Two of my long time signers got this error this morning.  What does it mean and how do I fix it? 

Hi, how to sign a document from SharePoint using the DocuSign plugin. Our process involves signing the document internally first before sending it to the customer. We then utilize the ‘Get Signatures with DocuSign’ feature to send to customers. However, i am unsure how to docusign from SharePoint itself internally before sending it out to the customers? I tried using the ‘Sign using DocuSign’ option as shown in the picture but get error message. Please help​

Our company recently decided that we did not have the headcount to justify the cost of an enterprise account. With that said, we are thinking the best approach for our company is to transition our current HR account to the business pro web-based plan and instruct our employees with current accounts to merge or transfer their users to our account as it allows up to 50 users. This way we can consolidate our users to one account and not have 5-10 different accounts, if that makes sense. If we do this, when we add these users to our account (HR’s account) will the emails they generate come from their emails we assigned to them or will it come from the main account (say HR’s account)? Is there an option to subscribe to more than one branding option without having to open an enterprise account? The business pro web-based plan looks to only have one branding option, but we’re likely to branch out to other subsidiary company that I am sure would like to brand their emails separately. I hadn't used the app for a while and had the old app with old branding. Logged into my account and I could see documents but it kept crashing and saying to update the app. Went to Playstore and updated. Now have the new app and branding but all my documents have disappeared. How do I get them back?

Hello, can we organise within an envelope, a chain of approvers/signatures (internal to the company) with a final receiver of the document/report, who does not see all approval steps inherent to DocuSign ?  or do we have to foresee a separate emailing of report to this final receiver ?  thank you for your suggestion.

We're having issues with automatically applying a template to an envelope, in order to anchor the signature, initials and date fields in the signed document. We're using Docusign with Salesforce integration to send documents for signature; however these documents are generated by OmniStudio in Salesforce, not by DocuSign. When defining a DocuSign Envelope Template in Salesforce, the first step is to select or upload documents. Here we're not uploading any document, and we're selecting instead "Attach documents from Salesforce instead", with document selected as "Latest Document". The rest of the envelope is configured with recipients (roles, signing order, etc), reminder options, no merge fields. etc. In DocuSign, I found the template that matches my Envelope Template in salesforce (I confirmed by looking at the template Id in Docusing, and it matches the one in my SF envelope), and uploaded a document to it. HelloI have a company were employees are in the field and contracts are signed on demand. How do I create and send fillable documents for my employees to get signed in the field. I need to know how to add an employee share a fillable document with them when signers info is unknow. They need this document at all times blank and ready to go. 

looking to print blank documents (offers etc) to have on hand when i don’t have internet service, and i don’t see a way to do that. the thumbnail does not have any icon on it to save, download, or print. I’m on a MacBook.

When a User leaves the company, how do you manage their envelopes? Do you need to delete them as a user?

I need to send a client a form where they will fill out their social security number, sign it and then upload it themselves.
