I have documents that need to be signed by a certain date. How do I remind signers before the date and cause the documents to expire if they aren't signed by the expiration date?

I would like to become an online notary with Docusign. Do I need to be invited by a company, or is there another way to do this work for Docusign?

Hi,Hopefully someone has the solution for my issue: the total score (‘Score 1’) in my form must be translated into a letter grade according to the outcome. If the outcome is less than 1.99, it becomes an A; less than 3.00, a B; less than 4.00, a C; greater than 5.00, a D; and greater than 5.00, an E. What is a possible formula if the total score data label is 'Score 2' and the letter data labels are 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E'?Txs for your help! 

When I open an new envelope and add documents I am unable to access the usual @Send’ button’ in the right hand corner

I have an employee who cannot access her envelopes.She keeps getting the following error:Hmm... can't reach this page.  The connection was reset. Try: Checking the connection, Checking the proxy and the firewall.  ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.Employee stated experiencing this last week but previously it was working perfectly.Any ideas for a fix on this?

Recipient #1 was set as “allow to edit”.They got into the envelope fine, added an additional document to the envelope, and then edited/added a number of fields. All was looking good until they realized there was one last thing they needed to edit BUT they wouldn’t be able to do it until the next day.Pleased they were almost finished, they looked around to press save on all of the edits they had made thus far so they could return and finish it off the next day but, alas, there seemed to be no “Save” function. Ok it was me --- I looked around everywhere but could not find a “Save” option. I tried a bunch of different things and sometimes it looked like it was paused in “Correcting” mode and changes I had made were saved but then I’d go back in later and the changes were gone and it was back to the original version. Is there something I’ve missed that will for sure save my progress on changes I’ve started but not finished?Thx!   

I received an email that all parties have signed and I see their initials and signatures however on each page it says “In Process” very faintly in the background. I have never seen this happen before.

Good Day,Does anyone know if there is an out of the box function or feature in eSignature Navigator to pull reports for Navigator activities all in 1 from the ‘Monitor All Jobs’ page?It would be very helpful to be able to go to eSignature Admin page and go to Audit logs, or bulk actions and export the Navigator jobs activity in 1 csv. Thank you   

I have auto-renewal and was charged for 2 seats yesterday (Sunday); however, I needed to cancel 1 of those seats today. Unfortunately, after a lot of searching, I found that customers no longer have access to a phone number to contact customer service/support directly, and the only way is to "open a case" that I can't even log into. After more searching, I finally found the link that said, "unable to login to my account." Much to my dismay, after filling out the form, it said someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I'm not sure when this online only customer support started, but when you have customers paying for a service, they expect immediate and reliable support. Hopefully, DocuSign will see this and realize that online support alone is insufficient for resolving urgent or complex issues. 

We’ve 2 accounts CFR and non-CFR. I see Maestro in non-CFR account but it is not available in CFR account.When will Maestro become available in 21 CFR account?

What should I do when a person signing a document downloads it and signs it out of DocuSign then emails it back. Do I void the envelope? It is annoying as it is sitting as not complete.

Hey everyone! I'm not sure if this feature is available, but I wanted to ask just in case it's possible. I've created a powerform that forwards to our ticketing system, generating a PDF. However, I'm wondering if there's a way to grab information from the document (senders name) or perhaps when the initial sender information is filled out, is there a way to customize for that information to populate on receipts file name? I see that “Completed” is automatically added to the receipt, is there a way to customize this? What is currently showing is, “Completed: WireTransfer.pdf.” What I would like to see is, “Completed: (Name) Wire Transfer.pdf.” Attached is what I am seeing in our ticketing system. Thanks everyone! 

New to docusign.  I listed two signers, husband and wife, on the form to sign.  How can the form return with both signatures on the same page?  two separate emails were went to each, even with the email address being the same for both.

I cancelled my free trial within the proper timeframe so as not to be charged. I have just been charged £85.70! The ridiculous ‘customer support’ means that I cannot open a case or speak to anyone without having a paid account, even though my ‘free trial’ has ended and I am now back on a free account (so what on Earth have I been charged for?!?). I have never known customer service as backwards as this company!!

I often need two people to fill out W-9 forms, such as a husband and wife, where each needs to fill out their own W-9.I cannot figure out how to put both of their W-9 templates into one envelope, then assign one to the husband and one to the wife.  Docusign automatically assigns all of the fields on both W-9’s to Signer One.I understand that I could send each spouse their own separate envelope, but I would prefer to combine them.  How to put two templates into the envelope, then assign each of them to a different signer?

Hello. I changed my plan to the IAM Standard plan because I no longer had an envelope. The woman I exchanged emails with told me that the change would be done automatically.However, docusign tells me that the new plan will be in effect when I renew in February 2026. but I need it now and I no longer have a response from DocuSignI've been trying to solve the problem for a few days and it's not making any progress.Do you have any solutions?

i have been trying to upload a google doc for a few days. It always gets stuck “finishing” and then logging me out for inactivity. How can I make this actually work?

Why is Docusign telling me that the ‘Cummulative Recipient limit of the envelope has been exceeded’ when I have added only 2 signees, and cumulatively I have sent 20 envelopes to 1-4 signers? I’m on a free trial, and I have 7 more days of trial, but I cannot use it!

Hello, I’m currently the admin for an enterprise pro account for DocuSign eSignature with our Salesforce and I’m trying to find any limits (licenses or templates) that can be used on this plan. On the page it says only personal plans you can see the limits but I want to see what limits there actually are before adding a bunch of users and creating more templates. Does anyone know where I can find this or with this account plan what those limits are? 

Is there an option to add an additional email address to each email that is being sent to the signer? In my case, there are 4 signers, and I need to send the document to each signer in a specific routing order. However, I also need to send the email to another person who should have the ability to view all the emails sent to the signers.

Is there a way to contact a Docusign customer support agent without having to pay for a support account? 

I have a document that I want to send externally to one of our clients.  There are two people in the client company who can sign.  Is there a way to send this to both, but close the envelope after either one signs?  I have researched Signing Groups, but this seems to be for internal use only since it requires an administrator to set up and you can only add internal users.  Is there a similar feature for envelopes sent to external recipients?  About 95% of our Docusign use involves external signers, not internal signers, so Signing Groups is not a useful feature for us.ThanksTeri Maier 

How can I save the completed document as a separate PDF, instead of merging it with the document I sent out.I would like to ensure that the document I send out is a single PDF, and the document I receive back is also a separate PDF.
