While signing a We form in Dev environment, testers are presented with this error “Unable to load CAPTCHA verification. Please refresh this page”. Can anyone please suggest, how this can be corrected. Thanks  

Recently started using Web Forms and after created the fields and went to view template connections I didn’t see the mapped fields. how can I fix that and what caused this issue? 

I’m no regex expert but I’ve managed to fudge together what I thought would be a functional check for whether a form filler is trying to use new line characters in text fields. My regex is:(?<=[^\r\n])\R(?=[^\r\n])It looks like it should work: But when I implemented the regex in my web form entering anything in the field results in the input failing the validation check: What am I missing? Do web forms use new line characters as part of the field? Why would a single word with no spaces or anything match my pattern?

For example, we currently have Signer A, then recipient who receives a copy, then Signer B. After Signer A signs the document, recipient who receives a copy will get an email notification that Signer A has signed along with a link to view the document in DocuSign, but will not receive a copy of the document as an attachment in that email notification. Recipient who receives a copy will only get a copy of the document as an attachment in an email notification after both Signer A and Signer B signs. We would like for recipient who receives a copy to get a copy of the document as an attachment in all of the email notifications they receive during the signing process and not just at the end after everyone has signed. Hi all!I work for a company who issues out initial documentation to clients via paper and am attempting to bring it online. Each document needs to be personalised for each individual which prevents a stock standard template being utilised each time.The problem I am having is when I do a bulk send including 3 of the preprepared templates, it introduces 3 signatories instead of the 1. Does anyone have experience creating this style of bulk send individualised documents?

Hello,I am trying to implement the Focused view for embedded signing in my application. While I can complete the signing process in one shot, there are cases where I would like to reload the iFrame, i.e., call DocuSign.signing again with the same URL and resume my session as it was. Is this possible?Currently, when I try to reload the iFrame, I see a loading page and a document with the URL chrome-error://chromewebdata/ instead of https://demo.docusign.net/Signing/?insession=1&ti=<id>. If someone has rejected halfway through the signing process, due to incorrect information, how do we edit the document to resend?

We have recently transitioned from DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce to DocuSign App Launcher. It has come to our attention that certain users who previously had the capability to log in as another user in Salesforce and send a DocuSign envelope on their behalf are now experiencing issues. When attempting this action, the page fails to load properly. This functionality is crucial to our process. We are investigating if there is a specific permission or setting that can be adjusted to restore this capability. Although these users have shared access through the DocuSign website and can send on behalf of others from there, we aim to integrate this feature within our Salesforce organization due to dependent processes. We are seeking a solution to ensure seamless operation and maintain our workflow efficiency.

Hello everyone,Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign consoleit opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end? Thank you in advance!

Hello,I am trying to work out how to send what is, to me, a complicated bulk send, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed.I want to be able to send the same contract to multiple people. Each contract will require 4 separate signatures, 2 of which are from a recipient group. The signatures must be in order.To provide an example, a contract needs to be sent to people in the following strict order:Person 1, and then back to our organisation for approval (by one of 3 people - hence the recipient group). Person 2, and then back to our organisation for final approval (by one of 3 people again).To complicate further, I would like to do a bulk send, because we send around 20 contracts at the same time, but each one is a discrete contract that must only go to the relevant people.I have tested this internally, but it doesn’t seem to work consistently, and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.Apologies if this is really rather simple, but I’m new to DocuSign, and can’t seem to find how to do

A new user account was setup recently with SSO. This was incorrect as it is a shared mailbox so we only have SSO for normal users.  How can I change this? Do I have to close the account and try to set up a new one or will the fact the email address already exists, even though it would then be on a closed account, prevent me from doing so?

Hi, I migrated my DocuSign Records using the migration tool. However, it says it only migrates those that are Completed, Voided or Declined.  How do I get the ones that are in the Sent Status over to the new DocuSign Status object for Apps Launcher?

How can an administrator view all documents sent by all users on the account? If there is any way, will it show that an admin is viewing documents sent from other team members? How can I see what is being sent and received?

I'm still learning the ropes of DocuSign, and trying to adapt some PDF forms to DocuSign, to make it easier for all parties involved.  The documents are not ours, so we cannot alter those and must work around how they have the document set up. The solution to my problem is simple, but I'm not sure how to get the solution.  I need the red borders removed for Radio buttons because several questions are a 'choose 1' scenario.  The red boxes surrounding the button overlap each other and it looks very messy from the signer's point-of-view. Everything I've read says this is not possible, but I just find that hard to believe, it's just too simple and I can't be the only one in this situation. Thank you for any help!

Does the Finish Later save the information put in without clicking the finish tab? There is no Save and Finish Later option

I already app one app live in Docusign prod, now i am pushing one more app from Docusign demo account to Docusign prod that is connected to different SF instance & usecase is little different, since my prod account is common for both apps what other think would remain common like the API account id, user Id & just the integration key would be different, is it correct understanding?
