I created a PowerForm, I subsequently made a few edit changes in the form. Will the Power Form reflect the changes?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I understand you made changes to the form and would like to know if the Powerform will show those changes.

Were the edits on the form directly? If yes, did you replace the form on the template used to create the Powerform? If the answer is "Yes" as well, then the PowerForm will reflect those changes, please note that sometimes it will take some time to update: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=jbx1643062255110&topicId=vxa1578456634692.html&_LANG=enus

If you haven't replaced the form on the template with the updated one, I recommend you do it so that the changes can reflect on the PowerForm: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=fjx1578456267870.html&_LANG=enus

I edited a form that I had created a powerform with. When I selected the replace option other forms names popped but not the one I replace it with. So I have 2 power forms but only 1 is active. How do I remove the inactive forms with the same name?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

You can delete inactive Powerforms by going to:

  1. Manage
  2. PowerForm
  3. locate the inactive Powerform and select the dropdown next to "Download/Edit"
  4. You will see the "Delete" option.
