Are you able to filter out the “Completed Documents” by the Folder name?

We could have 18 pages of completed documents and we only move them into a specific folder when the lease associated with the documents is completely processed. 

It becomes a problem to scroll through 18 pages of documents to locate every document that is not moved to a personal folder and is still in the “sent” folder.

first of all, Are you moving all completed folders manually to specific folder? 
and do you want to search or filter the document in the folder or based on folder?

Yes. Once a document (lease) is signed and the process within our PMS for the document (lease) has been completed, we manually move the document over to a specific folder and then we would filter by the name of the folder to find the leases within the specific property folder.

You can do two things:
1. you can create a Document Report, where you can apply filter for specific folder and all the document in that folder will be in that report.
You can use attributes also if the attribute is applied to the documents?

2. if you want to filter out your “search” by the folder name, simply apply the filter in search and put the folder name in it and will give you the result.
