This has happened twice now, and I don´t know why. When I send the documents to be signed, the other person saw this image, do you know why this could be happening?

I’m trying to create a case for refund request on docusign support, as the video instructed, but I cannot login as dod user ( which indicate email/password incorrect) or login CLM which direct shows unable to login, (plan is not ended yet) this seems going to an dead end.  Wish anyone could help of instruct if any step I missed.

I need to integrate DocuSign through ESB(IBM App Connect) using an API, I'm looking for authentication method and as per documentation and all the methods states below stepStep 1. Request the authorization code which requires to get the code through browser before getting the access token. Link https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/authcode/authcode-get-token/  My challenge is How to get this code using postman via API since this code generates through browser only and requires user consent ? or is there any other way to get this code ?

I have created an eSignature DocGen template.  I want to create 5 similar envelopes  using the same DocGen template. About 40% of the field data is the same across 5 envelopes , but the remaining 60% of the fields are unique data for each recipient. I expected to be able to create a one envelope using the DocGen template and save as a draft. Then copy the draft envelope and make DocGen field changes to the envelope copy, but the “copy” function is not available in the envelope drop down actions for the created envelope in draft - should I be able to copy a draft envelope? I see that copy does become active for the envelope after sending it, but the envelope copy shows fixed text for recipient 1, and I cannot edit/update field entries for the unique data for recipient 2.  Perhaps bulk send is the only way to achieve what I want to do?  But I’m reticent to use bulk send, since you cannot preview the generated documents before sending.  

Is there a way to set up the template such that the required signer can designate the optional signers, HOWEVER, if there are no additional optional signers to designate that the required signer can move past this step and fully execute the agreement? 

Upon completion of my document and hitting the send button, I get a message that says “An error occurred” but there is no indication what it might be ??

How do I include my stamp(seal) with my E signature ?

HR sent me an offer letter through Docusign. I am logged into my company account and laptop and it keeps giving me the error “You don’t have permission to access this page.” Please try again or contact your administrator. Apparently I’m the only one having this issue. I’ve tried clearing all my history and cookies on my browser and deleted all temporary files on my computer. I’ve restarted my laptop numerous times. I’ve connected to the company internet, and tried using VPN and turning off VPN. Nothing seems to work and I cannot access my offer letter. Please help me figure this out, I’m unsure of what to do. I’ve contacted HR and IT and they both don’t have an answer for me. 

Hello, is there a way to change the 6 months date range in the search section to another time frame and have the new one be default. I always have to check older agreements and having to swap to “All Time” all the time, is getting frustrating. Thanks!

How can I find old documents I signed in 2021? It looks like I can only go 6 months back 

Hello all:During our busy season (about 4 months) I send out 20-30 envelopes for signature a day. As these are returned, I need to print out the signature page and send it along for the next step. Usually I drag the returned envelope to a folder (Printed) so I can easily see which envelopes I’ve printed and which still need to be done.Is there any way to sort in he “completed” tab so that the envelopes which are NOT printed (ie not in the ‘printed’ folder) are at the top? I’m afraid I’m going to miss something. I do receive e-mail notifications, but - when I get 20-30 at a time, it’s not easy to keep track. It would be much simpler if I could sort the envelopes in the “completed” tab.If this is not something DocuSign is capable of - is there a report which allows you to sort by folder? I didn’t see anything when I looked.Thank you,mr

I am building a form and have to add the initial tab on every page separately. Is there a way to add them to all the pages at once? The recipient needs to sign them separately, I already know that, but when creating the document there must be an easier way!

I am not receiving any new documents for signatory. I have checked email address on account and that which the suppliers are using? I do not even receive an email to notify me. Can anyone advise on this? 

Hi, I will try to explain my issue as best I can, but please forgive me if I don’t make much sense!!!We use DocuSign for various things and one of them is completing fact finding documents. On the document, there are fields for client one to enter their information and then for their spouse/partner to enter information.When I send the document out, I don’t always know if this person has a spouse/partner or not, so I am sending the document with every field marked as required (I did originally leave the spouse/partner section optional, but no one was filling it in at all!!!). The issue arises when someone doesn’t have a partner and they complain that they have to enter something in each field to be able to complete the document.Is there a way, that when they select that they are either married or have a partner, that then those fields open up? I sort of figured how to do it (I think) but could only do it selecting one option, eg- I could set it to do this is they selected married, but i

Hi my docusign template is mapped so only the recipient can change the textbox. Is it possible to bulk reformat the text boxes to general text boxes so i do not have to go into “Correct” the document and manually delete the text box then re add a standard text box (then copy and paste the text)?

Hi,I would like to create a template for 3 persons to fill data in and sign, but before that happens a fourth person (which is also the sender of the document) would need to fill in a text field, but this person is not a signer of the document. Is there any way on how to set this up that I am not aware of? Thanks,Nadine

I have created several yes/no style checkboxes configured as - at least one - must be selected.When the user goes the through the document, Docusign take the user through each checkbox with a ‘selected’ flag on the side and one must tab or forward through each checkbox. Is there any way to disable this feature and/or how should checkboxes be configured so as to not encounter this feature.Thank you.

I am a recipient of an envelope.My number for verification is set by the sender as ÷610484******I have been unable to do sms verification.I have requested the sender remove the 0They said they vhanged the number but the number is still appearing with the zero before the 9 digit number.The sender says they don't know wbat is wrong and said I should ask Docusign for assistance. I’ve now at a point where my workflow creates a doc gen form, applies attributes and gets reviewed and sent out for signature with (currently) a seperate attachment ie waiver added at when it switches over to eSignature.  both the Doc Gen form and the waiver is signed.  This is being reviewed and signed and comes back into the correct customer folder once signed.  I would now like to be able to add a sub folder within my customer folder to seperate the doc gen forms and waivers to keep it looking tidier.  Or a sub folder for the two items I’ve just had signed.  I’ve looked at the questions and my workflow training but cannot see how I do this.  Could someone assist?  Thanks shelley
