How do i enable witness recipient type? 

Hello Community,I’m using a flow in Power Automate to save documents from completed envelopes to sharepoint and API the detail to another service.  I successfully used "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" to trigger the flow and provide the needed documents and detail, but every individual run of the flow (one envelope), creates a duplicate of the Docusign Connect configuration. Very soon after, this results in too many requests at a time because every envelope is basically requested a few dozen times.  How would I prevent this from happening? All I did to connect Power Automate’s "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" is to choose my account, give the flow a name, and choose to listen to completed envelopes, the initial Connect configuration was created automatically.

We use embedded spreadsheets within the appendices to our legal agreements.  When issuing the document in docusign, the embedded spreadsheet cannot be opened and viewed by the recipient. Is there a way in which you can allow the recipient to open but not change embedded spreadsheets?

Hello,I am wondering if there is a way to use DocuSign to validate that the value entered in a field matches the value entered in a previous field. For example, when collecting banking information such as account and routing numbers, users typically need to confirm the information by entering it a second time. I am concerned that relying on users to check for errors may not be reliable. I have considered creating two separate text fields for the data, but I believe this would still require the user to manually verify the information. Another idea I had was to use the same data label for both fields, but this still would not catch errors if the user doesn't notice the mistake. Is there a way to set up DocuSign to automatically check that the values match and alert the user if they don't? Thanks in advance!🙌🏼

Hi and thanks for your reply.The Standard Field signature box is too small.  I increased to formatting to 200% but that’s still way too small.  I’ve tried stretching the box by grabbing one of the corners. Nothing beyond the 200%, which is still way too small.  Please help.  Thank you. 

Hi all,I’m trying to mass select and export as a CSV all the completed DocuSign documents I have. I was wondering if there was a shortcut or command to mass select/check all the boxes so I don’t have to manually scroll and click? See the screenshot below. Thank you,Kevin

Hello, we currently have it that the documents are attached in the email when the completion email is sent to all signers; however, the documents are separated rather than consolidated in one. Is there a way to have the documents all sent in one single PDF in the completion email?

Hi all,I’m tryng to confirm/find a way to have 1 envelope, an envelope that contains separate, distinct documents, yet have Signer 1 have access to only 1 of the docs in that envelope.  Is this even possible?  How would I configure the template/signing order in order to facilitate this? Thanks in advance for any help you can give,Cheryl

Good afternoon,I have a form that requires to be sent to all our employees for them to individually complete.  This takes around 5-10 minutes per form for me to add in the check boxes, text boxes, date, etc.  I wondered whether you could create a template with all these fields present, however I cant seem to work this out.I have over 400 employees so if there was a quick method rather than doing it individually I would really appreciate anyone's suggestions. The other option is to send the same document to multiple people however due to GDPR I need to ensure the email addresses aren't shared. Thank you for reading. 

We have transitioned to using DocuSign for our employee application process. A problem we have is that there are often errors in the application, like not putting a full name (two last names) or mistyping a letter for a name/address, leaving off an apartment number, and other minor things.How can we revise an application that has been “signed” by the employee?

For some reason my DocuSign ID Card, has a second letter J. Added to my name. Every time I go to use the signature tool I have to manually delete the J. Out of my name. How do I correct that?

 Is it possible to setup Automatic Reminders tailored to particular recipients? We are managing Supplier Agreement requiring signatures from various recipients, including the C-suite.If recipients from the vendor side are delaying their signatures, we wanted to configure daily automatic reminders specifically for them. However, I prefer not to send these reminders to the C-suite. I've noticed that automatic reminders can only be configured at the envelope level. Are there any alternative approaches to address this requirement?

I tried to send a document for signature from a template that was previously used successfully from a demo account. It generated the error message "A requested plan item is not enabled for this account. The usage of numerical tabs is forbidden because EnableTagTypeNumerical is not enabled for this account."What’s the best way to resolve this?  I did open a Global Support case, but I’m hoping one of you has seen this before and has a quick(er) resolution.Thanks!

the DocuSign home page is not sowing the quick access. how do we fix the issues  

Our Certificate ID numbers used to always default print on the top of the page, and since February 2024 they are not always there now. I see there is a way to click on advanced options when sending a document and checking a box saying you want it to print at the top of the page but is there a way to set it up to be default again?

We have just updated our version of docusign which is integrated with Salesforce.  We have noticed that with this upgrade the button ‘sign now’ is now defaulted to zero (unticked) where as it used to be ticked.  It is just another small step that our workers need to remember to do in their process flow. Does anyone know if this default can be amended to = 1 (ticked) https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=psy1581360698967&topicId=jba1581360655134.html&_LANG=enus  

Can a signer add on an additional signer and still stay a required signer?

I am an executive assistant and my boss is tired of people sending requests that do not have all of the required ‘tags’ inserted on the document for him to sign. I also need to confirm if everyone required to sign the form has been added. Therefore, I need to review the Signature Tags, Text Boxes and other required DocuSign tags and each recipient’s tags before any of the recipients receive the document to sign. Is this possible?
