ACCESS DOCUMENTS with code - there is no button on top right that other answers have said. We need to urgently sign documents from our bank. Where is an option to access these documents now that we are logged in? Getting super frustrated :(

I’ve 5 templates right now in my account. Can I set a unique email address for each template? For example,Template 1 is dedicated to the Hollywood location - I should get an email notification to 000000000 when recipients submit the form.Template 2 is dedicated to the Miami location - I should get an email notification to 000000000 when recipients submit the form.Can it be done with DocuSign? (Removed emails due to personal information)

HiI am currently trying to place the SignHere tab.I have tried the anchor but have found out that my document, generated by the FPDF library, is not machine readable. So I have changed my mind and am now trying to place a fixed position to the SignHere tab. But it isn’t working either.It seems like my pdf is treated like a whole and not like pages.Is that possible ? Could this be the reason ?If so, how can I do ?Thank you for your help.

Recentemente eu criei um APP para realizar algumas integrações e após a finalização do desenvolvimento, realizei o processo de Go Live.Após a aprovação e selecionar a conta para qual deveria ser destinado, nada aconteceu.Meu app na conta de desenvolvimento é apresentando com o Enviroment Production, mas não consigo visualiza-lo na conta de produção.     Primeiro realizei o procedimento em uma conta de desenvolvedor, aguardei 3 dias úteis e não obtive sucesso.Realizei o mesmo procedimento em uma segunda conta de desenvolvedor e também não obtive sucesso.

I had a scripted CUstom button, then undeployed this script and disabled it in the Config page.  Now there is only 1 custom button enabled, the UI Custom button.  I am not sure how or what the trigger was added on the UI custom button and now hides it whenever the button is clicked (signing into Docusign).   How do we make the “SS Send Credit App” button not hidden on the Customer form after logging into Docusign?  or which scripts may have been impacted? 

As an administrator, can I void envelopes sent by my users?

Is it possible to set a Webform (or Powerform) to return a form the originator to edit/update if rejected at any point during the sign-off process? The updated form would then bere-subitted for approval.

We have also used the user ID and Integration Key, and the connection server set to account-d.docusign.com. It seems that we do not have the necessary permissions to connect.Could you please assist in resolving this issue?Thank you!

Recently all of my templates have disappeared when attempting to add as attachment in Microsoft Teams Approvals. They were there recently when I last looked at the project, but now they are missing.My templates are still available within Docusign, and my Docusign account is signed in through the Teams Approvals app. I can see past signature requests that I have sent or signed. I have tried signing out of Docusign within Teams and back in, with no change.

 For the following section, the Institutional Certification needs to be an either/or. If they complete the first box and sign, they do not need to complete the second box and sign. How do I create sign one of the two options?  

I sent out a document for a number of signers to execute with their signatures - one of the signers is receiving a “not all tags are closed” error message and is not able to sign the document.  Any ideas as to the cause and how to solve?  Urgent situation.Thanks!

Hello All:Is there any way to change the settings on the left menu? (the one that begins: ‘Start’ , ‘Shared Access’, ‘Envelopes’...)I’d prefer that it remain fully open - so I don’t have to keep clicking “show more” whenever I refresh/move to another page. The two categories I use most are “Completed” and “Waiting for Others” - which means extra clicks to get to “Waiting for Others”.  thanksmr1

How to update or give sales permission to trace status of DocuSign which the sender send?so they can get their customer sign the DocuSign.. sometimes customer overlooked the email so the sales request if they can get access to trace the DocuSign flow.. I have  use the reminder option but still the customer didn't sign it I am sending warranty letter to their customer and the customer always overlook the email so the DocuSign sometime got expired and void.. the sales teams is  asking if they can trace the DocuSign flow so they can inform their customer to sign the letter.

Hello,I have a query related to display of dynamic dates in the Docusign form. We are trying to use FormulaTab field to add 3 business days from Date Signed to display a date to the user.As per Docusign docs (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/esign101/concepts/tabs/calculated-fields/) we can use the formula to do basic date manipulation likeAddDays([todaysDate], 3)but is there a way to do a bit more complex manipulation like add 3 business days. And to follow up, while adding 3 business days skip holidays as well ? Ideally we can generate new doc everyday with the updated date but I was hoping we could avoid it.

Delegated approvers are helpful when the original approver can’t respond to approvals, such as during a vacation.  Does DocuSign CLM allow a user to automatically receive another user’s approval requests over a predefined time period?

I work for New Mexico State University and DOCUSIGN currently has our account under a trial subscription. As a signer for PSLF’s (Public Service Loan Forgiveness), we should not be on any trial subscription nor have to pay to sign these federal forms. We didn’t encounter this issue until a few weeks ago. We were able to go in, sign these federal forms and save them, with no difficulty. We can sign them, but we are no longer able to save them in our files. Hi everyone, I need help for the 2 points below:Are all documents passing our DocuSign account visible to everyone who logs in using the same credentials or we can limit certain documents to visible to certain signers? This particularly applies to employee contracts where we need controlled permissions. If documents are visible to all, what is the cost of adding another user/account so we can segregate confidential documents from the rest? Thank you for your help!
