondent select which form they will be filling up. I used a radio button at the start to let the respondent select and it should bring them to the appropriate page with the relevant questions for the chosen form. I tried to do a test run first and realized that once I filled up the form and send it off for signature, it shows both the pdf forms as one pdf. I was wondering if it is possible to set it so if the respondent selects form A then at the sign off it only shows form A with the filled up answer and vice versa instead of showing both form A and B but only form A being filled up. Or would I have to actually create 2 separate templates and webform for each form.

Is it possible to send out a document with docusign without allowing the recipient to download it? We would like to send out some confidential documents via docusign in connection with our employment agreements but we wouldn't want the recipient to be able to download those other documents. Is this possible? Thanks!

Good morning community!...does anyone know if the DocuSign delivery failure notifications contain content to report the failure due to a TLS error? (in other words, If I activate enforced TLS and the recipients email server does not / cannot support at least TLS 1.2...will I receive sufficient details to notify me OR will I just receive a ‘generic’ Failure notification ?)...and, can I obtain statistics on deliver failures from within the application, as an administrator? Thankyou !!!

Good morning - I saved a document the other day (I clicked the ‘x’ which says ‘save and close’) but I can’t find the envelope to pick up from where I left off and send it out.  I’ve clicked on each tab and there’s nothing there.  Could someone assist with where I can find it?  I had had trouble previously trying to save and had to re-do it a few times as it kept saying that I had an error with my recipients.  The email addresses and phone numbers for 2-stage verification were correct, so I don’t know why there was an issue.  When I did a new envelope it seemed ok with it and I thought it had saved and closed it.  I’d rather not have to do it all again and want to understand where it goes and what I might have done wrong, or is this an issue with DocuSign with the recipient error?

Hi, at the “Home” tab, it reflects as 1 document is expiring soon but I cannot locate this document even if I select “All Time” or any document sent to me or by me etc. Is there a system glitch somewhere?

How to configure Envelope to have First signer sign in Focused View and Second one sign through the Email sent after the First one? I can have one signer sign in Focused View and Two Signers sign through the Email. Can’t do First focused and Second email.Working with c#.

Wanted to ask for Webforms, how do we set up an approval workflow with conditional logic such that if the requestor chooses option A within the form, it will send out using the approver list A, if they choose option B, it will send out using the approver list B etc. Currently I am trying to create a webform that will send out to multiple people for approval. The person approving will depend on the requestor’s department. So, I was thinking if it was possible to have a question within the form to ask e.g. what department they are from and depending on the answer, it will have the preset approver to send out to. Hopefully this question is clear thank you!

I am sending a Real Estate agreement to 4 parties to sign. If I add the “date agreement” into the document, will DocuSign only add it after all parties have signed it and it’s sent back to me. I have not numbered the sequence for the parties to sign it so some may sign today and others may sign tomorrow. I just don’t want to receive it back with todays date if the final signature is not completed until tomorrow.

Hi all, So this is a frustrating situation- a user of mine is having an issue wherein despite having already signed/actioned documents/items- the status is saying that it still needs attention and there’s an exclamation point instead of a checkmark- however, when you click into those docs, it says that it’s been completed. We’ve reached out to DocuSign, and so far they’ve suggested clearing cookies/cached data and trying incognito/different browsers- we’ve done all that to no avail.  For reference, this only started happening fairly recently- around 4/16/24- prior to that, everything was working as expected. I’ve done some research online and so far haven’t been able to find any relevant info. Any help is massively appreciated! Thanks so much!

The integration is working fine, but I’ve encountered an issue: When I send envelopes with documents for clients to sign, initially, I have to manually provide consent via the DocuSign consent page.Since my application is designed to function as a backend microservice that sends documents automatically via triggers, this manual consent process interrupts the flow. I’d like to ask if there’s a way to automate this consent process, so the documents can be sent without the need for manual intervention.Is there any configuration or API feature that allows automatic consent or pre-authorization for the app, or any best practices around this when using DocuSign in such a backend service?Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!
