Is there a way to keep my account open for a longer period of time? It logs me out after a few minutes specially if I jump to a different application to check something, by the time I come back I have to log back in and start the process again. I think it keeps it open for 10-15 minutes and I would like to have it open for at least 30 minute or longer.

The longest you can keep your session open is 2 hours. You can adjust that in settings for your account if you are an Admin.
