Hello,I have a partner that wants me to create the agreement, send him a link so hen can fill out his clients information (client also needs questions to be answered) so he can send it to the client to be filled out and signed. How is this possible?

Can you create a template to split pdf documents in a personal account? Or with a standard Docusign account? Or only with a business account?

If I enable this setting after envelopes were sent, will it allow users to sign on mobile? 

Hi, I want to send an update that someone has signed the document but without sharing the document itself.I have turned on the “Document Visibility” to “Must sign to view, unless a member of sender's account”.I have created a step “Update participants” for which I have removed the visibility for one of the documents (As I understand I can't completely disable visibility of all documents).However still, when the recipient receives the update, they can open the documents and see all documents. Is there another setting to limit seeing the documents?  Thanks

Hello,As the title goes, would like to know whether it is possible to do a bulk upload of stamps/seals into Docusign eSignature.I am already aware of the functionality regarding uploading stamps/seals into Docusign. However, it seems to be only for one stamp/seal at a time. I have a user with around 35 stamps/seals hence we would like to know if there is a way to upload multiple stamps/seals in one go.Thank you.

I've received a dozen Docusign documents related to a home sale, over the past few months.  My realtor says she sent me a critical one 6 days ago, and I don’t see having ever received it. All this was to my personal email, prior to me having signed up for a Docusign account.  I created a Docusign account this morning under the same email address, which I was hoping would populate with prior documents that I’d received to that email address, but it doesn’t seem to haver done so.  Anything I can do to view history from my end?  Or not so much?

Hello,I was recently requested to sign a legal document that required verification of my ID. I successfully did this and received the email confirming this was successful. However when I tried to open the document, it took me 4 times but I kept receiving “Your identity couldn’t be verified”. The lawyer is now charging me four times. Is this normal practice? Thank you.

We keep receiving the error message above when sending a docusign file to a specific client.I’m assuming the client needs to allow docusign to their contacts or allow docusign.net on their firewall.What’s the email address that usually sends emails to clients?

I created a template with multiple fields that had radio, check boxes, dropdowns, etc., with conditional logic in most of the fields. I created a power form with it and tested it a few times with colleagues and out of the blue, without me or anyone else changing the template all of my fields are gone, nothing was saved. I looked at the history of the template, but it doesn’t say anything of how it was changed. There is no restore option to use either. Any idea how and why this happened? How can I prevent this from happening again?

Hi All,Newish to DocuSign and new to the Community! Glad I found it and hope this can be a great resource for our team. The most recent updates to the system include updates to Search and seem to have reduced functionality. Previously, search results included relevant folders, aiding in narrowing down results. Now, folders aren't included. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions to access party folders directly via Search?Thanks!

I am trying to integrate DocuSign using ABAP, I am able to generate access token,with the generated access I am trying to access below API:  'https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/' lv_account_id '/envelopes'the above API is called immediately after the generated access token, I am not sure why I am getting error message,I have to complete the POC ASAP since we are planning for go-live by month end if everything goes good.Kindly help. 

I have good reason to believe that a real estate agent may attempt to forge my digital signature on an agreement that I never received, nor signed.  The signature ID underneath doesn't match my email linked DocuSign signature ID. I already explained what I found in the court. Unfortunately, the judge accepts this forged document without verifying with DocuSign. Is there anything I can do? How can I prove that I never signed it? I really need some help!

As a DS Admin, is there a way to view all envelopes among Shared Access users instead of having to choose them one at a time? I don’t need to see the envelope statuses of everyone in the company, however, every day I need to check the status of envelopes sent by my team. We have shared access among people on our team, however, having to choose each person one by one (via Shared Access) in order to see envelope status is tedious and inefficient. Is there a way to choose more than one person at a time among people who have shared access with each other? 

I keep filling in the required lines and adding my signature and at the end when I hit finish, it just loops back to where I filled in the name of the account and signature, as if I hadnt signed it, even though I did.  Very frustrating and cannot complete docusign bc of this.  Is there a work-around to this?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Dave

Is it possible to view and download all envelopes that have ever been created BEFORE my subscription? I received already envelopes to sign but was not registered. Now I am and I would like to see, what I have signed. Thanks Steffen

Hi,I have, I think, a unique situation and looking to see if anyone can think of a solution. Background:I work for a non-profit and our fundraising department has to send out Pledge forms to be completed by the donor. Our VP would like us to email the DocuSign link from our gift officer emails to avoid any possibility of emails going to spam. Current Workflow:Admin creates a PDF form that has the donor informationAdmin puts creates a DocuSign template with the template adding fields for donor to completeAdmin creates a Powerform of that template so a link can be emailed to the donorChallenges:The pledge form is unique to each donor as our team wants the form to have donor name/info already entered before sending it to the donor. This means a new template/envelope/powerform has to be created each time. And the pledge form has ~30 fields for the donor to complete so is time consuming to set up.Questions:Does anyone have workflow suggestions for setting up a template where we enter the in
