I’m working with a very small new company that needs to see ISO 27001 and SOC 2 reports for the context of using the Part 11 option. Our MSP (managed IT service provider) has attempted to contact DocuSign support to get access to the STAP package, and has not been successful. We attempted to register on https://www.docusign.com/trust/stap but that just collects info for marketing purposes, it appears.  The Trust Portal access https://www.docusign.com/trust/trust-portal does not seem to be available either.I even looked at the old (now expired ISO27001 certificate from a previous company I worked with and attempted to lookup DocuSign on https://www.schellman.com/certificate-directory - but apparently DocuSign no longer uses Schellman as their certifier(?) They do not show up in a search.This has been going on for weeks - what can we do to get a copy?

Is it possible to view and download all envelopes that have ever been created under my subscription? I am the administrator of the account and primary user. I opened the account in 2019, however when viewing all envelopes they only go back to 2022. Additionally, I do not have a retention policy enabled.  

How can I edit a document after it has been signed?There is a small typo on a date (wrong year) in which all parties agree upon.I don’t want to have to do a variation for a simple error.I don’t have a “Manage” tab at the top of my account. Thanks

I have a docusign account, i want to add a default process were seal should be add default in all envelope before sending for Signature. I have seen the process where seal and signature process can be done through eMudra from DocuSign account. https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=xww1594245808169&topicId=acl1688555915412.html&_LANG=enusI want to automate the seal process should be implement default before sending for any Signature for all the envelope created in DocuSign.

I'm wondering if it's possible to have my manager’s signature pre-populated into Docusign that I can just add into our contracts so she doesn't have to do it one by one every time a vendor confirms. Is that possible?

I am trying to add my team photo to Docusign profile picture and no matter how I size it, it is too zoomed and can’t seem to get whole team in.  Only 4 people, but help, why is this so hard???  Can manipulated in photoshop as needed, but no matter what I have done it seems to have a mind of it’s own as to how to crop everything out that I want?

Hello,I’m new to DocuSign.  I cannot seem to locate an answer to my question.  I have several assignments that I will be sending to an investor. Example of the signature page attached.  It will need to be first signed by the assignor using DocuSign envelope.  The assignee will sign next and they said they can just sign manually in their office.  My company will be the GP and we will need to countersign and we can also do this manually.  Is it an acceptable process to send the envelope to the assignor and include a cc for assignee.  Will the assignee be able to print the completed document and sign and then email back to me so we can also print and countersign as GP?  I wasn’t sure if it’s acceptable to ask someone to print and sign a DocuSigned envelope.Thanks!

I set up my Docusign account, which I paid for using my personal credit card, under my work email address. Unfortunately I was laid off and my access was immediatly cut off. Now I can’t get into the account to cancel the subscription because I can’t do the 2 step verification. I called the support line and it says I have to have an online support ticket created to get help. I can’t open an online support ticket because I can’t log in. How can I get help to cancel this account?

I am trying to determine if a set of documents are authentic DocuSign documents. Each document has a DocuSign Envelope ID at the top and the signatures have a frame/ID.However, many documents have the same DocuSign Envelope ID at the top of the page. I understand that the document ID should be unique to each document. Why would the same ID be on different documents?Also, in order to track the duplication of DocuSign Envelope IDs, I’ve noticed that when I copy/past these IDs into a different format (Excel, for example), up to three different DocuSign Envelope IDs are revealed. Why would this happen? Would multiple DocuSign Envelope IDs be assigned to one document during the course of signing? 

I have a rather long text message I need to include to my recipients, who are typically signing contracts, and when I set up my template with the language for the message, it looks fine, with paragraphs, bullet points, spacing, alignment etc. But it seems that once the recipient receives the envelope the paragraphs are all jammed together as one huge paragraph, including my signature block. Is there a way to keep some formatting, just paragraphs and spacing, in my messages to recipients?

Hey all,Our security solution marks emails from “eu.docusign.net” as phishing.The domain seems to belong to Docusign, and the email seems to be legit, but looking into why this is marked as spam, I saw that your SSL configuration for https://docusign.net/ is incorrect.I am not sure if this is the reason for the marking, but it would be good to rectify this in any case.The problem lies with the SAN configuration not having the plain docusign.net as domain name configured:This is what my firefox says:Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for docusign.net. The certificate is only valid for the following names: www.docusign.net, na1.docusign.net Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAINPlease check your configuration. If you could resolve this error, maybe it helps with your emails being marked as spam and blocked.

I am creating a template for our Service Agreement that requires a signature.We have 2 additional standard documents (FAQ and T&C) that we wish to include with every agreement, these do not require signatures or any input other than simply viewing them.Is there a way to apply the template in a way that the user only has to upload the Service Agreement and the other 2 standard documents are automatically attached?Or do they need to manually attach these documents each time? 

Hi,We are piloting an upgrade of the Docusign eSignature App (Version 7.2.1) to DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce (Version 6.10.2).Behavior with the legacy eSignature app was for the signed documents to be written back to the DocuSign Status object.  It appears that the behavior in DAL is to write the signed documents back to the envelope’s related object (Opportunity, Contact, etc).Is it possible to change this behavior in DAL?  We have a lot of automation/code relying on the documents being attached to the DocuSign Status object that will need to be changed if we can not modify that behavior.

Has anyone had success getting DocuSign to make enhancements to the esignature user interface?

hi guys, we have some issues with documents sent for sign offs and they disappear from signers view. Like they are telling me they see no docs I sent. Did someone observe the same? Or know how to deal with it?

Hello,I’d like to send a draft envelope via DocuSign API. The application uses ASP.NET Core.What I’ve done so far, I retrieved the envelope with GetEnvelope and set Status as “sent”, then I called Update method to change the envelope status.The envelope contains one Document, and 2 Recipients. And I received an error as follows : Error calling Update: {"errorCode":"INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER","message":"The request contained at least one invalid parameter. Value for 'purgeState' must be 'documents_queued' or 'documents_and_metadata_queued' or 'documents_dequeued' or 'documents_and_metadata_and_redact_queued'."}I tried to set PurgeState as “documents_dequeued” (1) or “documents_queued” (2) but I received different error messages : (1) documents not in the purge queue, and (2) the envelope must be completed first, which is not the case.I just want to send the draft envelope with documents to sign after storing the envelope id in our database, so I can keep track of the envelope status in

When one of several signatories tries to sign, he reports that the signature area is black. The document looks fine and no other signatory is reporting the same issue.Any ideas?

Once i submit the docusign application for “Review”, review gets passed and status c, when i hit “Go live” then the docusign team would manually review my application or how does the go live process works, please explain & how many days it takes!!

Hiya~DocuSign keeps telling me that:I am signed up for the largest plan I can sign up for I am about to be out of contracts.Is this a catch-22?They promised to call me over a week ago, but they haven’t.They keep asking me if I want to keep the case open, but they’re not helping.Can anyone help?I am an LLC, and it is just me, the entire company.Thanks~Dianne

Is it possible to sign a single document with all three forms of electronic signatures (Electronic Signatures, Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES), and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES)) at the same time? Hi,Recently the formatting of our emails has suddenly changed, when I receive an email to Review documents our logo is huge and the text is tiny. The link to Review Documents is really hard to see because it’s so small.  Any tips on how to fix this?  Not sure why it has suddenly changed.Thank you :)

Can docusign handle the below?  If so, which custody transfer rule would be invoked?   We have a user that has multiple groups.  There are multiple transfer rules in place.  One rule for each individual group.  When the user who has both groups sends an envelope, which custody transfer would apply?
