I have an account and my current work email is going to be changing. I need to migrate to a new email, but it is not working

Using Correct, I am unable to remove or reorder signing order of any CC’s on a sent envelope. Once the envelope is sent, the option to modify a CC recipient is greyed out, but all other recipient types are editable. The documents in the envelope have not been viewed or signed. Ultimate goal - I do NOT want the CC to receive any notifications of a completion, void or expiration. Please advise if this is possible. 

We have Power Forms that go directly to our accounting team when completed.  They are gettin duplicate copies of these completed forms.  Is this just us or is anyone else having this issue?

Hello!We recently upgraded from eSignature (Legacy) to DocuSign App Launcher in our Salesforce environment.  We have two use cases for our users with DocuSign.An API call is made where a document is generated then sent using the system sender email A DocuSign button is pressed to allow users to send a custom document in an envelope to a client.Once we added permissions for our users to accomplish the second use case, envelopes that were generated via the first use case started being sent out from users personal email addresses rather than the system sender email address.Is it possible to allow users access to customize documents and send out envelopes via the custom DocuSign buttons without either having to add them as DocuSign users in Salesforce OR to set the default email that ALL documents that come from Salesforce come from to a specific address?  It seems like we could hard code into our solution for the first use case that the email address used is always our default, but this s

I need a qualified elekctrnic signature foor signing a document in France. It is realy once, that I need it, as, in Holland (my nationality) this is totally not required. I tried to get the qualified signature via FranceConnect+ but that is only for the french themselves. I need to sign a document to end a company inscription what was done by mistake.How do I do this without opening a paid account with monthly payments?

I am an administrator sending an envelope on my behalf of my boss. How can I make sure that both of us (Myself and my boss) receive notifications that the envelope has been read – read receipt?

Can I receive a notification when an email couldn't be deliviered? Or could the envelope be moved to the “Action necessary” category?

my app have form with signature field box where he will click for sign with docusign and he should get the ui of the select sign and submit and in response he will get the signature.because form is not yet submitted we cant sent the document to docusign.is ti possible to use the esign as only the signature service ?

I have a great suggestion that would vastly improve the DocuSign user’s experience processing high volumes of envelopes for signature regarding the “Document Visibility” feature.I process thousands of DocuSign envelopes each year for signature on behalf of our Office of Faculty Affairs for a university.When I use the “Document Visibility” feature, I must manually un-click several columns each time to customize envelope visibility for signers.Why isn’t there a “Check All” option at the top of each column to greatly reduce manual clicking/un-checking of documents to make un-visible? I find it very tedious to click on each little box to manually un-check entire columns when a “Check All” at the top of each column would be so much easier and efficient.There have been times I accidently missed a box or 2 while manually clicking those document visibility boxes due to how tedious and annoying it is when a “Check All” at the top of each column would eliminate that issue and save me (and others

Does anyone know how to disable the download setting that opens documents from Docusign as Adobe Reader? Recently, every time I open a download from Docusign it doesn’t give me the option and just opens in Adobe reader, when in the past it opened with my preferred PDF application. My organization does not use Adobe and has another application (which I prefer). Does anyone know how to disable this or change?

I would like to bulk upload a list of Names, Email Addresses, Company, Title for each of the 100 recipients.  I upgraded for the premium service and I downloaded the bulk CSV sample, but the sample doesnt make sense nor does it show me the fields I want.  In addition, the Youtube video that was suggested in another post was private and thus I could not watch it.  I look in support for the format of a csv for the upload, however I cannot find anythin on it.

Is there a way to get in-person signatures for a consent without their email; example- client comes in, I pull up consent template, they simply fill their name and sign 

I have a contract that I printed out. I no longer have access to the email that it came in.  Is there any way to check if this is a true and valid document using the envelope ID #?

Is there a way to keep my account open for a longer period of time? It logs me out after a few minutes specially if I jump to a different application to check something, by the time I come back I have to log back in and start the process again. I think it keeps it open for 10-15 minutes and I would like to have it open for at least 30 minute or longer. 

Hello,I added a “Document Generation” step to my workflow. While testing I can see, that the step is executed without errors. However, when checking workflow activity I see that my output variable for generated configuration is empty although I supply an input variable with exactly the same XML schema and some data in it. DocGen form fields are set as not mandatory - “Require user input” is removed. What else should I check in my workflow? Which XML schema should I apply to the input variable for the “Document Generation” step? Thank you

Although the refresh token is not yet 30 days old, and the password and ID for DocuSign have not been changed, the above error message appeared. If you have any idea what might be causing this issue, please let us know. My English isn't so good so feel free to ask me if there is anything unclear.

I'm new to using DocuSign for templates. My issue is that I'm creating a template for members of the department to complete, many of the fields will be answered in paragraph form. I'm using the "Text" field but in order to get the characters to show, I have to expand the box.. which is fine. However, when I do it in edit form, it looks normal but when I go to test it, the boxes are way bigger and covering the questions. Am I using the wrong field?
