When I try to upload may signed document on the INPI website, I get this message : “Votre signature n'est pas valide : La synthèse a été signée avec un certificat étranger hors UE et dont l'autorité de certification n'est pas présente parmi celles définies dans les listes de confiance eIDAS. Votre signature n'est donc pas considérée comme valide puisque nous ne retrouvons pas l'autorité de certification du certificat utilisé parmi les listes de confiance eIDAS. Nous vous invitons à vous rapprocher de votre fournisseur de signature afin d'avoir une signature conforme.”Translation : “Your signature is not valid: The summary has been signed with a foreign certificate from outside the EU, whose certification authority is not one of those defined in the eIDAS trust lists. Your signature is therefore not considered valid, as we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used among the eIDAS trust lists. Please contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature.”H

How can we do it?Under his free account, he has multiple signed agreements he’d like to transfer to the paid account and then close the free account.I’d appreciate your help,Best,Roni

I’m relatively new to Organization Admin, but can see already that I have employees who are both Account and Domain users. I’m trying to set one of them (Account) as default as suggested in the training, but that option does not appear for me in the “Actions” drop down menu.

Hi, About few months, i could not receive Document after the Clients/customers finished E-sign !Before i received it automatic right after they signed in. Now i have to open DocuSign  Web to view it and loading it …..Please fix it for me, i want automatic receive the result after they signed in.Thank you Dao Vo  

On our lease, there is a section where customers pick/put their initials whether they’re going to self-insure or get a policy on their contents. I only want them to initial one of the two choices. How do I do that? Thank you 

One of our users (also an administrator) is leaving our firm shortly. I currently have shared access to her folders so I can see everything she’s sent out and completed items etc.  But what happens when she leaves?  I don’t want to lose all the documents she’s sent out that haven’t yet been completed (and I don’t want to loose the completed one’s either - although I know I can pdf those and save them elsewhere). Do we need to keep her account open?  If we close it, will we lose everything?  This must be regular occurance, so wondering how to deal with it. Many thanks

Hello Community,I hope you all doing well and maybe someone can help me out, because googling, asking coworkers and reading brought no solution. What I try to achieve: I created a Template (docx-Word) for Conga Composer and field all the data fields and integrated a query. After the file is created (now PDF) it should be send via docusign to some contacts.So I took the docx-Word Template, wrote down all the Anchor Tags and placed them via docusign during the creation of a docusign Envelope Template in Salesforce.The problem is now, when I use the button for sending, which I created with docusign, the file which I used to create the Envelope Template is also attached to the Envelope and the created PDF file. When I delete the, so to say, Sourcefile, all the automatically assigned fields in the PDF I like to send out to the customer are deleted. When I dont delete the file or deselect it, its going to send with the Envelope. So instead of one file, the customer recieves two files to sign

I received a new (revised) contract from a vendor stating that it had been renewed (without our knowledge) and signed. When I compare the original, which we do remember signing, and the new one, which we do not remember signing I noticed that the signature looks to have been copied. The original and new contracts have different “DocuSign Envelope IDs” as would be expected, but when I compare the signatures they are absolutely identical, with the same frame number and everything. Would this be evidence of tampering with the document and possibly pasting a signature from the original contract onto the new one? Is there another logical explanation that could possibly explain this?

How can you create a link to send the same doc to multple people?  It makes me enter an email and name but I am sending the same doc to multiple people so I dont want to enter the name and emaiil.

Hi,Sorry if the question has been asked before. Looked for an answer but couldn’t find it.I usually share with my manager the documents to sign, by adding the fields that he must complete in the form. I am able to add a lot of different fields (name, signature, date, initials, company name, etc.). However, I cannot seem to find a place to request for the company stamps or adding the company’s stamp, which is sometimes required when sending having to sign a document electronically.

Hello, I’m trying to sign a PDF oficial European Union document but their system doesn’t accept my signature. I tried several things but can’t find a solution. When I use their verification tool, this is the message I got:Any idea?

I need to sign an official document for the INPI here in France but I don’t get the certificated signature option when doing the whole envelope settings. How do I find it? and after that, since there’s a lot of questions around this: does the signature actually work still nowadays? A lot of people are complaining about the INPI rejecting Docusign’s signature certificate. Thank you! 

I need to transfer 22 envelopes from one user to another. I have selected all the reports, clicked transfer now, but the 'transfer' button is greyed out and I cannot search for any users and if I enter the full name or email then the transfer button is still greyed out.Is it to do with the envelopes containing password protected documents which some/all are? If it is, it would be useful for the system to flag this.If it's not that then how do I transfer the envelopes?I am an administrator and have transferred envelopes in bulk in the past with no problems.Many thanks

I have created a workflow where one of the steps is Send for Review where reviewer downloads the document and can make whatever changes they need. Instead of changing the whole document is there any way that only certain sections can be modifiable and remaining can be read-only.

I want to run a report on PowerForm usage. It would ideally list every PowerForm in the account, the last time it was used, the sender of the PowerForm, and the template used  in the PowerForm. Is this possible either by standard reporting or by API, if so, how?

Our company needs to integrate payments with Stripe into an agreement signing process. The business wishes to restrict payments to only ACH transfers. Is there a way to set this?The AllowedPaymentMethods property of the PaymentDetails, seems to be where this may be set, and it accepts a List<string> of allowed payment methods. I could not locate any documentation for the correct value to allow ACH transfers. Any idea of what that value may be, or if there is another way to restrict the payment type allowed?  

Is the following possible with DocuSign CLM? A document is generated with merged values from a record in Salesforce. The document is then reviewed internally and sent externally for review and redlines. When the parties agree that the document is finalized, we’d like to update the original Salesforce record with the new values that are in the document’s merged fields. Is this possible? If so, I would very much appreciate a summary of how one would go about it. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I received an email link to a DocuSign document, and in the signature section I created a new signature and adopted it but noticed afterwards that I accidently made a mistake in the signature and now am unable to fix it or create a new signature. I did not have a DocuSign account when I signed and adopted the signature at the time. How can this be fixed?Thank you

I changed my job, and I have subscribe Docusign with my pervious company mail box, now I cannot login to this account due to verification code was sent to my pervious company mail box and it was lock or cancel. please help me how to cancel the subscription due to this issue, please help
