Is it possible to set up a recipient to receive email notification as it relates to all steps of the envelope? Is there an existing role for this action.

I would like to add a recipient to receive email notifications for when the signers have viewed and signed a document. Back in 2017, I could add a recipient with the CC role and they would receive email notifications (viewed and signed) as the document went through signers. Doesn't seem like this is possible now.

Unable to add attachments

I purchased the xxxxxxxx plan today, hoping to use the Attachment function in a Template. However when I try to update my templates, the Attachment function doesn't appear. I purchased that plan specifically for that function. Is there something I'm not understanding? Am I wrong to think that i can use the Attachment function in a template?

What should I do when a person signing a document downloads it and signs it out of DocuSign then emails it back. Do I void the envelope? It is annoying as it is sitting as not complete.

Hello, I have sent a doc to 6 parties. Is my understanding correct that they sign in order and the next party only receives the doc once the previous party has signed? Is there a way to change that so that each party can sign "whenever" "randomly"? T

Can I save a template that includes the populated name, signature, date, text fields?

I am sending a very large document with many data entry fields and my template is only saving the PDF without the required and optional fields. Is there a way I can save with what information I need so I don't have to populate it every time?

Delegate Signing for Top Management in our organization

Hello Team,Need your immediate support for Delegate signing, We want to delegate our CEO documents to another User.As I understood from the Knowledge base that this needs to be enabled in the CEO account by accessing My Preference -> under signing setting -> Create delegate signing.But as an admin, I want to do that for our CEO from my admin account, we cannot access CEO's account since he is traveling.Kindly guide me on how to do this from the admin account at the earliest?Thank you

Collaboration Signatures

I am attempting to allow a form to have fields that allow for collaboration. I also have enabled the option that "Changes Require Initials".The current signer in the routing order initials the fields that they changed; however, the issue is when it goes back to the first person in the routing order and no email is sent out.I checked the envelope's history but the last item in the history is the person who made the changes and the fact they signed.One additional thing I'd like to mention is that the first person in the routing order is an embeded signer. I'm not sure if that affects this issue or not.

Is there a way to show /share the status of a PowerForm to others if they are not the sender/owner?

Envelope Error

I have a candidate who cannot open his envelope to sign the documents we sent to him. He gets an error message that reads, "Unable to start signing process (Please try again later)". He tried signing them on a computer, on a smart phone, clearing his cache, running updates, using different browsers, and I have sent him multiple envelopes - I have never seen this error before. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help?
