canceling a signed docusign

hi all, I am trying to cancel an fully signed and executed docusign, but the void option is not available. how can I void it if all parties have signed?

No, you cannot void a fully signed envelope. The status “completed” is a final state and cannot be changed, similar to it being voided cannot be undone.You have a legally binding contract now.
