Can I remove the void option for signers? 

I sent a KBA envelope and the certificate does not say it was KBA authenticated.  If a person has a DocuSign account can they bypass a KBA authentication on an envelope?

Hi, I’m hoping someone can assist me with a module.  I’m being asked whether “receives a copy”, “needs to verify”, “needs to review”, or “needs to initial” would be the correct option to allow a recipient to be required to open but not sign a document.  From what I am reading, the option to receive a copy just provides a carbon copy, but the recipient can decide not to open it, so it is not required.  Needs to verify from what I have researched is for authentication purposes.  Needs to review requires you to both view and sign a document.  Needs to initial would require you to open the document and place initials, which is akin to signing.  I told my instructor that none of these answers is correct, as the correct answer in my opinion should be “needs to view” but I’m being told that I am wrong and the answer is one of these 4 options.  Can someone assist me and explain why that is the correct answer?

how can I send envelops 

 Can DocuSign recognize individual logins even when we are utilizing a distro email?  I would like to update the senders email to be a distro email in place of my personal email so that all responses go to the distro. Is this possible? 

Sending a document to a Signing Group of 5 people which anyone of the 5 people can sign, is that considered as 5 envelopes cost or just 1 envelope cost?

Hi there, we have a business account with DocuSign with Premier Support. We currently all log in to one account using one email address and password.  Then the notifications go to one general inbox. Are we able to have separate email addresses & logins for our docusign account instead, so the emails are sent directly to each user?

I created a new field in Salesforce on the CPQ Quote object, API field is ‘All_TD_Product_Codes__c’. It is a Long Text (15,000).  It is visible to all Profiles. I go to DocuSign CLM > Admin > Form > ‘Order Form’ >  Add Fields > Link to Saleforce field and search for ‘All’ but it does not show up. Help? 

Hi team, The issue came up with an envelope sent to two recipients, the first one signed in all the required fields where his signs was supposed to be.However in a part of the document where his name is not there to sign he was able to sign. These are the replications steps:Envelope is sent to two different recipientsThe first person signs the envelope yesterday and for any reason he signs in a part of the document under his name and for any reason signs with his sign in the other recipient name.The second recipients signs the envelope today and she signs as usual not seeing under her name was signed by the other recipient.  I want to point out that this has been tried to be replicated with no failure as DocuSign is allowing ti sign in the required fields or the name you need to require to sign.Do you know how this could happen?Once the envelope was signed, can be this modified in order to remove the sign of the first recipient who was able to sign under his name and under the other re

I’m running into a problem where my templates are not saving. I’m trying to put formulas into a contract to calculate number of nights and charges, but the template is not saving my work as I progress through it. I’ve tried various options with no luck, as it is stuck in its current place and will not accept further changes at the moment. I’ve also tried different browsers and started from scratch with no luck.

I have a person who committed fraud and said he was someone else signing the documents. Can the police get help form docusign to locate who this came from? I would think the ID number at the top of the page would go back to where the signer came from, correct? How do the police contact dousign?

I have some question about how to use this service better:Can you please advise on the best subscription for a company if we want the document to go through the auditors before signing and they will give the approval for the director to sign at the end of the chain? is it possible to set up the chain so that the signatory does not receive all the notifications, but only the last signature request and it will show that the previous persons gave approval for the signature? Question about signing documents with counterparties. Is it possible to add companies we work with to our profile for more convenient discussion, signing and correction of documents? Is there a possibility to use a standard template and send it to agents for signing and making corrections to the document, for example, to add the company details?

Resend my form.  I mis-entered my code and now I am locked out. 

  I have, example, Joe Public, Jr. and Joe Public, Sr. signing the document.  If I add those, will it not validate correctly?

The signers to whom I have sent documents have let me know that they don’t want to receive a email copy as soon as the document has been completed.How do I ensure that the recipients do not receive an email copy when the entire signing process has already been completed?

Hi Experts,We are planning to generate PDF documents for contracts in Salesforce. There is a limitation in salesforce that you can generate PDF only upto 2 MB size and also only 1000 requests per Org. Hence, we are unable to use Salesforce Omnistudio document generation. If we go with DocuSign solution, we will be able to accomplish the above requirements and what is the max size limit on the PDF and how many documents max we will be able to generate in an hour? How do we update the phone number to receive the security code? The old phone number is not active anymore. It seems like there is no other way to receive the code than SMS or Phone Call on old number.

I have run into an issue with a template I am testing, where I am unable to sign it at all, as well as other missing data on the page. There is no error message, but rather the document itself is coming up as if there are no fields assigned to places like the signature (see the second image below). The problem is that I have placed the fields there (see the first image below) and even removed and replaced them to make sure that wasn’t the problem. I can also confirm that the recipient is correct for the fields. It’s almost as if the DocuSign system is just ignoring the fields are there at all. I have other templates that were set up the same way and they are still working as intended.  My question is, what is going on here and how can I get the document to work? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There is a Powerform that used to work correctly when trying to access it from the URL generated inside Docusign, but now, when I copy the URL and try to open it from a new tab, even in incognito mode, it shows “something went wrong, try again later” in a red prompt over the Docusign portal: is there any way we can fix this link?thank you so much in advance!

Is there an option for a sender to receive an email notification when a signer fails authentication? Currently the only way I know of is to click on Manage and physically see it in the list of sent envelopes. If you go to My Preferences > Notifications, there is a list of Sending Notifications. This is not in that list.
