Is Wallet feature available for IDV EU Advanced with Liveness?

We have a role in our docusign template that is not signing anything, but needs a PDF copy of the completed document. I have them last in the signing chain as CC'd, but they don't appear to be receiving a pdf copy (the signers and senders are receiving the PDF copy because I enable the setting in signing settings). I have been through all of the signing and sending settings and had not see any setting that would unlock this.

Is there a limited number of times you can re-send an envelope?  I have some people I send an envelope to, and sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond, so I re-send it weekly until they respond, but I feel like after a certain time, they may not be getting it anymore.  Is there a time period or a number of times that are limited in the system? 

New user/administrator.  Have uploaded a .docx gile to use as a template.  Can’t figure out how to insert custom fields into that template.  Want to insert dates, fees, signature fields.  Will then send template to recipients one at a time in different envelopes.  Each envelope will be an agreement with different dates, fees, recipients, etc.  

Getting ready to possibly use bulk send for the first time.  I would have five templates that I would send out separately as a bulk send envelope  Each template is 2 pages long with one signature page.  Each of these have varying numbers of recipients - one is only 28 , while another is 277.  The support person I spoke to on the phone said that it would be five envelopes, but the more I look into this, the more I’m thinking that each separate signer would be considered an envelope.  We have only 200 envelopes with our account so this sounds like it is going to get very expense very quickly.  There are privacy concerns so I will not add all to same line, they have to be sent individually.  In total, I’m looking at 907 signed documents sent back to me.  Would that then generate 907 envelopes that I’ll have to pay for?  If so, not for sure how this saves any money.  

Hi there, I am about to exceed my envelope limit. If I delete old envelopes that aren’t needed anymore, will I be able to continue or do I need to upgrade my plan? Thanks in advance. 

Hi community!...Is there current functionality which will allow me to extract an envelope ‘History’ report for a set of envelopes, via reporting? (Use case: I have identified a list of envelopes I need to provide to Audit, and I need to evidence if a customer has downloaded the envelope contents, which, as far as I’m aware, can only be obtained from / via the envelope ‘History’ function). Hope this makes sense?...Tks in advance!

I was sent a envelope to sign with my wife from France, I was able to sign, she coudn’t get verified so wasn’t able to sign , I need to send my signed copies back to the sender in France but are enable because the folder is not complete and  is about to expire . How do I procced . Thank you

Hi,We use DocuSign exclusively for PowerForms...stand alone forms ready for people to complete as needed. We waste envelopes like crazy this way, so the Web Form is a nice alternative. However, when someone completes a form using our PowerForm link, when they are done they get the option to download a local copy for themselves. They also get an email confirming the form was complete. With the Webform, it seems to just go back to the webform after signing without asking if they want to download a copy. Also, a confirmation email is not being sent. Is that functionality available? Seems like it would be crazy not to have that basic function where a person could download their completed form or get an alert that it was completed???

Does DocuSign allow to send conditional set of documents through an envelope based on certain field values? For example, if an University has 3 campuses, then Student who belong to Campus 1 needs to sign Document 1, Document 2, and Document 3 where as Student who belong to Campus 2 needs to sign Document 3, Document 4, and Document 5. Once student has signed, then same set of documents needs to be signed by admissions rep and parent.

Hi,is there any option to keep the original html format of an email, when it is uploaded to an evelope in DocuSign? Actually the mail is converted to plain text and so the used formatting, incl. tables look terrible.Thanks.Kind Regards,Marc

When I send an envelope all recipients (signer and copy received) receive an email notification; however I’ve noticed that when I correct an envelope and resend only the signer is receiving the email notification and not those that are copied. How do I change it so all recipients receive the email notification when an envelope is resent? Thank you. 

I am trying to modify a document that has already been signed and it is giving me a message that says, “Without the owner password, you do not have permission to create or modify annotations in the document.”  How do I get the password or remove this feature?

One of the security questions to access my documents to sign asked me to identify the color of a former car. Problem: none of the choices had the right color of the car. I wasn’t allowed not to answer so I picked one at random and failed the test and couldn’t access my documents. Extremely annoying. What to do now?

I am trying to add a user to my docusign e-signature standard account, but there is not ‘add user’ button on the user page. The plans say I can have 50 users, but I can’t find anyway to add one.

I have a form that needs to be sent to minors and their parents/guardians.In some case, minors have their own email address and are perfectly competent to fill out the form.  In this scenario, I then just have a box where their parents/guardians (who will be listed as an additional recipient, with their own email) can sign to confirm they are aware of everything that’s been asked of in the form and they are happy for us to have this info.HOWEVER, and here lies the question…Some minors (e.g. 11 yr olds) don’t have email addresses (in which case I would use the parents email), or do have an email but aren’t fully competent to fill in the form. Can I make it so their parent or guardian could fill in that section on their behalf, but also so that the minor could fill in their section if they were competent enough.In essence, can you make it so that a filed could be filled in by either recipient?Many thanks,TeulaB

Hi, I want to create a powerform with just a link so multiple people can sign verus me email them. I want to host it on our website.I tried to create a powerform and template but I get this message - Cannot create a PowerForm from the selected template.Please help.

I am working in a big organisation, and someone sent Docusign to customer. Now I wanted to make some changes and to resend the same Docusign, how can I change sender name and email from my colleague details to mine. When I VOID and copy the Docusign, it is now allowing me to change Sender name and email.

HiHow can I remove the logo from emails that are sent to clients? Is it possible to add my logo instead? Thanks! 

Here is our query - we have a company DocuSign account where multiple people will need to sign a document, but occasionally a signer down the line (#3, #4, etc) sees an issue and needs to make an edit to the form - does this cancel the envelop and a new one started? Or is there a way to make the edit at that #3 spot and keep the template going through the work chain, while informing the previous signers that an edit was made?

I’m trying to send a document for signature, but the system is autofilling my signers title, which has chanaged.I cannot figure out how to turn off the autofill.  Help appreciated!

Hello, I've been tasked to build an interface with docuSign. However, my company is using ColdFusion and there isn't a whole lot of references out there for doing this. My goal right now is to send a pdf from a local drive to docuSign and have a user sign a specified location.This is my dev code so far, running this creates an envelope, but no document or recipients are attached to the envelope it creates.Any help would be appreciated. 

I am trying to use templates for the first time to circulate policies for signature to employees.  I created the template, inserted a role name area to fill in on sending, attached the files and created the fields and saved the template.  When I went to use the template, I inserted the name and email of who it was going to and pressed send and received a message something like “You must create the 1 pre-fill field of Sender”. Can someone point me in the right direction for this?
