Is there a way to change the email that the "verify new device email” is sent to.  I'd like to keep my account email the same but change that email to a different one.  Thanks

No, you cannot send the email notification for “verify new device” to a different email address. It will always be sent to the email address of the account, which is required to be verified. Everything else would not make sense, as you cannot verify a specific email address by sending something to a different email address.
