How do we get the parameter name used in the URL so we can auto fill data?

Hello! We are currently using powerforms. Some of this data can be autofilled when the user clicks on the link. How do we get the URL parameter name for a field? so we can do something like: https://na3.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=-formid-&paramName=UserName

How to ensure that all required documents are signed by all?

If we need to have more than 100 people sign several required and several optional documents through one link, what mechanisms we have to ensure that required documents are signed? Can we disable "Finish" button if a required signature is missing? Or can we at least notify the signer that he missed a signature? We will automatically see on our side if that happened? Any other method?Thanks

An envelope was voided due to the past due date to sign. One of the recipients signed the envelope and the other did not. I forgot to remove the one recipient. Is it possible to remove the Void message on the signed Agreement?

How to send completed documents to 3rd party email?

Hi! We want to use a PowerForm for our new joiners, once they have completed it I would like it to be sent to our HR team (who don't have a docusign account). Is there any way I can set up a rule to automatically forward the completed document to them? Thanks in advance!

Extend a document prior to expiration

Is there a way for the sender to receive a notification a day or so in advance of when an envelope will expire so I can go out and extend the date?  It's very difficult to monitor where signers are at and it's much easier to extend than to recreate after an agreement has been voided.

Can you add a spot for an attachment in a template?

Automatic population of Anchor Tags

Hi, I've recently created some custom anchor tags which represent our company's most used tags. However, when uploading a document with anchor text, the tags do not automatically prepopulate, rather I have to drag them on to the document.  I was wondering if there is a way for the tags to recognize the anchor text and  'add themselves' once the document is uploaded? Email body content of Signing and Confirmation

Hi all,  In order to fulfill a request from my client, we need to change the email body for signing and confirmation email and all in 2 languages (FR, NL). What I did is I used the CreateAndSendEnvelope method from SERVICE_DocuSign.EnvelopeStatus class and I fill the field EmailBlurb to put a email body in my email. But the consequence of my development, the content of the EmailBlurb is the same for signing and confirmation email and that was not what I expected... https://i.imgur.com/SbsC9l1.png https://i.imgur.com/Qb3ADrQ.png I would like to send 2 differents email (Sign and Confirm) and in 2 different languages (FR and NL). Set signature location not working for PDF docs

​When I try to set location to get a signature on certain PDF documents it doesn't recognise any words. Is it because it needs to be a word doc for docusign to be able to pick up words or is there a workaround? Thanks

Change Default Email address

Hi - I would like to remove the email address and name of the sender from the default DocuSign email. I understand that this can be done by editing the Email Resource File although this will have to be updated at every DocuSign release.  Do you know of any other way to remove the sender name and email address?

When does a document that was resent expire?

If I have to resend a document when does that resent document expire? After looking on the website for help I read that the document that was resent will expire 3 days from the date the document was resent, not the original date it was sent. However, I had to resend a couple documents that ended up expiring the next day. Am I misunderstanding the timeframe?  Thanks!

Sending an Envelope using a link in Outlook, instead of in Docusign

I need to send a sign-off list out for signature, but I also want to add hyperlinks to other reference documents in the message. Ideally, I would like to use a link to sign in an Outlook email but it appears that I am forced to use the DocuSign message section instead (presumably to not have a different contact list in Outlook than in DocuSign). This would also allow people to forward the message to additional recipients without having to manually add them in DocuSign. Alternatively, I would like to add hyperlinks to the DocuSign message section if this is not feasible. Is there anything I am missing, or any tricks to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

Resending a document for signature

I sent a document to 3 people for signature.  The first two recipients signed and I am waiting for the 3rd recipient to sign.  He has asked me to resend the document.  If I click RESEND, will the document be resent to all three recipients (including the two who already signed) or will it only go to the 3rd recipient who has not yet signed?  Thanks.

Need to view-function, how should this work?

I'm using the webinterface. When creating a new Envelope, I would like to add 4 recipients where the first one only need to verify (Needs to view) that the order is correct. When he/she clicks the Review-button in the e-mail (before he/she has reviewed the actual document) the envelope is forwarded to the next recipient.I would like the process to be like when the first one actually reviewed the document, he/she would be forced to click OK before it's forwarded to the next recipient. What is the purpose with Needs to view?If I only want to send it as "for your information" I can select "receives a copy". Now I had to add "Needs to Sign" and ask for initials for verification to avoid the envelope to be forwarded before he/she have actually reviewed the document. Am I supposed to do it differently? Thanks a lot in advance for clarification!

Signer said she signed. My account says still waiting for signature.

I am using electronic signatures for my own personal use for the first time (outside buying a home- didn't set any of that up!). I needed a blogger to sign something allowing me to copy a script she wrote.  I created it on this site and sent it. She said in a personal email that she signed it. My account said she opened and viewed it, and its status is "Waiting for Others." I don't see a signature anywhere.  Do I just resend? I imagine it would be pretty simple to sign.  Is there something about being in my free trial that would keep me from seeing the signed document? Or do I just need to resend and contact her?  Thanks!

Is it possible change Sender name on email?

Hello Everyone, I have one more question you know when you send and envelope normally recipient receives and email that says in the subject for example "Pedro via DocuSign" in this case the subject has two elemts "Sender´s Name via DocuSign". There is any way to change this?. For example instead of receive email with name "Pedro Via DocuSign" receives an emmail that says "IDB Group via DocuSign" without change my name in my profile, just change the subject in the email. Will apreciate very much your help Regards
