Hi, I’m testing sending envelopes from My Templates in the developer portal.Docusign reports that they are sent but the recipient doesn’t get them.They appear in the Sent folder under the Agreements tab and if I add my Docusign account email as a recipient, it appears in the Agreements Inbox.Is there an issue with Docusign sending emails from a developer account?Regards,David

Has anyone else experienced an unexpected renewal charge for their docusign accounts purchased through techsoup?We purchased an initial 5 perpetual licenses through techsoup and had no renewal charges over the past few years as expected. Recently we added 5 more perpetual licenses, also through techsoup following the same process we had in the past with no issue. At our renewal date only a couple months later, we were surprised to be charged full renewal rate $1500 for the 5 perpetual licenses we just added!We currently have a ticket open with docusign support but there has been no progress, aside from this being explained as a possible engineering issue(?).  Anyone else experiencing issues with their techsoup renewal?

Hi all, I have added a Multiselect field to my Generation Form, however when multiple values are selected, they are separated by a semicolon. See the example below:Registered;Closed-ended;Private Investment Fund I am trying to separate each of the values with spaces instead and make it look as below:Registered Closed-ended Private Investment Fund How can I achieve this configuration? Many thanks for your support.

My documents require a Date field (DD/MM/YYYY) for the signature line.  They also require a seperate field for Date & Time.  Is there an easy way to do this?

How do you remove the time stamp ? It is to big and interferes with the initials. Or make it smaller

I was trying to create a docusign developer account since two days. Now I have received the account creation email but but I did not get a screen to set password. I also did not find any information on how to log in.I tried to reset password but did not receive any email with the verification code.

Hello,I have a document here signed with docusign, it has a Docusign Envelope ID sequence. How can I validate this Docusign Envelope ID to make sure the sign is real?

I have to go to court next week and I desperately need the Docusigns I’ve signed previously that are connected with my email address. However, when I log in I don’t see any connected, and I’m not sure why since I’ve signed several. Can someone send me the documents that have been sent to my email?  It’s an urgent matter and I’ve signed them so I feel like they should be mine to send to me

Hi there,My PDF template includes radio buttons for a "Title" field (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.). I'm wondering if it's possible to use a Select Box for this field in the Web Form instead.Thank you!

I have been using DocuSign for years and the last year have had so many issues.  Currently, when I upload a PDF, it erases all the data I have entered into the document.  I have cleared my cache, changed browsers, fixed the setting (Settings > sending Settings called “When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients”. If this is not enabled then the document would not set the values you entered.). This is really frustrating and has been ongoing.   Any solutions?

Good morning. My account came with 2 seats. One of those is assigned, and I am showing 1 unassigned seat available. When I go through the process of assigning that seat, I get a window pop up that says, “We couldn’t add the user. This account has reached its maximum number of users.” How do I add my other user?

My company has created a webform which is being incorrectly auto filled with first name and last name when customers use "Saved info" to complete their phone number. Only the phone number should be auto filled, but user’s first and last name are being filled in a section which asks for additional contact name. If customer chooses to use "Saved info" for auto filling the phone number, how do I prevent the first and last name from also auto filling in the Docusign form?I appreciate any suggestions you may have. Hello DocuSign Community,I would like to know on controlling access and signups using our organization's email domain.How can we stop users from signing up for DocuSign accounts using our domain email (e.g., @ourdomain.com) without admin approval or outside our managed DocuSign account?How can we prevent users from creating external (unmanaged) DocuSign accounts with our domain email address and ensure they are only added under our official account?Is there a way to claim and manage our domain to enforce this?Thank you.

Hello, I have an error with SharePoint. When a SharePoint user selects a document to sign with DocuSign, signs it, a DocuSign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored there.This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of the document is no longer saved in SharePoint.Any ideas?

I have three text fields. I want to set it up such that the recipient has to fill at least one of those three fields. Is that possible?Those three text fields are themselves conditional on a radio button value, but I imagine that should not make a difference.

Despite cancelling my paid subscription back in March 2025. Docusign decided to continue to charge me. I jumped through many hoops of fire, including getting Paypal involved, when Docusign charged me last month. After getting ym refund and believing all was settled (because Christina from Docusign TOLD ME SHE WOULD GET IT HANDLED), I have now just received ANOTHER invoice for this month’s subscription.What are they doing over there??? This is theft, pure and simple. Clearly there is some sort of dodgy practice going on which hides behind “technical issues” or whatever other sorry excuse they keep providing. But this is not and should not be the customer’s problem!!I checked, and there is no option to close my account completely. Dear Docusign team/Community, I have received a contract to sign on docusign. I am able to do login. Successfully signed the document. But in next steps when it comes for ID validation where DocuSign agent comes online on webcam and check for your ID, I am showing my Belgium Resident card and it was told by agent that, This is a newer version of Belgium ID card which is not updated in docusign system and asked to connect in docusign support.Please help me on resolving this.
