Hello,right now I noticed my powerform only get the form questions of recipients before beginning signing, and these information is getting pushed to the generated envelope. Is there a way to add more form field to get these printed as well automatically at the correct placeholders they've been put? Instead of having the recipient completing this at the step 2 when envelope opens?Thanks

Hello! I am trying to implement a PowerForm signing workflow where the first signer specifices the second signer, the second signer specifies the third signer, the third signer specifies the fourth signer, and the fifth signer is constant. Each signer must also sign the document at each point in the workflow. I have configured the signing order as follows: 1   First: Needs to Sign 2 Second: Second (assign): Specify Recipients 3 Third: Third (assign): 4 Fourth: 5 Fifth: Known Signer name@email.com On the template, I have input only the role and left the name/email blank, except for the fifth signer, who is known. The first signer browses to the PowerForm and enters their name/email as well as the second signer's name/email. Hello. I receive documents from my team on Thursdays and Friday. For some strange reason I'm not receiving random emails from DocuSign on random days and at random times. Typically, at 1am through 3am in the morning. Any advice. Thank you for your time!

When a witness is to sign a document do they have to visibly witness the signer signing (say through facetime) or is the security on the computer enough to verify that the witness has witnessed the signature.

I have a situation where I have multiple documents going to the same person for signature in the same envelope. It appears that the signor has to click through each individual field to sign each document. So they are signing/clicking through 20 different times in the same envelope. Is there a setting or an easier way where they can sign one time but the signature and date fields get copied to all other signature fields in the envelope so they only have to sign/date one time instead of having to click through each of the 20 signature fields separately?

I want to send out a document that needs to have a correct received on date and signature, would it be possible in any way to have the recipient have to sign that portion of the document before the rest of it opens for viewing (maybe, if possible, to add an alert “this is only a received confirmation signature....”

We appear to have lost the labels that we had on our templates so as clients knew what and where to complete on the document.  Is there any way to get this back?

Hello everyone, is there a way to prolong working time in DocuSign?it keeps loggin off quickly due to inactivity. Is there a way to make this timeframe longer?Thank you in advance 

I am employed by an organisation that annually requires a large number of parties to each sign (two signatories) an agreement via DocuSign in order to participate in our programs. I suspect that most of the parties are not themselves DocuSign clients.We provide a link, which takes a party to the page that requires the first signatory to enter their own details (name and email address) and the second signatory’s details, which enables both signatories to sign the agreement in turn.This year, the first signatory of one of the parties has signed the agreement but a problem has arisen with the second signatory: the second signatory has recently inherited a generic address, which was entered in DocuSign last year by the person who previously held the second signatory’s position, So, even though the new second signatory has entered their name as the second signatory, DocuSign apparently defaults to last year’s user by inserting their name and initials for confirmation and prompting the new s

I sent a document for signatures, including my own and received the completion email notification. I then sign in and download, however when I try to open the document, I get an error “We can't open this file, something went wrong”. I have never come across this. 

I have set up a rule using the docusign add in for Google Drive so that completed employment contracts are saved directly into google drive but it will not allow me to select the file path in the google drive and is saving everything in the initial folder location.How do i drill down so that saved documents go into a specific file path?

I have a use case where I need parallel approval on a document. The Approvers all belong to separate groups, I wanted to iterate through the groups and create Approval Steps for each group. What I can’t seem to figure out is how to wait for all the approvals to complete so that we can analyse the outputs and decide whether we need to send the document back or proceed. 

When a document has been signed by everyone it has been sent to, do they get a copy of the final signed document or do I need to download it and email it to them?

Hello,I originally signed up for a reoccurring payment plan.I no longer want this plan and it is overdue resulting in my plan being suspended.I want to downgrade to the free plan.But there is no button for me to do that…..possibly because my account is suspended.How do I downgrade to the free plan with a suspended account? Thanks, Jeremy

Is it true that branding for emails and the standard signing flow is set up through the DocuSign account settings, and that branding for the Focused View (embedded signing) is configured programmatically via API? Additionally, is it correct that the branding for emails is not reused by the Focused View and that these are separate configurations? Thanks!

Hi, I have sent an agreement that has 4 directors whom also need to assign a witnesses. I’ve had 3 directors and witnesses sign the agreement, lets call them A, B, & C directors and witnesses. I have just been informed the fourth director’s (director D) email address is incorrect. Do directors A.B & C need to resign the document if I update director D’s email address?

How can i get a link to the envelope task in the email body so that people that are assigned to the task can go right to the task or to the document?

I have a document that has several ss numbers on it.  Can I mask those numbers so signers cannot see them but once the document is signed I can remove the masking? 

Mid-May 2024, I created a template for my company. While creating this template, I was pleasantly surprised by a new template editor! There were features that were _huge_ improvements:It allowed me to dynamically edit and format the text. (The source was an imported Word doc). It gave me a new type of field. It was a field that modified the document prior to sending for signing. For my use-case, it gave me the ability to add points to an attached schedule prior to sending. Once a template was created, the experience flowed as follows: “Use template” (as normal) Assign the names and emails to who it’s getting sent to (as normal) Edit the dynamic fields defined in the template. In my case it was adding content to a “Schedule A” page in the document. (← This was the feature the new template system allowed!)
