Hi, We are using a custom URL For button when when we go to ‘Send Agreement’  after we generate the documents, it asks us to add the signing groups and users individually. We would like to have a certain set of users already added so our end users will follow the correct process. Would also like to add a custom email message. We have this all set up with our current templates in DocuSign Apps Launcher but we are unsure how to get it to work with DocuSign Gen. Any insight? I have created my first webform.  I am wondering why when the esignature document is populated for signature, why the recipient is able to modify the mapped responses.

Hi,I have a user that has signed several documents in the past, but cannot see any of them in his history.  where can i find these? 

There are some recipients that don´t wish to interact with the envelope if they dont need to. This means that they will only reject on same cases but dont want to approve all the time. The closing of the envelope is important for other processes so I want to know if DocuSign can do that.

Hi,I’d love to use the Template Assistant for word so that I can have text in my word document replaced as opposed to having to position, pick fonts, etc.I create sender fields in my Word doc as {{FirstName}} and the preview works correctly.When I click Upload to Docusign, the template is uploaded and the editor opens, but none of my fields are recognized.I’ve searched for resources, but am getting confused by Document Gen, whether it requires Salesforce, etc.What am I missing?TIA 

Hello,In our account, we have the following settings enabled: Recipient Authentication Triggers: The first time a recipient accesses an envelope per device.  Recipient Authentication Skip Option: Recipients cannot skip authentication when accessing subsequent envelopes from the same sender.When utilizing in-person signing, the user is prompted to enter the access code to initially access the envelope to sign (on the hosted device). However, once all parties have signed the document, a completed email is sent to the signer where they can view the completed document. If the user clicks that link on a different device, they are not prompted to enter the access code and can view the contents of the document.This is a major security concern if the wrong email was entered or the email was compromised - documents may contain NPPI. Hi allI am looking to implement an “Email Document” step as per https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=yks1643320936212&topicId=hpj1576610096401.html&_LANG=enusI am struggling to find much information on what happens when a bounceback or outbound delivery failure occurs (e.g. SMTP Error 550).  We managed to get some bounceback emails coming back into the system, but want to ensure we cover all failure scenarios appropriately.  Any advice on details for this appreciated! Thanks!

Hello,Is there a way to create shared access in bulk?  I have a group of about 125 people and they all need access to each other’s envelopes.  Doing this individually will take several days and i can’t devote that much time to it.  Is there a better way?Thanks,Teri

HelloMy wife has been sent a document to sign with e-signature.  The email was sent direct to her private email account from the company.  When she opens it, the signature has my name in it, and not hers.  She forwarded the email to me and the same thing happens when I open the document on my personal email.  The signature is automatically populated with my name.  There is a docusign reference number in the field.  How do we delete my name/signature, and add hers?Many thanks

Hi, We are new to Gen and we use DocuSign Apps Launcher v6.9 within Salesforce. After we generate the documents, how do we send them? I was under the impression that it would be seamless, we generate then we would be prompted to send. But after the documents generate we are prompted to Preview/Download and click done and get directed back to our record. I think I am missing a piece. Can someone provide any insight? Thanks!

I have set up several templates on Docusign for colleagues to use. A colleague has uploaded a document but Docusign hasn’t linked it to the template. This has been working for the past month with no issues but it not working today. Template hasn’t been changed until I went into investigate it just now. Can someone help please?

I have hundreds of signed pdfs I need to print and record for HOA.  How besides clicking every signed completed document, can I do a bulk select and download  in DocuSign.  This is maddening.

Trying to get Retrieve Filters to work with little success.  I have a template named 2025 Financial Products and Promotions Agreements Packet 2 (with some variation).  I have tried using Filter of Template Matches (RegEx) \(Packet 2\) and get no results despite seeing these completed documents in the web UI.     I also have a Packet 1 which I’m trying to avoid in this specific Retrieve. Any suggestions on how to best setup a filter to get these envelopes?In the Envelope Custom Fields I see this. Can I use either of these?  

Hi all, For a client who is using Salesforce we are looking at DocuSign. But they have some specific requirements and we are wondering if this is able with DocuSign. They want to start the process with DocGen. So, with the push off a button in Salesforce a template should be generated and stored in Sharepoint. Then they want to adjust the template in Sharepoint with Word. When the document is ready they want it to be sent to the right persons for singing. This process should be fully automated with a push of a button. So when they push on a button in Salesforce it will sent the document for singing directly from Sharepoint, so no screens will open where they have to verify the signees or they have to add the signing box. This will all be done automatically. The signees will be internal users and external. Is this possible with DocuSign and if yes how?   

How do I disable auto complete?  I have a field for “Player Name” and I have a field for “Parent Name”.  When someone enters the Player name in the Player name field, it auto populates in the Parent Name field also.  How do I avoid it from auto populating?
