I purchased the Docusign plan for 5 envelopes per month, but I’ve used only 1 during the month of June. When does the envelope supply replenish?

This will depend on your billing cycle, this means if for example, you acquired your Docusign plan on the 8th of March, the quota will reset 30 days after the purchase date, around April 8th, you can confirm your billing cycle on your account settings tab, in the Plan and Billing section.

 

As an administrator, you can review plan type, usage data, and billing information for your accounts. In Docusign eSignature Settings, select Plan and Billing. Depending on your plan type and payment method, you may have access to account plan type and ID, billing information, usage data, and billing history. View Plan and Billing Information.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
