If someone has rejected halfway through the signing process, due to incorrect information, how do we edit the document to resend?

We have recently transitioned from DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce to DocuSign App Launcher. It has come to our attention that certain users who previously had the capability to log in as another user in Salesforce and send a DocuSign envelope on their behalf are now experiencing issues. When attempting this action, the page fails to load properly. This functionality is crucial to our process. We are investigating if there is a specific permission or setting that can be adjusted to restore this capability. Although these users have shared access through the DocuSign website and can send on behalf of others from there, we aim to integrate this feature within our Salesforce organization due to dependent processes. We are seeking a solution to ensure seamless operation and maintain our workflow efficiency.

Hello everyone,Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign consoleit opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end? Thank you in advance!

Hello,I am trying to work out how to send what is, to me, a complicated bulk send, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed.I want to be able to send the same contract to multiple people. Each contract will require 4 separate signatures, 2 of which are from a recipient group. The signatures must be in order.To provide an example, a contract needs to be sent to people in the following strict order:Person 1, and then back to our organisation for approval (by one of 3 people - hence the recipient group). Person 2, and then back to our organisation for final approval (by one of 3 people again).To complicate further, I would like to do a bulk send, because we send around 20 contracts at the same time, but each one is a discrete contract that must only go to the relevant people.I have tested this internally, but it doesn’t seem to work consistently, and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.Apologies if this is really rather simple, but I’m new to DocuSign, and can’t seem to find how to do

A new user account was setup recently with SSO. This was incorrect as it is a shared mailbox so we only have SSO for normal users.  How can I change this? Do I have to close the account and try to set up a new one or will the fact the email address already exists, even though it would then be on a closed account, prevent me from doing so?

Hi, I migrated my DocuSign Records using the migration tool. However, it says it only migrates those that are Completed, Voided or Declined.  How do I get the ones that are in the Sent Status over to the new DocuSign Status object for Apps Launcher?  

I am new here today. If I want a document that has many different “blank spots” that need to be filled in each time I use the document is it possible to upload the document and create text boxes that are on the document ready to be filled in each time you want to use it? Thank you!

I think that MASTERCARD expired so my account was suspended.I tired to update my billing info but it is not working.Could you please help me.

How can an administrator view all documents sent by all users on the account? If there is any way, will it show that an admin is viewing documents sent from other team members? How can I see what is being sent and received?

I'm still learning the ropes of DocuSign, and trying to adapt some PDF forms to DocuSign, to make it easier for all parties involved.  The documents are not ours, so we cannot alter those and must work around how they have the document set up. The solution to my problem is simple, but I'm not sure how to get the solution.  I need the red borders removed for Radio buttons because several questions are a 'choose 1' scenario.  The red boxes surrounding the button overlap each other and it looks very messy from the signer's point-of-view. Everything I've read says this is not possible, but I just find that hard to believe, it's just too simple and I can't be the only one in this situation. Thank you for any help!

Does the Finish Later save the information put in without clicking the finish tab? There is no Save and Finish Later option

I already app one app live in Docusign prod, now i am pushing one more app from Docusign demo account to Docusign prod that is connected to different SF instance & usecase is little different, since my prod account is common for both apps what other think would remain common like the API account id, user Id & just the integration key would be different, is it correct understanding?

Hi All, About the new version to Integration with M-Files, I have a problem with authenticate the user ID on M-Files Admin, I added the correct user and password, but appears an error with password or ID. Somebody know if is a API problem ?

I am using a template created with DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce.  The recipients are dynamic and have contact records in Salesforce.  The template is referencing an object that has a lookup to the contact in Salesforce.  The Salesforce default email address is in a standard field called Email and the template uses that email address for the send.Is it possible to set the field that the template references to a field other than the standard Email field in Salesforce?Thanks for your help!Scott

In the case where documents are sent to Receiver1 and Receiver2 (signing order) for completion and signature, if Receiver1 fills out, signs, and submits the documents, can Receiver1 still edit the text after submission if Receiver2 has been notified to sign and has opened the documents but has not yet signed and submitted them?

Hi:I am a new Admin for our DocuSign account and I have a question regarding the e-mail notifications we get letting us know that there is a new document for us to review/sign off on.  Regardless of who initiates a request, when the notification arrives in our Gmail inbox, it says it is from “XXX via DocuSign,” where XXX is an employee who used to actually be in my position but is no longer with our company (I am the person who replaced XXX).  Does anyone know how to go in and change that?  In a perfect world, I’d like it to say that it is from whomever originates the requisition, but if they have to all appear to be from me, I can live with that.  I just don’t know how to get rid of/change the name of the person who is no longer with us.  I just went in and saw that his profile was active, so I closed it about 10 minutes ago.  But, as I have been typing this, I received another email, and it still said it was from XXX, so I am at a loss.Any guidance/help that anyone can provide would

Hi,I am getting below error “ANCHOR_TAB_STRING_NOT_FOUND” (The specified Anchor Tab string was not found in the document. Anchor Tab String "\SignHere58105\" not found. Anchor Tab String "\SignHere58110\" not found.) Although I can see these strings on the document.  

I got in touch with Docusign support over two weeks ago flagging that some envelopes were not being received by recipients. Support immediately came back to me explaining some email notifications have “gotten stuck” and they could force trigger the envelopes I’d flagged.I replied saying yes to please do that, and that there are more envelopes failing to send. Since then, the envelopes have still not been received by recipients (even the ones initially flagged), and despite my numerous attempts to get through to support I am now being ignored.Case reference number 13897015 in case anyone can help.
