Formula & Validation for Long Date - Ex. March 6, 2024

Greetings! Is there a way to create a Text field that will automatically calculate “Today’s Date” but list it in an alpha-numeric pattern? Ex March 6, 2024. We want the signatory to be able to click on the date field and it generates the date without the need for them to type in the full date.

I just logged in to open a personal account with docusign and I also use a business account with the company I work for which is not under my name.When I login to the personal account my business account is what comes up.Why can’t I separate these two accounts at login?

Managing Contract Dates

How in Docusign do I manage contract dates so that I can see what dates contracts expire? By expiring I mean the actual contract, not the signing date. Is it possible to get reminders of contracts when they expire in 3 years?

New Search Function - "Name" search producing no results

Using the new search function in CLM, using Name (under CLM Document Details) does not produce expected results. Goal is to narrow search results to text embodied in name (and exclude document text).Searching on “Name exists” produces only small number of documents that have that field populated.Why is Name parameter not finding CLM Document Details Name? How do we search by CLM Document Details Name if not using method described above?

CLM Reporting: Date filters are inadequate and need product team attention

I need certain reports to refresh daily without having to manually update the end date for the date range I’m looking at in the report. One of my reports needs to show the quarter, for example January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024. Current options:Rolling Date Range - this looks back X days and looks back too far. If X = 90 and today is 3/26/2024, the system returns dates prior to January 1, 2024. This is not an optimal solution. Custom Date Range - this looks at the date I want/need, but requires manually updating every day. The system doesn’t allow for the inclusion of future dates. This is also not an optimal solution.I need a way to not have to manually update custom range, but have it be rolling or inclusive of the entire time period even if some of the dates in the period are in the future.

Orange error message work item does not exist or you do not have access to it.

I have been getting this message on a document in my tasks when trying to send out for review and counterparty review. When I click on the document it says work item does not exist or you do not have access to it.Please help I do not understand why this is happening. what can I do in order for this not to happen again to other documents. Also, is there a way to fix this.Some documents have worked fine.Also, what is the difference between sending out for external review vs counter party review.Thank you

Changing an attribute questions

How do I change an attribute question on the CLM “Generate Contract” intake form, which, depending on the response to the questions is routed for an approval in the workflow? Will changing just the text in this question (not changing the routing/mapping) create issues with routing through the workflow? I have tried updating the attribute question in the CLM Admin page, which does not allow me to input past a certain amount of text and also if updated in the CLM Admin section does not update the question on the initial “Generate Contract” intake form.

Public Link (Word Version Download)

My team has access to the public link and it is not set to expire until next year. When they click on the link and try to download the document in DOCX, however, it shows as blank with 0GB. The PDF version downloads without issues. Is anyone able to help me figure out how to allow the DOCX to download?

How to handle contract renewals?

Hello everyone. We’re using CLM mostly for a repository where wet signed contracts are uploaded. I’m trying to figure out what’s the best way to handle a contract expiring and either an additional term being approved, or a new contract being entered. Should we just upload a new version and changed the dates? Or should we upload the contract for the new year as an entirely different document? If its just an extension where a new contract isn’t signed, do we just update the expiration dates?

Forms field library - Conditions with contains

I have several conditions on the Forms in General Forms Library that use contains and then some text. Every time I have an update to the Form, the system wipes out the text in the rule. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to make it stop wiping out the information?

How can I update attributes that are either missing or need to be changed in bulk?I’ve read this article that teaches how to do it as if you’re bringing in bulk documents from another platform, but my documents are already in CLM. They need to have certain (existing) attributes changed or added.

HelloI'm having a problem with signatures, because mine doesn't go beyond the verification part of the settings, but all the PKI has already been added to work, but it doesn't go beyond that option.The browser cache was cleared, the browser was restored, and among other things. Would anyone have any solutions ?

When I try to print documents in a newly created room I get a message saying “Unable to print following documents” with everything I selected to print underneath. This is only happening with the 2 new rooms I created today, the old rooms print fine.

Template fields in API

I have a template that I would like to pass data into before sending for signature. i see some fields in the template now but can’t update them. I would also like to add new fields. I’ve looked everywhere but can’t figure out how to do that. Can someone point me in the right direction?I am using laravel php, and have built a service to the template in an envelop as well as a webhook that is updated when the document is signed, so I know I am close. I would say I was tearing my hair out about this but I am bald.

Where did the "whiteout" feature go?

Not having the whiteout feature anymore is really frustrating. It make using DocuSign to create and house templates nerve racking, since there is no way to fix a mistake, besides starting all over. Please bring this feature back. Thank you!
