Is it possible to use docusign to prove document origination, in that, will a timestamp on a document be able to be verified as authentic to a document signed with docusign on a certain date? I am trying to have proof that a certain creative/intellectual work was made on a certain date, thanks for the input

We have a team/group of about 50 users that would like to share access with everyone else in that group. Is it possible to make it so that anyone put in that group just automatically shares with everyone else instead of having to manually set the permissions for every user?

One of our employees logged into docusign to sign a document.  After they signed the document, they were logged out of docusign and then had to sign back in instead of taking them back to either the docusign home or manage page.  Is anyone aware of why that may happen.  We are using microsoft outlook office 16.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  I have also reached out to our IT group, waiting for a response.

(remove image due to personal information)The question is, Once I have selected all of the places for initials, signatures, etc. and have hit sent.  After document is sent, when I click on the manage tab and then click on the document preview in the upper right hand corner, the yellow field boxes that I setup are no longer showing. My question is, is there a setting to where those fields can show once in the manage tab. 

I’m trying to create a new Power Form and and get this message: “Cannot create a PowerForm from the selected template. Direct signing mode is not enabled for PowerForms.”  I can’t find any answers or workarounds for this message.  Please help.

Are PDF attachments sent through DocuSign encrypted? I am concerned because someone sent me all the documents I signed via DocuSign back to me as attached PDFs, and they contain all my personal data. There was no password to open them.

Hi,We were a little concerned about an incident that happened to one of our users who had sent out an Envelope and the person signed it (they were the only one who had to sign it).  Then at 1:30 in the morning the person who had just signed it received a reminder to sign the Envelope.  We were a little concerned that this may be spam since it had been signed and they received a reminder.  The “reminder” does appear to have a correct docusign email address and it does have an incident code and the links all go to docusign’s website..  Is this normal for this to happen after an Envelope had been signed?  We have auto reminders set to every 20 days.  

is there a way to recall/void/terminate an envelope which already has been completed its execution by all the required parties?I’ve been informed that the counterparty mistakenly provided unauthorized signee info that circulated its new request with proper signee, and would like to terminate the executed one if it is possible. 

I am trying to create a template that can be sent with the bulk feature.  Each recipient has a “committed value” that I would like to have prepopulated before the envelope is sent.  I ran a test by adding a 1st level signer that would be from my organization that could update the value.  I can do that but when I open the envelope there is no way for me to tell who the template will be sent to after I populate the amount.  Is there an easy way to fix this? 

How do I add the Knowledge Based Authentication to documents I’m sending out? I upgraded to Business Pro for more options, but it only gives me the option to send a verification code. I do not want to just send a code.Thanks!

I have created a custom text field because I want the char limit to be much more than 4000.  I have added the custom text field in my template and the new char limit I specified worksHere is the issue:Once someone inputs text in the first field, it is repeating / automatically copying that text in all of the custom text fields in the template.  For example, the first custom text field asks the user for their favorite 3 colors: The user enters blue white and greenThe next custom text field (which is asking for different information) is auto populating with the text provided in the first  entered custom text field.  The next custom text field asks for 3 favorite foods - it is auto populating with the 3 colors entered in the first field.  Why is this happening??Any help would be much appreciated!Thanks

I am attempting to send a group of 8 PDFs that I have previously sent to others successfully multiple times using DocuSign but am receiving the following error message only today:An error occurred in the external doc service. ServFileDownloadErrorAll of these documents are under 1 MB each.  They are text only, no form fields, images, macros, etc.  There is no explanation I can find anywhere in DocuSign’s FAQs or anywhere online explaining this error message, and my documents meet DocuSign’s criteria for appropriate uploads.Of course, my situation is time-sensitive, confidential, and business critical.  Help, anyone?Many thanks.

Normally I receive documents for my signature but I do not have a registered user in docusing, however when I go to sign it already shows my correct names and information, but now that I want to sign it shows me my wrong last names.Do I have a way to modify these data of my user?

Hi I’ve been using DS for ages now, for signing PDFs by myself. Now I have a challenge: I must send the same PDF (with editable fields) to around 40-60 addresses for their signature.  If I have a standard free plan can I do so? If I need a paid plan, can the monthly personal plan do the trick? How will I know that I can send the same document to multiple addresses for them to (separately) fill out and send back? This was unclear to me when reading about envelopes (five?).  A bit urgent, thanks!Leonbruno

It is the same form sent each time. a group of people get emailed notification and a copy of the executed document after it is sent out monthly and filled in/executed.Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks. 

How would you approach the objective of (1) routing a document (project thesis) for review/signoff to approx 15 team members and then (2) obtaining their feedback on the project (via a separate standard feedback form) by asking for their identification of potential issues, risks, and opportunities.  These documents would then be immediately routed to the project leader upon each team member's submission of feedback.  Curious if such a use case could/should be addressed via docusign template or other?
