Upon my renewal date, I received a notice that my credit card number previously used, was no longer valid ( I reported a card stolen earlier that year). I decided to downgrade my subscription as I was not fully utilizing this particular plan. So I chose a lesser (paid) plan and entered my new credit card number. It automatically charged me my more expensive, previous plan on this new credit card number. I’ve contact Docusign several times to reverse this and enroll me into the lesser plan. I am getting a major runaround and being asked to send them an email stating, I understand their refund policy and they will “consider” my changes. Has anyone else experienced such a difficult and un-customer friendly process as this? What can be done here?

I would like to keep this email from being sent for a specific brand.  I have looked at the signature and the email resource files and neither of them has this email showing.  Where can I edit this txt or keep it from sending upon decline to sign?

We’re running into issues where the connection between Zapier and Docusign expires regularly, causing our envelopes to not be sent. The exact error we’re getting in Zapier is “Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant” Reaching out to Zapier support, they responded with:Based on Docusign's documentation, it uses a default value of 720 hours (30 days) for token expiration. This means that if you've obtained the token by logging into your account, it will expire in 30 days from the first login. I have two issues with trying to format templates. In the control panel, I uploaded a PDF and proceeded to map fields onto it. Needing to take a break and not wanting to risk losing my progress, I saved, and then went back in to continue field mapping on the very long, multi-page form, only to find that the previous graphic rendering of the form seems to now be broken, yet when I preview it, I can see the form and fields mapped. See below. There’s also a broken graphic representing the form. The issue resolved itself, and then came back. I’d rather use the html definition option to create this and other documents on the fly, but that only works for small, simple forms. If I try to set the html to this massive form, it has failed in so many ways (most recently - div--pulse-left-offset, background, transform, position, etc not allowed), I’m not sure which would be more efficient. I sent an envelope that required signatures from several parties. All but one party signed through DocuSign. One party signed outside of DocuSign, and we've already received the signed document. However, the envelope is still showing as "waiting for others" for that party.What's the best way to get the envelope out of the "waiting for others" status, since we already have the signature? Is there a way to mark that recipient as complete or finalize the envelope without their DocuSign signature?

Hi, I am facing an issue that users have to fill the id verification form before signing , but i want to allow user to direct signing.

I have two accounts: one private (free) and one corporate. I would like to have an option to switch between the accounts on my iPhone. At the moment, I have to log out completely.

I use Docusign every 3-6 months for standard signatures requested on documents. In the past, my signature used in Docusign is the script signature I have selected. A new document sent to me, that has two signers (myself and another individual), is not accepting my script signature and is defaulting to a standard type. However, the other signer is able to use a script signature. I have reset my script signature several times, however, the document always defaults back to a typed signature. A normal type signature is not even an option in my list of created signatures. Any suggestions? Is this a setting the original sender of the document has unknowingly selected? TIA

A document is sent to a signer who signs the doc where he is supposed to sign. You don’t have the correct name of the client signer and need to change it. Can you make that change in DocuSign?

I had to sign a document for Ally financial. I don’t want a docusign account, I don’t want yet another entity out there to get breached. But, I got sucked in thinking, ok, if I just give them a password, I can be done. No, they continue to want more info. How can I just get out of docusign, have my account terminated? I just want out.BS  

An associate of mine is blind, but is required to sign legal documents. Does the docusign software contain any ADA assistive features that can be accessed in this particular instance?

The sender has double-checked with the correct email address, I have made sure to check my junk/spam, there are no filters on my email, and no blocked senders. I have received a different envelope to sign last week and it was fine. I have logged into my account and it is not showing up there as well. 

I created a template with the main letter/attachment and all the signatures, settings, etc. so it would repeat every time I apply it to a new letter. However, I would like to add a boiler plate attachment PDF notice to every letter I send out, so i edited my template and added this attachment to the template but when i apply it, the attachment is not there. Do I need to add the attachment every time or is there a way to have it automatically add itself when applying the template?

Good morning.I’m working on a pledge document for a campaign. As I enter the fillable fields, I need to use numbers WITHOUT decimals (for dates and timeframe) but that isn’t an option in the number format section. Is there a way to do that?  I’m stumped. Thanks! ss

Hello good people! I need help on field order.I found on the topics of the community that it is possible to set an order to the fields, which could be very usefull for us since we have a new contrat with the basics (pages 1 to 10), then the signature (page 11) and after some appendices (pages 12 to 14) with fields that need to be completed by the customer.So we want to put an order to the fields so that the fields in the appendices are completed before going to the signature.I saw on a topic here saying it was an option available so I contacted the customer service and asked them how I could get the option, the price and a quotation.I took me 3 weeks to get the info that this option was available on my package but was not activated.Finally happy to get what I asked for (but with no explanation on how to use it), I tried to use it this morning, and it is not working!!Maybe there are some settings to do on the account (maybe auto navigation?) but I have looked in the parameters and could

I saw page (https://ecom.docusign.com/plans-and-pricing/developer) with sum up but there are no direct informations about API purchasing details. I don't plan to use docusign features for myself. I want to purchase plan that will allow me to use API for my client's orgs.  Can you provide more details on developer plans? Let me know if you need more details of my setup.

Hi, we often need to send out application forms for completion.   Some questions require a YES/NO response, but others require free text responses.   IE customer name, address, additional information.  The document is 11 pages long.Being a frequent user of Docusign for obtaining signatures….  Is it a simple process / possible for an application form to be uploaded to send to customers for completion?    to be user friendly.Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.kind regards

Hi, I am using a Microsoft Power Automate flow to generate a document, create a Docusign envelope, attach recipients and tabs for their signatures, and send it. I have 3 recipients set in a signing order. I have custom email bodies requesting they review and sign the document. My issue is this - when the envelope is completed, Docusign sends an email automatically. The body starts with ‘All parties have completed [document name], but the text from the original email remains. The only link to the document is to review the completed version, but to mitigate any confusion, I want to remove the original email body (the request to sign) from the completion notification email.  I’m looking for a solution that either: can remove the original email body from the ‘completed’ email or turns off the ‘completed’ email notification, so I can send it through Power Automate with custom text.  Thanks!
