Salesforce : How do you add an interactive table with information about a child object to a template envelope?

How do you add an interactive table in a template envelope with information about the "Product" (standard salesforce object) associated with the Opportunity object? Is there a way to avoid creating a non-interactive table in Word?

Hello, While a document is circulating for approval/signature and I have someone mid circulation that has been assigned as getting a copy, does the circulation stop until the person opens a email, maybe they don’t get an email, or does it continue on to the next approver. i.e. if there’s 10 people, the person on copy is #5 in the list, once #4 approves, does it stop at #5 until they open the email or does it carry on? Thanks

Retention not back dated

We have had docusign for many years and would like to enable document retention. However we want to do this moving forward only to prevent our clients from getting potentially hundreds of emails. Why is there no option to use document retention moving forward and not back date it? Second part of the question is if we enable document retention does that mean the signee will only have access to those documents for the set period of time as well?

Envelope not received after being Signed.

We have a document that has 3 signatures. Signature 1 was completed and Signature 2 received their notification to sign. Signature 2 was completed but Signature 3 has not received notification to sign. We can see on our system that Signature 1 and 2 is complete and we are waiting on Signature 3. As a business we don't want to have to go the the client to ask them to complete again so is there something we can do our end as administrators to ensure Signature 3 gets their notification to sign?

DIFFICULTY SENDING A DOWNLOADED DOCUMENT

i downloaded a pdf document and put in the signers, but it wont give me any option to send. when i click on ‘prepare document for signing’ it says it is unable to send this document. i have done this many times before but for some reason it wont. i will when i send it thru zipforms but not when i upload a document. help.

I was invited to a room by the agent to access documents signed by the buyers, but I'm not able to access any information in the room. I have tried my login information each time it asks me to sign in, but after I submit my password, it just refreshes and starts the login process over. I cleared my cache and that still didn’t seem to help. The agent has tried to resend the invite, but it is still the same issue.

IMPORTANT BLOCKER: Multiple instance of flow run for When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)

Hi,When an envelop signature is completed, we expect this flow to run only once, but it gets triggered many times (between 4 to 11 times our users reported).We have tried to create with different versions of connectors. V1 the same issue, V2 does not work at all, v3 the same issue. Could you please guide us if there is something we can do, or is it a problem with the trigger itself and needs to be updated by Microsoft/Docusign?ThanksBest regardsHamed

Signed documents before I had an account, how to add them to new account.

Hi,I have recently signed a heap of documents for building a house through DocuSign.The bank needs the digital certificates and said I should be able to log into my DocuSign account and download them.I had not created an account prior to signing any documents, so when I created an account with the same email address, there is nothing in the history or completed sections.I do not have the original emails from DocuSign,Can they be added without having to ask the builder to resend them all.Thanks,Tiana.

Adding a signatory to a document circulating and removing one

Hi, I’ve followed instructions on how to correct an envelope to add a signatory but I’m having some issues. Once I add the new signatory and click ‘correct’, nothing happens, I do see the ‘correcting banner’ but still nothing happens. I need to add another signatory and remove the one that I had there so I need to set up new boxes for where this person needs to sign. I was expecting to be able to go to the ‘standard fields’ and add new boxes to the new signatory. Do you know what step I might be missing? I was even able to move the new signatory into their place in the recipients. Thanks
