My signature in my docusign profile is correct but when I want to sign a document it’s one of the preferences of the DocuSign which is not correct. The option of left click and choose change also is not working for me. What can I do?

I’m new to Docusign and setting up my account. I’d like to send the completed envelopes to my main email and a second email. Is this possible?Cheers,~clutterbug

Is it possible to have more than one person sign a form similar to how Power Forms work? I’m attempting to create an intake packet for incoming patients (pediatric mental health), and we currently use Power Forms, but those aren’t so compatible with cell phones. In trying to get Web Forms to work, we have several “Release of Information” forms that need to be signed, however each form is going to have different items to share with different “Release Recipients” depending on the entity of that recipient, and the guardian doesn’t know what needs to be shared. For example, if we are performing services for a child, then we need to share only bare minimum with the school if they are on an IEP (assessment and discharge). I have had several problems when my financial advisor or other organization tries to get me to sign something with DocuSign.  I always assumed that the reason for having problems was the fact that for most of my 77 year life, I went by my middle name but now the notaries and financial organizations in California require me to use my full name.  When docusign goes to check me out with the credit agencies and other sources, they often do not find the “new” full name me? Has anyone else heard of similar problems and how to resolve them?

Are we ever going to get DocuSign to add this vital information to their “Sends Remaining” count? I’ve been asking for it for years.Will my monthly allotment reset tomorrow or 3 weeks from now?  It’s important, and their system knows. Why not display it?

My recipient keeps receiving DocuSign envelopes from me in Swedish despite my settings being set to English.  Does anyone know how the recipient can resolve this as looks like everything is correctly set up for English at my end?  It seems to be the DocuSign portal that is in Swedish rather than the item i am sending or my cover message.

How do you ensure the signer stops to read every page instead of the program simply jumping from signature line to signature line?

I send lots of applications with very dense forms, search google for ACORD 125 for an example. I know how to resize text boxes, but there seems to be a minimum size. Those fields then overlap each other and hide adjacent text. Is there a way to either reduce the minimum size or add transparency to text boxes and other fields?

Hello I am having some trouble with renaming my documents. I’ve uploaded some PDFs and associated their respective attributes to them using Smart Rules - Bulk Attribute Association and now I want to rename the same documents using their attributes.  DocuSign support mentioned the xpath is incorrect, but I’m not able to find anything that can shed some light on this. I’ve also tried to apply the Example Use Case: XPath expression creates folder and moves document without success. Any help would be appreciated!Thanks!

Is there a way to send disclosures to a recipient along with a form but only get the form back? We have deposit disclosures we need to send (based on different products/services) to the recipient, but we don’t need them back with the envelope. Thank you for your help. 

Hello all,Trying to add autoplace fields in my document templates on CLM. The form fields are populating on my merge templates but it is still requiring me to manually drag and drop my signature and date signed box onto the document.I have checked my eSignature settings and reviewed the Document Custom Fields, and the CLM template also matches my autoplace text.Autoplace text: /s{r}/Text in CLM document: /s1/The document field is also shared.Could it be a workflow step? Or is there another setting I would need to enableThanks in advance

When setting up a flow in Power Automate using the "When an envelope status changes" trigger for DocuSign, I'm encountering a problem. Despite signing in with my specific user account credentials (instead of the enterprise admin account), Power Automate defaults to or shows the enterprise admin account. I need the flow to recognize and operate under my specific user account, but it keeps associating with the enterprise admin account instead.

I have a few text fields on a template that are collaborative and also conditional.  When the other recipients modify a field, the conditional field is displayed, but it does not show as required like it does for the original recipient.  How do I make sure that the field is required for the collaborative signers?

Hello. I got an email from parter company.However when I click the button to sign I cannot access to contract to sign.There is a pop up “Something went wrong with the invitation.” Whenever I log in to my account even I cannot see my contract eventhough I was in the receipient. Could you help me how to solve this problem?

How can I change the default signature within a signing document. When I select the signature, I only have the option to Resize or clear. I was not given an option to adopt a signature. The bank requires an image of signature or freehand signing on keypad. However the document is automatically coming up with a written version of my name which the bank won’t accept.I have gone into my profile and removed old signatures so only signature available is my image signature now, however when the bank resent document, again I am not given the option to adopt a signature and it keeps coming up with a written version of my name.Help.

I am wondering if anyone in the community has navigated a support ticket where people are experiencing multiple email reminders even after they have finished their action.  This is happening for a group in our business who has been really stable for multiple months and they swear they didn’t change anything in their template/workflow. From their eyes, this is new and sudden behaviour.  Thanks for any insights you may be able to offer.

Hi there, 2 questions. First one, pretty sure the answer is no, but there may be a work around. I have a bulk list to import (I’m fine with the CSV and importing). I got name, email, role and the company name. For some, we don’t have any name listed only a generic email like info@company.com. Is there a way to leave it (the full name) blank (I’m guessing not as I get an error message after import and I need to clear them invidually) so the enduser signing the Document input his name without us having to populate manually all the missing ones. That would save us a lot of time for those cases. I know it may look like a mass mailing at random targets, but it is not. I was provided with a list from our CRM that did not grab the names for whatever reason (I was not behind that exportation so I am unsure how they did it and the process to get a new list will not be worth it). Second one. In a bulk import, is there a way that an ECF be also used in the document (DCF)? Meaning that the bulk im
