I PAID AND IT SHOWS PAID UNTIL 3/25.  But it still says suspended.  checked it has come out of my bank, who do I call or should I just get a refund.  I have used for years, but need it now and I can’t deal with this.  Way to busy and already spent over 30 minutes

The behavior you describe is usually caused by having 2 accounts related to the same email address.

 

To confirm if that is the case, you can look for the last invoice generated in Settings>Plan and Billing, to confirm if it matches the payment in question.
