Hi, Receiving this error "You have not granted or have revoked your consent to be impersonated by DocuSign Apps Launcher." when sending a document although user have all the required permission in Permission Set and also Active in User management and in Docusign Account and also not able to see the Docusign Admin Tab in the sandbox

I had to sign a document for Ally financial. I don’t want a docusign account, I don’t want yet another entity out there to get breached. But, I got sucked in thinking, ok, if I just give them a password, I can be done. No, they continue to want more info. How can I just get out of docusign, have my account terminated? I just want out.BS  

An associate of mine is blind, but is required to sign legal documents. Does the docusign software contain any ADA assistive features that can be accessed in this particular instance?

The sender has double-checked with the correct email address, I have made sure to check my junk/spam, there are no filters on my email, and no blocked senders. I have received a different envelope to sign last week and it was fine. I have logged into my account and it is not showing up there as well. 

I created a template with the main letter/attachment and all the signatures, settings, etc. so it would repeat every time I apply it to a new letter. However, I would like to add a boiler plate attachment PDF notice to every letter I send out, so i edited my template and added this attachment to the template but when i apply it, the attachment is not there. Do I need to add the attachment every time or is there a way to have it automatically add itself when applying the template?

Hello good people! I need help on field order.I found on the topics of the community that it is possible to set an order to the fields, which could be very usefull for us since we have a new contrat with the basics (pages 1 to 10), then the signature (page 11) and after some appendices (pages 12 to 14) with fields that need to be completed by the customer.So we want to put an order to the fields so that the fields in the appendices are completed before going to the signature.I saw on a topic here saying it was an option available so I contacted the customer service and asked them how I could get the option, the price and a quotation.I took me 3 weeks to get the info that this option was available on my package but was not activated.Finally happy to get what I asked for (but with no explanation on how to use it), I tried to use it this morning, and it is not working!!Maybe there are some settings to do on the account (maybe auto navigation?) but I have looked in the parameters and could

Hello, I created an extensive Webform for my internal team, but some of the text fields need to be changed to validate as Number and Date. When I tried to update them, I lost the connection to the webform fields and couldn't search them. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to recreate everything? Thank you!Priscilla

Hello I plan to release my app that will be using multiple external app for each of my client. I'm using eSignature API.I wonder which pricing plan should I purchase. I saw page (https://ecom.docusign.com/plans-and-pricing/developer) with sum up but there are no direct informations about API purchasing details. I don't plan to use docusign features for myself. I want to purchase plan that will allow me to use API for my client's orgs.  Can you provide more details on developer plans? Let me know if you need more details of my setup.

Hi, we often need to send out application forms for completion.   Some questions require a YES/NO response, but others require free text responses.   IE customer name, address, additional information.  The document is 11 pages long.Being a frequent user of Docusign for obtaining signatures….  Is it a simple process / possible for an application form to be uploaded to send to customers for completion?    to be user friendly.Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.kind regards

Hi, I am using a Microsoft Power Automate flow to generate a document, create a Docusign envelope, attach recipients and tabs for their signatures, and send it. I have 3 recipients set in a signing order. I have custom email bodies requesting they review and sign the document. My issue is this - when the envelope is completed, Docusign sends an email automatically. The body starts with ‘All parties have completed [document name], but the text from the original email remains. The only link to the document is to review the completed version, but to mitigate any confusion, I want to remove the original email body (the request to sign) from the completion notification email.  I’m looking for a solution that either: can remove the original email body from the ‘completed’ email or turns off the ‘completed’ email notification, so I can send it through Power Automate with custom text.  Thanks!

HiI have just taken over administration of our eSignature Business Pro Edition -Seat Subscription-Seats subscription.Currently there is only 1 seat with 1 user.  When I navigate to Users and Groups → Users I see an option to add Seats but no option to add Users.From looking at the DocuSign web page that describes the features of Business Pro Edition it states:Add multiple usersShare the power of Docusign. Add colleagues to send and manage agreements all on one account. If you need to purchase a plan for more than 50 users, please contact sales.How do I add additonal users?Thanks

Hello! I am tring to find a way for an Admin Assistant to send out an envelope so that it appears as though it is coming from the Executive they support. We are using basic DocuSign and no APIs. What is the best way to accomplish this so that our customers (the signers) receive the documents from the Executive, as they have come to expect? We do not want the Executive to take the time to set up the document. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello! We are trying to set up a PowerForm but can’t find that feature. I’ve followed this guide: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=mfo1583277360424.html&_LANG=enus but cannot find the option to enable PowerForms. Can someone guide us on how to enable this?

How do I search for documents that were created (and signed) by another user.  The user has since left the company.  I am an administrator in our Docusign account

I am having an issue with other certain templates not matching for a user all of a sudden (has previously worked fine). The templates are shared with the user, the user has adjusted their matching percentage down to 20% but when uploading a document, the correct template will not pop up to choose. I try the exact document the user is attempting and the template matches at 78%. Any advice? 

Hi everyone, we are just starting using DocuSign and I'd like to know if there is a way to share an envelope through an open link. Which means, whoever has the link will be able to complete the fields and sign the document. Is this possible? Thanks,LCS

my portal says i have 107 ‘waiting for others’, but when i scroll down i can only view about 30 of them. any ideas where i can see the rest?

Is there any possibility that, together with the code of the envelope that Docusign adds to all the documents, a QR code is include as “secure verification code”, where it can be checked that the document is real and valid? 

How can users see form data after an envelope is completed?  I would expect there to be a setting that allows this, but I’m unable to locate it.  Is this possible?Thanks.

Hello !The regulations of my country changed and we now have to send the T&C’s in a way to will be date secure, to prove the T&C’s were the way they were on the date the client signed. But we have extremely long T&C’s so sending them in the traditional DocuSign envelope with the documents to be signed would force the client to brows through a hundred of pages. Is there a way to avoid that and link the T&C’s in a date safe way ? $ Thank you !

I am trying to create a powerform so that I an send the docusign link in an email. I watched the video in this page How to Create a PowerForm | eSignature (docusign.com)However, when I click on the 3 dots near the template, it doesn't show me an option to create a Powerform as shown in the video. Can you please help?Please find my screenshot attached.
