Is the DocuSign server having an issue today? I just sent an envelope to four different people and the envelope failed. The error message says that all email addresses bounced. I’ve rechecked the addresses and even reentered them all. Same thing. Three addresses are gmail accounts; one is a yahoo account. Can anyone help with this?

As of now, there are no reported outages or issues with DocuSign's main services, including eSignature, according to the status page. However, there have been some minor incidents in the past few days, but nothing that should affect email delivery specifically.

Ensure that the email addresses you're sending to have not blocked DocuSign emails. Sometimes, security settings or spam filters can cause emails to bounce.

If the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to DocuSign support directly for further assistance.
