I have an envelope that was sent to 4 people for signing in a specific order.  The first person signed.  The second person signed but has since told me they made a mistake on one of the radio buttons.  Can I resend it to just that second person?  When I go into the Correction screen to resend, it looks like it is only going to send it to the people who have not signed yet.

Hi all,We have successfully set up SSO between Azure AD and DocuSign, and have started work on implementing JITP.We have setup AAD Groups which we would like to use to dynamically assign users to different accounts within DocuSign e.g. Group Dep1 will have the user add to Dep1 account in DocuSign.We are thinking we could use extension attributes in the AAD group to send the SAML Assertions but have not had much luck.Hoping that someone has been able to successfully set theirs up in a similar way or can provide some insight to assist us in setting up these dynamic groups to map the accounts. Thank you

Is there a phone number available for me to call to discuss a billing matter? And where can I find said number, I’ve navigated your entire website and have not been able to locate it. For a company as sizable as yours this should not be an issue. And I should be able to speak with a customer rep at a moment's notice and not take 45mins trying to locate a number to call.

Hi Team,I am currently using a developer account (https://apps-d.docusign.com/) to test docusign integration using REST API: POST- https://{ServiceDomain}/restapi/{Version}/accounts/{AccountId}/envelopes to create envelope. My requirement is to hide the envelope ID from document.I am passing envelopeIdStamping== false in request JSON but It is not working.If I go to Sending settings in https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/sending-settings, then the options are greyed out. I saw multiple support article on this issue and found  “To include the Envelope ID on documents, the feature must be enabled by your Docusign administrator in the account Sending Settings.But not sure how to do it. DocuSign in Meridian Link not connecting.  Login Unsuccessful error.  Who can I speak with to verify my Account information is correct? 

Where in my account can I find out when the next date occurs that I can send an envelope?  I am on the most basic of sending 5 envelopes a month.  But not the beginning of the month.  Where do I find out what my window of time or billing date is? I pay annually so don’t see a monthly notification or I’d deduct the date.Thanks for ANY help.  I was embarrassed with a customer this morning when I couldn’t tell them WHEN they’d be receiving their contract. 

I have a document with a lot of checkboxes.  Is it possible to have a checkbox or button at the top that the person can select that will allow them to check all the boxes at once?  They would prefer not to have the boxes preselected but want to be able to check them all at once.  Not sure if there is a way to do this.

I am sending a purchase agreement.  I need to obtain signatures from the 2 sellers before the agreement is routed to several buyers.  I don’t need the buyers to sign in any particular order.  Can I label the sellers both with a “1” and then label all other signers as “2”?

We suddenly started facing below issues after the trial license changed. Eventhough client has E5 license assigned they are facing below issue while using docusign connector for sending envelope in power automate. Hi, I have an Org admin privilege and I’m trying to add myself as an account admin for couple of accounts underneath the Org, but I couldn’t find the DS admin option in eSignature.is it because only an account admin with ‘DS admin’ privilege can grant me access? Thanks,Mounika

I'd like to enable Password Rules and Expiry. I was wondering what will hapen for existing users? Will they receive an e-mail to change their passwords immediately? Should they changed their password before I enable the new security requirement?

I’ve created webforms for those affected by hurricane devastation. I need to be able to see once they have had their home gutted, mold remediation, electrical work completed, etc…. I can’t figure out if they can change their answers in the webform once they’ve had certain work completed? Maybe it’s a setting that I’m not seeing?I also need people to be able to upload their personal information like the deed to their home. I was going to integrate it with Google Drive but is there a way for the API to create a private folder for each family? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

We have installed DocuSign for SharePoint on a site collection.  Up until recently we had a custom folder setup and working, for some reason this is no longer working.  I suspect that somebody perhaps changed a setting.  When I go into “Manage DocuSign Administration Settings” and change the option to store signed documents in a custom folder, I am presented with a list of SharePoint sites, but for some strange reason I do not see my site listed.  I’m now unable to select my site, the document library and the custom folder that we were using previously.  Has anyone encountered this issue before?  I see lots of SP sites to select but none of them are the correct site.

Hello, should a signature drawn by mobile phone have authentication seal around the name. Has anyone ever run into that situation where no authentication no time stamp / signed by seal was around the signature?

Scenario: We have to send specialized offer letters to ~200 new hires. This will be a standard template with customized fields for each hire (e.g. Name, address, etc.). We were thinking of using mail merge in office along with the data in excel to create all of the letters.Question: Can we do this directly in Docusign and create the unique envelops to be signed by each new hire. Alternatively, is there a way to bulk create envelopes and with the proper attached document for each person to save time.Goal: looking to save time by not having to manually create ~200 docusign envelops via template and fill in the fields / upload docs one by one Apologies if this has been answered before.Best,Roman

Hi Community….hope you’re having a decent week. QQ - I’ve noticed that if had a user (lets call them User 1)….and they had shared access to user 2...if I close then reactivate User 1 - that user still has shared access to user 2?!….seems like a bug as I would have thought when you Close a user - any / all shared access is revoked by design, and would have to be set up again (post reactivation) ?
