Hi everyone,I’m on a trial and have sent out a few contracts to be signed successfully however this message just popped up:The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded. ** found that I’ve exceeded envelopes by only sending out less than 10!  Crazy!  Any way around this.  Trial for 30days and I’ve exceed it on the first day.  Seems pointless and no way of actually contacting Support either by phone or chat.Appreciate your help! CheersNatasha

(Basic free plan)   Can you as the sender, opt out of receiving a copy of the signed document?  Because we sending forms that require SS#, I'd rather upload the document from our Docusign account.  An email always includes an attachment of the signed document that includes all of the sensitive information

I’m having problems uploading documents from our OneDrive. I’d like to have all forms uploaded for easier access.

I have a situation where I have a radio button group of 5 radio items, lets call them option A, B, C, D, E, F.At the bottom of the page, I have 50 fields, such as checkboxes, text boxes, etc. I would like to setup a condition so that the 50 fields show up to the user ONLY when the user checks Option C at the top. With your current conditional logic tools, I can show those 50 fields based on 1 radio button choice, but in this scenario, I would like to hide the 50 fields based on Option C, and show them based on Options A, B, D, E, F.Please assist as I cannot find anything on this topic so far. Hey is there a way to change the Emailadress in the “answer to” field when sending out a contract to sign? or disable the “answer to” completely?The Email I have registered is our companies general Order mail. All emails for the contracts should go to and from a specific email.

Hello, I need to sign the same document in three different capacities, meaning three different signatures for me including one under a power of attorney for a relative.  But when I click on and open the document, my Docusign signature defaults to the one I use for myself and not the one I have adopted that includes a POA designation typed after my name.  I don’t get an option to select which of my three signatures to use when I first open the doc.  How can I toggle between the three signatures, as appropriate?  Thank you for helping!

Hi,Can anyone let me know how I can change the auto navigation settings for recipients. I would like to change it to stop at the top of every page rather than just shooting from signature box to signature box. From what I have read it’s possible but for the life of me I cannot find the settings to enable to me to make this change.Many thanks.

Hello,We do some post processing of signed documents and we noticed that one customer has e-signature picture/stamp rendered as Annotation with type Stamp: /Subtype /Stamp /Type /AnnotHowever, all other customers including our dev account render e-signature as image object/Subtype /Image /Type /XObject My question: is there any setting that controls this behavior? Or is it some regional differences?Thank you.

HELP!!! I am trying to locate a VERY important document that I signed from my landlord on your site. I don't know where to look on Docusign. It's a copy of my lease agreement. Hello,I’m guessing that there is a way to specify that the sender doesn’t need to sign an envelope, but I’m not seeing where to specify that.There is another member of our organization who is added a recipient who will sign, but we don’t both need to sign.Thanks!

Does anyone know if we can go back to the old view in esignature Agreements.  The new view takes up to much space causing me to scroll to see everything.  I have multiple folders on the left that I file completed envelopes in, I send documents for 10 different companies.  With the update I can’t see the folders without constantly having to scroll and then click the Show More.

A licensed DS Sender is being told in DocuSign that they have no available envelopes and need to upgrade.  Currently we have 366 of 1700 envelopes sent. I did open a support ticket but was hoping to find a quicker resolve for our user.

Each document contains an optional signature field. Is there a way to find out which of the documents has been signed after completion via one of the Salesforce records? I received an email from 000000@00000 with this subject: Account action needed: You’ve exceeded your Envelope limit. I have attached a file with the internet header. My first clue? I’ve added my company’s brand as the email logo but when the email sends the logo is huge! How can I adjust it to be the same size and look as the DocuSign email logo?The file size is 44 KB.

Not receiving emails from expired links, also not getting new links to sign documents (this is affecting more than just me in my organisation but Docusign is working fine for others). Made sure not on blocked email list and on safe receipients list but this has made no difference.

Hi  I have scenario in which one of my client is unbale to access the docusign account as the admin user has email address has been deactivate. The client is not aware of any other admin user, if it exists.  We have done salesfroce to Ducisgn integration using Salesforce Docusign App. Can anyone please help, How can I get access to dosucisgn admin.
