Hi, I’m new to the CLM tool and I am having trouble with the sizing of our company logo on the generated contract. We are using an embedded image tagger and converted our logo from a png using Base64.The tagger looks like this:<# <Image Select="//Xyz_Logo" Height="1" Width="3" Optional="true"/> #>It pulls in our logo, but the sizing isn’t right. Everything I’ve found so far says the Height and Width have to be in inches and I can only use whole numbers (no decimals). How do I get around this limitation? Ideally, I need the height to be like .4 inches and the width to be like 1.79. 

We are in the state of Wisconsin and have been using Zipforms as a member benefit for years. They were purchased by LoneWolf and the Zipforms product will be turned over as a broker expense in March 2024. We had a multi year contract with LoneWolf for the back office broker platform and were very unhappy with the product and the service. The experience was such that we would prefer NOT to use LoneWolf/Zipforms if there is a comparable product. If Docusign has a forms library...is it comparable to Zipforms?

Where do I forward these e-mails to. So theat Docusign can address the issue. 

Hello, we have a client who transitioned from CLMs to Oracle Fusion Enterprise contracts and opted in to have DocuSign as the service provider for e-signatures in Fusion. Two users have their own individual accounts in DocuSign and both have full access to another DocuSign account which was used in the Manage Electronic Signature configuration in Fusion.However, when they started using DocuSign for signing the contracts in Fusion, the DocuSign envelopes are being sent from their individual accounts and not on the DocuSign account that is configured in Manage Electronic Signature. This is causing issues since they are having issues in Fusion and cannot manage the signature.Kindly advise on how to fix and what to do to ensure that the envelopes are being sent from the account configured in the Manage Electronic Signature and not from their individual accounts. Hi, I used for the first time the Bulk Send and found it so efficient. However, now that I have all signed documents, I’m wondering if I could have configured it more properly to help me with the post treatment!Here is my case: I organised an event, where I invited a photographer. I sent a “Right of Image” document to each participant, to get their consent for using the picture for internal communication. The template contain a choice “Yes/No” and a signature field.Now, I can see in the batch summary who completed the doc, who declined, and who did not. But I have to open all the PDF to see if they cehcked the Yes box or not …Moreover, I did not find a way to download all the signed documents at once, and in my emails, all documents have the same name ! Any way the completed/signed document could be renamed including the name of the person who signed. And could we extract the content of the fields inserted in the document, in eg an excel file ?thanks for any hint on how to improve such

I’ve sent 23 envelopes that show have been sent.  The “Receives a copy” recipients have not received, including myself.  When searching related topics on same issue receive an error message from the support link.  I noticed there are other users experiencing the same in the last month. Appreciate any insight on resolution. Does anyone know how to create a link to sign a wavier to anyone who clicks the link? Then after they sign an email with the signed forms are sent to an email? Is this possible?

Hello. As a human resources specialist, I am responsible for the onboarding of multiple employees. When sending my templates I would like to remove myself as a recipient. When I do and replace the recipient name with the employee I am forced to recreate the template. What step am I missing? It is counterproductive to recreate a template, yet, as the employer I shouldn’t have to fill it out. Thank you!

Hello!We need to send some documents to thousands of suppliers but we just exceeded the limit we were not aware of.I have just upgraded the yearly plan to Business Pro, so I want to know when the limit of envelopes resets. Also, how do I know that it won't be stopped by the “reasonable use policy”? Thanks!

Good morning,With Docusign, is it possible to prevent recipients from downloading the document before signing?It seems so to me but I'm not sure...In fact, most other online signature platforms do not offer it.I don't really see the point in the recipient being able to download the document, so possibly signing it manually, sending it back and paying for an online signature service where you can bypass the online signature.I am in FranceThank you in advance for your feedback.

I need to send a document (template so I can insert merge fields) to multiple recipients. Each doc sent would be customized using those merge fields for each recipient. The document requires a single signature from the recipient. I also need to add a custom field as a merge field that will be unique to each of the recipients.

Hello, i want to access the admin page to claim a Domain for enabling SSO (SAML, MS Entra ID). But i can’t find this icon with 9 dots (upper, left) to access the admin page. did the layout change? trys different browsers… if i access admin.docusign.com i can see some setings but nothing about domain. thank you for help… Andreas

Hi everybody. So, I am having issues setting up 2 new users. I logged into DocuSign, went to users, clicked on “new user” . I completed the rest of the info and DocuSign sent an email to the user to activate their account. The user clicked on the activation email, typed in their new password and clicked on log in. A small window opens that says “Something went wrong. We are unable to process this request. If the issue persists, please contact support”. I go back to my computer and see that they have User ID’s but they cannot log in. I reached out to support to no avail. They just sent me instructions on how to add a user (same thing I already did).I have 2 new employees starting on Monday and would love to have this set up ahead of time. Thanks in advance.

I want to know if there is a way to display all the signatoryies with tags  on the envelope to all the listed recepients on the envelope.Currently only the signer can see where he needs to sign  and has no visibility if the other persons before him /her has already signed. I understand that this is dictated by the signing order.  We have a requirement in our company to display all the signers listed to receive the envelope and be able to view on the envelope who has signed  and whose signature is pending.I have not come across this functionality yet. . 

It’s a very simple question, but I just wanted to be 100% sure that I can pay for the "personal" DocuSign account from my company business bank account? The only user on the account will be me and I only need it to sign a few documents here and there.Any help is appreciated! 

When I first downloaded the app on my phone and needed to send a document to get signed I loaded the document and it offered to scan the document and then put put fields where they needed to be.  It only left like 1 or 2 spots open that it didn’t “identify” as a spot to fill in.It won’t allow me to do this again.  Is there something I am missing?  Part of the reason I went ahead with the full version was I thought it was just showing all the things it could do at the premium level.  It won’t let me load a document and it scan it to add the text fields.  I now have to individually place each and everyone one of them.   What am I missing? 

LS wrote: Clients completed a docusign envelope at 1:42pm EST.  The email notification that they completed the document arrived at 10:16pm EST. Also the email notifications that the clients viewed the documents arrived at 10:18pm.     Separately, I recently received duplicate emails of a completed envelope a day or so later.    Is there some sort of issue or glitch occurring with the email notification system?We are still experiencing this.  Yesterday we again received duplicate notifications of completed docusign’s.
