How many days can we still access our account to download all documents after our contract ends? I got informed by one of a DocuSign Call Center staffs that we can access for 90 days maximum, another person said it is no limited time as we paid for our documents. Which one is correct?

We have 5 people in a signing group. We all want to see what is available to sign, and we each sign those that are relevant to us. Until 1-2 months ago, this feature was working as described. As of that timeframe, one signer at a time is receiving an envelope, serially. This is problematic as the other 4 are unable to see the envelope and we have had to transfer ownership of envelopes back and forth.As a test, we created a new signing group with the same people and find that we have the same problem. What must we do to go back to the original behavior, where everyone in the signing group sees all items needing signing in their inbox?

Hi Everyone, I have an issue with the docusign email I am received for signature.I can only access them once. If I do not sign it right away and had to re-open the email later on, it just all greyed out. I do not have access to the link anymore.Is there any solution to this issue?

I see that you can’t retroactively set up a Delegated Signer - a person can only set that up from today forward. What happens if a person sets up Delegated Signer after the envelope has been sent, but before it’s been signed? Will the Delegated Signer option kick in and the Delegated Signer be notified when the next Reminder to sign is sent?

When “Allow recipients to create a Docusign account” is set to TRUE, and a recipient creates a DocuSign account, does it use my licenses or create a free DocuSign account for the recipient?

Hi, for a while now we have troubles executing QES. In Chrome and Edge, the process fails after we put the PIN of the token with the error There was an unexpected fault.Firefox on the other hand is not even able to recognize PKI Software installed no matter what we do. Hello, I have a user that I am helping saying that her envelope that was set to expire in 60 days, expired sooner than that, within two days. What can cause that and how can we resolve this, thank you. 

I  have used Docusign for several years and had no problems. Most docs I send out require me to also esign. But this week - I am not able to esign - after clicking SIGN NOW. It appears to start but then the screen either goes blank or today I receive “An Error has Occurred” message.Any idea what is causing the problem?I cannot seem to locate a Support #.ThanksWR

Hello,I’m trying to rename the “Start” navigation button: However, I can’t find the correct field name in the resource file. “DocuSign_BeginSigning” doesn’t do the trick. I didn’t find anything in the  Resource File Guide. It works well for other buttons like “DocuSign_NavNext”, so there shouldn’t be an issue with the resource file itself.  Can anyone provide the correct setting for the resource file?Thanks in advance!

Hey,I’ve sent a document for signing, but for some reason one of the signatures has shifted to the right a bit, and now it is overlapped with some text which makes it hard to read.How can I adjust the location of the signature? Could you please let me know why SMS delivery is not available for envelopes with bulk send recipients? How can I send envelopes by email and SMS when use bulk send? It is not friendly at all. Please help!!!

Hi all, good to connect. One of my recipients says the link is not working and hasn’t signed any of the documents I’ve sent. The order is start - three recipients to sign in any order - complete. Am I doing something wrong?   Lisa

When signing a document in DocuSign that has previously been signed with Adobe.  How can I prevent the certificates from Adobe from expiring?

Good Day All.Please help with below.I'm in urgent need of a document from January/February 2023 I no longer have access to the email address (my previous employer) (work Email address) that it was sent to. I have tried using Docusign secure code to access the document with no success. I'm unsure also how to get in touch with a docusign employee to assist me.  Any advice or assistance or if a docusign employee can contact me would be very helpful.

I purchased envelopes because I went over the plan for the year but the additional envelopes that I purchased never showed up in my available envelopes.  Still shows I am over my quota.  I can’t find any help online and no phone number to call.  Anyone know the answer?

I have an old docusign account from when I worked for a real estate company that used it - now I no longer have that email (tied to the company) or the phone number I had then - but my credit card company is trying to send me something via docusign and it keeps going to the old account I had - not the new one I have made since then.  I called the credit card company - they say it is a docusign issue - but there is no support on here whatsoever.  I can’t really cancel my old account without those tools - and don’t know how to tell it to use my new account.  Any ideas??
