Access to Security and Trust Assurance page

I’m working with a very small new company that needs to see ISO 27001 and SOC 2 reports for the context of using the Part 11 option. Our MSP (managed IT service provider) has attempted to contact DocuSign support to get access to the STAP package, and has not been successful. We attempted to register on https://www.docusign.com/trust/stap but that just collects info for marketing purposes, it appears. The Trust Portal access https://www.docusign.com/trust/trust-portal does not seem to be available either.I even looked at the old (now expired ISO27001 certificate from a previous company I worked with and attempted to lookup DocuSign on https://www.schellman.com/certificate-directory - but apparently DocuSign no longer uses Schellman as their certifier(?) They do not show up in a search.This has been going on for weeks - what can we do to get a copy?

Been going back and forth for a week with support to try and get a simple answer to a question. They won’t call, I can’t call them..they continue to send links that do not work. I am beyond frustrated and ready to cancel my subscription with them. Nothing should be this difficult to get help with a problem or a question resolved. Linda Sewell

How to Access and Download All Historical Envelopes in My Docusign Subscription?

Is it possible to view and download all envelopes that have ever been created under my subscription? I am the administrator of the account and primary user. I opened the account in 2019, however when viewing all envelopes they only go back to 2022. Additionally, I do not have a retention policy enabled.

How can I edit a document after it has been signed?There is a small typo on a date (wrong year) in which all parties agree upon.I don’t want to have to do a variation for a simple error.I don’t have a “Manage” tab at the top of my account. Thanks

Prepopulate signatures so my manager doesn't have to sign so many

I'm wondering if it's possible to have my manager’s signature pre-populated into Docusign that I can just add into our contracts so she doesn't have to do it one by one every time a vendor confirms. Is that possible?

I am trying to add my team photo to Docusign profile picture and no matter how I size it, it is too zoomed and can’t seem to get whole team in. Only 4 people, but help, why is this so hard??? Can manipulated in photoshop as needed, but no matter what I have done it seems to have a mind of it’s own as to how to crop everything out that I want?

Hello,I’m new to DocuSign. I cannot seem to locate an answer to my question. I have several assignments that I will be sending to an investor. Example of the signature page attached. It will need to be first signed by the assignor using DocuSign envelope. The assignee will sign next and they said they can just sign manually in their office. My company will be the GP and we will need to countersign and we can also do this manually. Is it an acceptable process to send the envelope to the assignor and include a cc for assignee. Will the assignee be able to print the completed document and sign and then email back to me so we can also print and countersign as GP? I wasn’t sure if it’s acceptable to ask someone to print and sign a DocuSigned envelope.Thanks!

Display/populate Day, Month and year using signed date of document but not the entire date

Found DocuSign formula field then used Date functions like Day(date) that worked successfully to print day of the signed date on the document. However, couldn’t find any formulas for Month and year. Is there any solution to print/populate month and year values of DateSigned in the separate fields ? For Example : Signed on this day _____, of ____ month of year ____.

Changed jobs, can't cancel subscription without email

I set up my Docusign account, which I paid for using my personal credit card, under my work email address. Unfortunately I was laid off and my access was immediatly cut off. Now I can’t get into the account to cancel the subscription because I can’t do the 2 step verification. I called the support line and it says I have to have an online support ticket created to get help. I can’t open an online support ticket because I can’t log in. How can I get help to cancel this account?

Why are there multiple and recurring DocuSign Envelope IDs?

I am trying to determine if a set of documents are authentic DocuSign documents. Each document has a DocuSign Envelope ID at the top and the signatures have a frame/ID.However, many documents have the same DocuSign Envelope ID at the top of the page. I understand that the document ID should be unique to each document. Why would the same ID be on different documents?Also, in order to track the duplication of DocuSign Envelope IDs, I’ve noticed that when I copy/past these IDs into a different format (Excel, for example), up to three different DocuSign Envelope IDs are revealed. Why would this happen? Would multiple DocuSign Envelope IDs be assigned to one document during the course of signing?

