Retrieve Filters

Trying to get Retrieve Filters to work with little success.  I have a template named 2025 Financial Products and Promotions Agreements Packet 2 (with some variation).  I have tried using Filter of Template Matches (RegEx) \(Packet 2\) and get no results despite seeing these completed documents in the web UI.     I also have a Packet 1 which I’m trying to avoid in this specific Retrieve. Any suggestions on how to best setup a filter to get these envelopes?

In the Envelope Custom Fields I see this. Can I use either of these?

I recommend you create a support case (if you are on a paid plan) as your issue would be better to be checked during a live session with a support agent: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport
