We have users wanting to use eSignature with the Approval App inside of MS Teams.  They are able to successfully prepare and send a document when they are not part of the signing order. However, should they include themselves on the signing order, they receive an error when they click the Prepare button.   We are able to re-create the issue, time and time again.  I’ve confirmed all have an active eSignature profile (2 are senders, 1 is a full fledge DS Admin) on the same account being referenced through MS Teams.  They all have a Teams account as well. Is anyone else seeing this issue?  If so, were you able to resolve it?

I don’t seem to be able to set up a DocuSign Retrieve search to be able to pull Webforms. Am I missing something?

Does anyone know what happens if an Admin deletes a template in DocuSign while there are still documents associated with that template that are out for signature? 

I’ve got a template where the list of recipients is as follows:Employee (blank) Program/Department Director (blank) Financial (routing group) Senior Director (routing group) Executive Director (routing group) Accounts Payable (signing group) Accounts Payable (CC)When I open the Power Form URL, I see the first page, where I input my name and email as an employee and then my supervisor's email as program/department director. The routing and signing groups take care of the rest. When I click on Begin Signing, I’m brought to my template form.When I click on my template form, the #2 person entered as the program/department director immediately gets an email asking for their document review. If they open the document before the employee completes the required information, they'll see a blank document.How do I adjust my template/Power Form so the #2 person entered into the workflow doesn’t receive the email to review the document until the first person clicks on Finish? Thanks in advance!  =)

Is there a report or way to view the history of the email reminders that have been sent out for individuals. We are using Web Forms. 

There are tiny dots on all of my completed documents.  When printed out and re-scanned (as is necessary for my work) these dots darken, or shadow, the pages.  Sometimes they are too dark for my sub-contractors to read.  Is there a way to NOT have the tiny dots appear on the completed document?  I have the watermark feature turneed OFF currently, which is what I thought the dots were.  Apparently they are something else….  ??  Can anyone help?

I am seeking information on if DocuSign allows documents to be watermarked after signing. We have items we are seeking to watermark for internal records, to denote the need to send updated versions. Is this something that is available?

We have an intake packet and there are a few separate forms that ask for things like Name, DOB, Person Filling Out Form, etc. I’m struggling with the fact that one must have a recipient in order to create a WebForm from a PowerForm. The Legal Guardian will be the one filling out this data for their child, so the top of the form automatically creates a place for them to enter their name and email address (red) as that the main recipient for this intake packet. However, on the form itself, it also asks for the Legal Guardian name, because for legal reasons, we need the form to outline who is filling out this data (blue). It’s giving me an error because it’s named the same thing. Do I delete the blue from the WebForm? And if I do, what about all those locations on the forms in which we need the Legal Guardian name on the form itself? Will the name still appear on that form once it’s been completed?

How long will it take to transfer 800 envelopes.

We have a use case that wants on the completed email notifications, to attached the completed signed pdf to only ONE recipient in the signing order.    Is this possible?  If so, how do you do it? Second question: Regarding attaching the pdf to completed email notifications.  Can this ‘rule’ be defined at the template level?  ex:  Template 1 - yes we want the pdf to be attached to only one role on the template.  Template 2 - we do not want any pdf’s attached to any role on the template.   Is this possible?

Clicking from docusign.com, the screen goes white.  The URL says docusign.com/send, but it does not allow me to input my username & password.  I thought it would be fixed by now, please advise what we can do to use the paid platform?  

Is there a way to give access to the Signer’s timeline to another person, throughout the process? More than just after final reciept of all signatures?

The recipient signed the envelope, but I was then away for 2.5 weeks, when I tried to sign upon my return the envelope was voided, due to expiration. What is the expiration time (days) from recipient signing, to me signing (sender), and can this be changed?thank you

Hello All, I wanted to know if it’s possible to provide two signature tabs but only one will be signed?To give a context, I need two signature tabs representing a “Yes” or “No” decision. So the person who is signing will sign on either of this as a decision.Is this something that can be done with Docusign?

Hello,I have an DocuSign App in my Account. This can be access by the Other userID by giving consent out side my organization. But the Thing is even if he uses my app to send the Envelope the envelope is Sent from his Own account. I cannot Ask client to do the setup like Configure the Webhook and Connect Keys and give it to my Portal, As I am using Hmac validation to validate the request. Is there a way to track the envelope Status of that Account and my Account Webhook can detect that status and Publish those events to my listener, Without having the client to configure his account with Hmac and Webhook Configuration. Is it safe to send a form with a SSN through docusign? Are docusign documents encrypted? 

I have successfully created a request for a signature as remote signing using a document created on the fly with htmldefinition. What we’d really like to do is convert this to an embedded signature, so taking that same code which successfully returns an envelope id, I move on to the next endpoint: /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelopeId}/views/recipient - substituting the accountId as I did for the initial request to create the envelope, and the envelopeId returned upon successful creation. Editing text within a template document for signature for many different people and changing text I have student enrollment contracts and info in the contract change per student (i.e., scholarship Amount; Student Name; Services provided; etc.) -- but the main doc stays the same for all 50 students.  How can I individually edit an enrollment student contract and still have parents select a few radio dials and sign/date the document?  Please advise if this is possible to do and if it is possible -- how.  Thanks

Hello,We are collecting payment after someone signs an envelope using the Stripe gateway.Someone’s payment was declined and we think it might be because the credit card is issued with a different version of her name.If this is possible, is there a way to provide the name that is on someone’s credit at the time that they select the payment? It seems cumbersome to ask someone what name is on the credit card (or bank account for ACH) before sending them the Docusign envelope. Thank you.