Unable to download data from Web Forms

Hi, I’m trying to follow the directions below to download data from a webform, but I do not get the Download Result option when I click the menu. Any suggestions? “You can download a CSV file containing all the data collected from recipients who completed a web form. You can use the CSV to analyze your data. You can also integrate the CSV with other external systems.Open the web form and at the ellipse (three dots) menu, select Download Result. The Downloading web form results message displays while processing the download.”

Can't see documents in chrome

When I click through a link in my email in Chrome, the link takes me to a docusign page, but it is totally blank. This happens with all senders. When I used safari it worked and I could see and sign the document. Chrome is my preferred browser and it used to work. Screenshot of what I see is attached, and this is where it just stops.

Bulk Download of signed docs for manual review without clicking. It should be simple.

I have hundreds of signed pdfs I need to print and record for HOA. How besides clicking every signed completed document, can I do a bulk select and download in DocuSign. This is maddening.

Envelope Preview should honor email message formatting.New

At present the when opening an envelope to action it e.g. the email body section only allows html formatting.However, most business users will not format messages using long strings of html, instead they are likely to use just plain text editing.And so the message is displayed as one continuous line of text: e.g. Message body in Envelope previewThe above message if formatted correctly in the notification email (even in plain text) and before signing. How the message should be formatted.Possible fixes:always display text formatted in the preview For larger messages truncate the text and have a ‘show more’ or ‘show message’ button that displays the message in full. Even better yet:Allow rich text formatting of the message (like for this post and in most email clients) in the first place and then convert that to HTML, if required. I’m guessing this might play a little bit of havoc with plain text based email clients - but you seem to be promoting html usage anyway.

Format recipient message in envelope

I have a rather long text message I need to include to my recipients, who are typically signing contracts, and when I set up my template with the language for the message, it looks fine, with paragraphs, bullet points, spacing, alignment etc. But it seems that once the recipient receives the envelope the paragraphs are all jammed together as one huge paragraph, including my signature block. Is there a way to keep some formatting, just paragraphs and spacing, in my messages to recipients?

When I try to login using the left button on this page :https://support.docusign.com/CSP_DSClogin?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Fcases%3Fdsrc%3Ddscit redirect me on the same page. After login, the Continue button just refresh the page.We pay for support and it seems there is no other way to reach support.

Question Regarding RON

Hi all! Would you be willing to share how your institution is currently using RON? We are currently not utilizing any online notary and are looking at potentially using this for at minimum consumer loans. Once concern we would love to hear how you tackled is in person closings, do you send via docusign for processing or do you send those the old fashion way for processing? One painpoint we are looking to clean up is the length of time it takes for the physical loan docs to get back to processing to get worked and scanned. Any information would be helpful! Thank you!

Wrong SSL Certificate configuration of docusign.net

Hey all,Our security solution marks emails from “eu.docusign.net” as phishing.The domain seems to belong to Docusign, and the email seems to be legit, but looking into why this is marked as spam, I saw that your SSL configuration for https://docusign.net/ is incorrect.I am not sure if this is the reason for the marking, but it would be good to rectify this in any case.The problem lies with the SAN configuration not having the plain docusign.net as domain name configured:This is what my firefox says:Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for docusign.net. The certificate is only valid for the following names: www.docusign.net, na1.docusign.net Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAINPlease check your configuration. If you could resolve this error, maybe it helps with your emails being marked as spam and blocked.

Include Standard Documents in Envelope Template

I am creating a template for our Service Agreement that requires a signature.We have 2 additional standard documents (FAQ and T&C) that we wish to include with every agreement, these do not require signatures or any input other than simply viewing them.Is there a way to apply the template in a way that the user only has to upload the Service Agreement and the other 2 standard documents are automatically attached?Or do they need to manually attach these documents each time?

Writeback to DocuSign Status Object with DocusSign App Launcher?

Hi,We are piloting an upgrade of the Docusign eSignature App (Version 7.2.1) to DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce (Version 6.10.2).Behavior with the legacy eSignature app was for the signed documents to be written back to the DocuSign Status object. It appears that the behavior in DAL is to write the signed documents back to the envelope’s related object (Opportunity, Contact, etc).Is it possible to change this behavior in DAL? We have a lot of automation/code relying on the documents being attached to the DocuSign Status object that will need to be changed if we can not modify that behavior.
