Hi

I want to add a Custody Transfer Rule, but the list of users I can send to is empty? I want to select the Admin group or the Admins seperate. But they do not appear.

How can I get them in the list?

Do you mean there are no users or groups in Custody Transfer Rule ?

I am facing the same problem.
There is no user in “TO” section to transfer the custody to, shown in the screenshot.

Do you mean you want transfer the envelope of second user to first user? Have you search the user in TO?

So, I found out the problem. On other user selects fields in Docusign, it is pre-filled with users. But in this particular case, you have to actively search a user before the box is populated. Inconsistent UI, but solved never the less.

Case closed.
