I tried to sign a document and my signature came out as a generic cursive signature, despite the fact that my real signature was saved in the account.  There was no way to get my real signature on the document.  I also noticed a message that said my payment method had expired in July 2023, which is not correct, because my information was current in the account and a bill had been automatically charged to my payment method in January 2024.  I logged out, then logged in again.  When I logged in, I was promted to create a signature and my old signatures had disappeared from the account.  Bottom line: while I have some of my signed document history saved, Docusign has erased my signature and seems to believe that my credit card has expired even though it is current and was recently used

How can I unvoid a document that voided due to expiration?  

If ‘Prevent unmanaged signups’ is enabled, domain users cannot create new accounts nor be added to external accounts if they are using an email address of the claimed domain. What is the impact to the functionality of the application or users if users can create new accounts and be added as external accounts if they are using an email address of the claimed domain? Does this pose a data integrity issue?

Hi all, I am building a template and I want to hide certain rows if the value is 0 (like discount, or sub-total) - we are splitting the costs for the customer into recurring and one-time, and they are both not always applying.In our Suppress Table Row XPATH, we are looking at the field type currency - we want to hide it for all currencies.Is there an easier way, than what we did, to always hide the field, when the value is 0, instead of using text() and adding the currency symbol like we do currently? Example: <# <SuppressTableRow Test="count (/Quote/Field1__c [text()!='0,00 €'])=0"/>#> <# <SuppressTableRow Test="count (/Quote/Field1__c [text()!='0,00 Fr'])=0"/>#> <# <SuppressTableRow Test="count (/Quote/Field1__c [text()!='0,00 zł'])=0"/>#>  I am certain there must be a more efficient way like using CONTAINS (?).We are quite new to this feature, so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

My Queue users have the ability to assign a task to themselves or to unassign the task from themselves. However, when they try to assign it to another User, it basically shows that there are no Users available. I have them checked off with all of the options and I don't have any assignment setup. What am I missing?

Is there a way to convert the language from English to Non-English when document is send for signature?

Can I send multiple documents for external review / or through an email? Scenario; I have to send documents to my external partner and all they need to do is receive the documents; no response needed on their end. I generate the contract and then I attach the quote as a related document. Currently I have a email document step but I cannot attach multiple documents. I understand you can but it gets tricky because I am not sure how I would tell the system to find the quote. Also, there could be more than 1 related document attached to the contract and all of those will need to be send externally. Is there a way to tell the workflow to externally send all documents related to that contract?

One of our users has lost access to the documents previously available on his account, despite still accessing the same account.

CLM is attaching a copy of the contract when review notifications are sent to the counterparty. We want the counterparty to review the contract by selecting the link in the email. How do I remove the Word doc from the email notification? 

I was curious if it was possible to get a notification email when any workflow is initiated? 

I know how to update attributes with variables, but I can't figure out the reverse. End users update attributes during the course of the workflow, and I need those to update the associated variable in the workflow.

How many versions of the CSV file or documents can be maintained in CLM.cm?

We have a PowerForm in the eSignature Templates which would be submitted by users outside of our organization. When the PowerForm is submitted it CCs an email address of xxxxxxx@example.com which is also set as the Inbound email address of a folder in CLM. On the eSignature side of DocuSign we have a rule that triggers the start of a CLM workflow.Here's the trouble we are having. When a PowerForm is submitted it CC emails the form as PowerForm.pdf into the folder in CLM. In our CLM workflow we Find Document in that folder based on the document name PowerForm.pdf. The problem here is if the PowerForm has back to back submissions relatively close together and the document for the first submission is still in the folder when the second submission is sent the second document is then named PowerForm(1).pdf. This will cause the second instance of the workflow to fail since it wouldn't be able to find it's document assuming the two workflows started in chronological order. If not in chronolog

End users are reassigning tasks to each other, and as an Admin, I can look at the workflow to see that it was reassigned. But, is there a way for non-admins to see that the task was reassigned? The activity doesn't show the reassignment.

I have been having to get redlines from recipients, negotiate them and than upload edit contract. I thought I used to be able to do this within DocuSign however I don't seem to be able to do this. I have enable editing by recipients but this only seem to give them an edit box and no redline function

Can an Administrator grant access to another user or themselves in the CLM to get into another users WorkFlow to make changes? In other word eSignature has administrator shared access permissions, is there something similar in the CLM?

I want to have Info dynamically change throughout the workflow/sub-workflow task progression (calling the Update Information step multiple times). I can reference the variable to Update Information based on two variables:<%#Variable.Contract_Name%>​ | <%#Variable.Workflow_Status%>​The variable Contract_Name also happens to be an attribute that the user can update. I can think of two ways to do this, but do not know how to do either:If the Contract_Name attribute is updated, I then update the variable Contract_Name by updating from the attribute. How would I do this if possible?Instead of referencing the Variable.Contract_Name when updating Info, I reference the attribute Contract_Name. If this is possible, how would I pull from an attribute in a Workflow?

​I have a process that has a couple child workflows. I have defined a variable in the initial "parent" workflow using parameters available for the document name that updates an attribute field. The final step starts the child flow and in the configuration you can add variable from the parent. Can a variable be passed from one workflow to the other and how is that done?Thanks

I can catch them via the expression function and store them in a variable. However, I have no idea how I should communicate with the attribute field. Currently, the workflow overwrites always the first position.Simplified examplePicture 1 (original value): The contract has 4 cost centers (31000; 221000; 52000; 12000) and needs a 5th valuePicture 2 (Workflow with value): A workflow updates the attribute field (Cost Center) with the valiue "99999 - This needs to be added". In the example it is hard coded. How can I set up reminder emails to go out x days before a contract expires?I have a Document Generation Upload form set up that records contract end date, as well as a "alert x days before end" field.How do I have reminders set to go out "x days before" the contract end date? I looked at smart rules and notification templates, but it looks like I can only have those triggered one period of time before the end date on the document, and not variable based on the document (Document x has a reminder going out 90 days before end date, Document y has a reminder going out 15 days before end date).I also looked at workflow, but wasn't able to figure out how to have it calculate the date the reminder should go out.

I want to have on an input form a start date and a number of months field and then calculate the end date to be that number of months after the start date. The end date will also be an attribute like start date and increment number of months.

I have added Rich Text box to several docgen forms. The rich text merge tag is the first "sentence" in the paragraph in the templates. When a user utilized the rich text box in the form, even without using html, the spacing is thrown off in the the remainder of the paragraph.. How do I eliminate the spacing issues created by using rich text format in docgen form.

I'd like to know how to reference the value in a CLM Document Generation from from within the same form. For instance. If I wanted the value in Filed B to reference the value that was input in Field A then what would be the syntax to use? And would this be an expression for Field B? I'm assuming that you would not use the merge tags since that is used to pull field data into the generated document.Thanks

Can I add a "Limited admin" role for an employee to help manage our account, without them having access to other employees Documents and security settings? For example, I need them to create Powerforms, which is an admin function, but I don’t want this employee to be able to see their co-workers personal/employment records that were completed in DocuSign.  If I can, please advise how to set this up-what permissions they need to have or not have. Thank you!
