Hello,As the Docusign admin for my company, I recently verified our domain to prevent unmanaged signups with our company email. However, I still have 100+ existing users who have separate, individual accounts using our domain. What is the cleanest, most efficient way to invite all these unmanaged, domain users into our main company account? Not sure if it’s ideal to close their existing account and add them into the company account as their might by company data/envelopes in their existing account. Is there a way as an admin I can transfer the company-related envelopes to the company account beforehand? Ideally, I would want the users to have as little action items to do as possible. Some guidance would be helpful. Thank you!

I am working on hosting a standard webform which requires the user to upload an attachment during the signing ceremony of the envelope.We are using power automate connectors at the back end to move these attachments to a downstream location. These connectors come with a limitation that it can only transfer files with a maximum size of 20MB. Is there any way we can limit the file size of the attachment in DocuSign level that the user can upload files up to only 20MB instead of the default 25MB limit from DocuSign. Or is there a way to validate the file size to 20MB at the template level.We prefer to have the restriction on the DocuSign level as customizing the connectors is a challenge as our organization is not flexible with it and also we’d mitigate the risk at the user input level.

During testing of DocuSign in our Workday Sandbox environment, I’ve encountered a few issues I need help with: Email Notifications: Emails are being sent to my Outlook when both the hiring manager and candidate are viewing or signing the offer letter, which works as expected. Candidate Portal Issue: However, after the candidate signs and submits the offer letter, the completed application does not appear in the Candidate Portal. Profile Status Issue: Even after the offer letter is signed and submitted, the candidate profile in the sandbox still shows the status as "Awaiting Candidate Signature." I suspect this may be related to the fact that I used a DocuSign developer account to authenticate with the Workday Sandbox environment. I opted for the developer account to avoid impacting the production environment during testing, but I’m unsure if that’s causing these issues.Is there a known issue when using a DocuSign developer account in the Sandbox? I have to submit these docusigns signed by 1 person and 2 people receive copies. The 2 people who i have set as ‘receive a copy’ are not receiving them after the pdf is signed and dated. How can i fix this?

I have never participated in a Docusign API beta. How will this Navigator API beta work and what limitations should I expect?

I need to know whether I will be able to utilize Navigator API with the apps in my production environment during the beta phase.

In order to run some preliminary tests with this new API, I would like to know more about which tools I can expect to be able to currently use it with.

What authentication method is used for the Navigator API? I need to understand if it will be similar to other Docusign APIs I have used before or if it will be different.

It looks like the Navigator API is currently a closed beta. How do I gain access?

A year ago we signed ONE document via Docusign tl sell a  property. Now you are billing me $120 for the coming year. There is no “administrator” access, which you require to cancel. There wouldn't be one other than me. But without an “administrator” sign in I cannot cancel this charge and close my account, to which incidentally you denied me access to the one document I signed. We have no need or use for your services.How do we stop your $120 charge to my credit card and close our account. 

Hi, I have completed a Docusign only to find out that the business that I signed with is a sketchy one at best so I’m trying to go with another licensed business.  I’ve reviewed the completed docusign and notices that only my e-signature is present and not the other party.  Does this invalidate the contract?

Hi all, We are using a particular document in which there is an initial section that should be filled and signed by a set of individuals. Following the completion of the work described in this first section, the document must be updated with results and this final document is submitted for closure/final approval. The document template is currently a Word document. When we submit the document to Docusign for the first set of signatures, it will generate the PDF with signatures. Is there a way to have this PDF editatble for the second section (where some results are recorded) and the submitted again for the second set if signatures?  Thank you!

Last year, I was sent a link to sign a document. I did not sign the document. The link has since expired.Is there a way to access the original document that I was sent to sign?I’ve tried a few methods already:Link Using the security access code I created a DocuSign account with the same email that I received the link to, but I still don’t see any documents in my inbox / account I’ve also tried opening a support case, but I believe that is for paying customers. I received a log-in error trying to access the support portal.I am wondering if there is a way to access the original document I was sent to sign even though I never did sign it?Any help would be appreciated.Thank you in advance.

I can not find my signed document in the docusign mailbox. I have two signed document, one I can still access throught security code, another one I totally lost, how can I get the document ? 

I see “Docusign eSignature for Salesforce” listed on salesforce appexchange for 30 USD/User/Month If I already use both Docusign and Salesforce, do I have to pay this 30 USD/User/Month additional to what I already paid?

I have prepared a document to send with 11 different signers.  I am NOT sending any SMS (started to do this but didn’t realize there was a limit to how many could be sent this way). I went back and deleted each that had a phone number and re-entered their information with e-mails alone.  When I try to SEND I keep getting the following error message:Phone Number is invalid. Country ID is missing. Recipient ID 21515681Can someone please tell me how to clear this error message?Thank You so much for your time and help 

Could you add a signer in the signing order to download the contract and sign it manually? One of our external partners prefers a manual process for security reasons. Additionally, could you advise on the correct settings to apply for this adjustment?

I do not need to use this application for anything but having my customer’s sign estimates.  Do I have to have a paid account to do this? 

Hi,Is it possible to trigger events based on a specific recipient signing the envelope (DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce)?Example: Contract goes to two people a) Client b) Sales ManagerUpdate a salesforce field as soon as the client signs, even though the envelope is not complete. I tried with a salesforce record triggered flow to see if there is any update to the DocuSign Recipient Status record. And a decision to check the Routing order and the Status. So that, I can perform my logic to update the field based on the decision outcome.But somehow it does not work. Can anyone please help me on this? Appreciate your support on this. Thanks!

Hello DocuSign Community,I have an user case and I’m not sure if is handable easily. I want to send 300 envelops to 300 different recipients. Each envelop will contain 2 documents, pretty the same base but with some differences inside, depending on the recipient. Our Sales Responsible needs to sign those 600 documents (or 300 if we consider that signing once in the envelop signs for all the documents) and it’s a huge thing to ask him. Is there a solution to make his task easier ? Thank you !
