Hi there,My supplier sent me a document to sign, but I found that there was already a signature in the signing area. I have deleted all my signatures from the management website, but the signature in the document still exists and cannot be removed. Here are the methods I have tried:Using a different browser Using an incognito window Long-pressing the signature (iPad, Chrome), but there is no option to delete the signatureAre there any other methods to resolve this issue?

My first recipient I have checked as Specify Recipients but when I try to go to the next step it gives me an error message Account does not have permission to send to Agent recipient typeHow do I fix this in my permissions or can I? 

I currently have the personal plan, I just renewed it in February 2024, if I want to change to the standard plan, can I only pay the proportional part or would the standard plan start from today with a duration of one year? Please have someone from sales contact me.

This may just be a wish for DocuSign to make it better. I have 200+ signing groups. If someone switches roles within the organization and happens to be a signer, my life is miserable, because I have to:Guess which signing groups they’re a member of, and if it’s not clear, share their envelopes and looking at their signing history.  Look at every single signing group from that department one by one and check if the user is part of it Remove the user one by one from signing groups. Why can’t it just be like shared access, and I can see it on the User’s profile?! Is there a better way that I’m just missing?

When multiple people sign the same document, is it possible to remove the option that notifies the others when one of them declines?

Because our company is international, has many divisions and many legacy standards, some departments require date format to be YYYY-MM-DD, while other require DD-MM-YYYY and our current format is DD-Month-YYYY (Month is spelled out, eg. April, June, December)I know that our DocuSign Admin (I am not an admit) can change the format for every DocuSign account related to our company, but this will not help me, as this will just set a new default for all documents.What am looking for is an option to use different date formats, for different documents / templates.Is there some way to achieve this?

I accidentally voided a envelope that had not been fully signed yet. Is there a way to restore it? Or can I somehow “unvoided” it and resend it? 

Hi,In Belgium we mainly use 2 ways for QES: signing with E-ID or signing with itsme. Both signature types can be available on the DocuSign account.My question: How can I create an envelope where I let the recipient/signer choose the type of signature:he/she can choose to sign with itsme he/she can choose to sign with E-IDHow can I set this up in an template?Important: the recipient “needs to sign”, but we would like him/her to have the choice of one of the 2 signature types.Thanks

They fill out a form that we manage and process in PHP, and when they click on the " signing my contract" button, it should generate a contract from a template that we have set up in our DocuSign account, pre-fill the fields with the elements of our form, and allow the customer to sign their contract, while remaining on our site. In rarity during DOCUSIGN RETRIEVE execution the INDEX.CSV that gets created with the retreived information of rows in the INDEX.CSV is placing "CR" characters following each mentioned field of INDEX.CSV versus the single LF character at end or line row.  The result is that when the INDEX.CSV is processed later to place documents to FASTDOCS thru an SQL middleware process, this halts up the process causing a fail since the CR characters are unexpected.  We have to go in the INDEX.CSV and remove the “cr” characters to cause a normal row line.   This happens rarely. We have been told that our ENVELOPE FIELDS are being passed with these extra characters resulting in the RETRIEVE misbehaving in the INDEX.CSV create of each row, but we have validated we are not.  So,  we think it is occuring during the “FINISH” step of the person reviewing the DOCUSIGN document by possibly a different device such as ANDROID or IPHONE in web browser versus a FINISH step using a PC desktop browser that causin

I am trying to download a document into separate pdfs after it has been completed by my client. It was working yesterday but today it wont do it..I only get the basic form completed and summary...Has anything changed on docusign or is it my end??? 

When I use a Template → select Replace document → the email Subject line should change automatically and show the new document’s filename. “Complete with DocuSign: New file name….”Before the latest Docusign update, this was working well, however right now the subject line remains unchanged and shows the original one from the template.Would be nice to get this feature back, how can we solve this?Thank  you in advance for your support

Hi There, I would like to add Id veryfication for the person who will be signing contract with me. But dont see any uption to add this requiements. In the settings I add option that veryfication is required, but when customising the contract options there is only posibility to send the code as a veryfication methode.  

I just found a charge on my credit card for a subscription to Docusign. The two accounts I have access to with the emails I currently have were both free accounts. I am not sure if this account was through one of my old jobs but if that is the case how can I cancel it if I no longer have access to the email account it is linked to.

This may be the same question others have posted; however I have not found a good solution from reading the Community Forums, watching videos, and generally working with Templates and envelopes. I’d appreciate any help or direction. We have a Confidentiality Agreement that has to go to 135 employees. The document is 4 pages long, requires an initial at the bottom of pages 1 thru 3, and a signature, date, and title on the last page. In the Template, it asks for individual recipients, which I can do with bulk import, however the form then REQUIRES me to manually drag and drop all these fields to EACH of the 135 recipients. This is ridiculous, so obviously I am missing a step. How Can I send the SAME document (template) to 135 recipients without having to recreate the fillable forms 135 times? I appreciate and value your replies.
