We had a user who was part of a powerform workflow, but is no longer employed. There are several envelopes waiting on that user to sign before moving on to the next user in the flow. Do these need to be restarted from scratch? Or can I reassign?

Hello,i’m an new docusign administrator and I need help about the stamps.My ex- coworker was the administrator and put all the stamps that the users need on a “library” and the permissions is to “everyone” (as seen on the screenshot) But one of my users don’t see the stamps when she try to apply one.Thank you by advance for the help that you could provide to me. Hi, I am new to DocuSign and in need of some guidance.We received a request to include a “signer page” within the document that needs to be signed. Where the final signatories can see whom has reviewed\signed off on this document but has may or not be required to sign the actual document. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks, Bryan

I am unable to use my templates.  First I click on ‘Upload’ and from the dropdown menu ‘Use a template’, then I select the template I want to use, I click ‘Add Selected’, it spins for several seconds as if it is uploading, a green message comes on the screen indicating ‘Template successfully added’.  But, the template is not there and I can’t move forward to send it out.Can someone help?

Either I don’t understand the directions, or the thing I want to do is not clearly asked for. What I want to do when I put a Signer Field like the “text” field, but I want the field to be labeled instead of text, saying, “ loan number,” so that it is clear to the signer what info is needed in that field. I have tooltips, but instead of “text,” what is to be entered in that particular field?

Hello,I work for a non-profit organization who provide social housing.We recently adopted DocuSign, and I’m unable to workout the best workflow for our scenario.Our housing assistants will meet a prospective tenant at a property, and if they are happy, we require they sign various agreements, which I have now created in DocuSign. My struggle here is that we cannot rely on the tenant to bring any type of signing equipment (mobile or laptop), so is there a scenario where the envelope can be sent to the assistant, and have the tenant and assistant sign the document on his/her company device, which has mobile broadband etc?

I am trying to figure out how to share envelopes in my account. I have 4 users and have paid for 6 seats. (60 envelopes) - how can I make it to where all users can use all of the envelopes? 

I’m having issues sending a new link for a contract I signed a week ago , whenever I do it never sends me it and whenever I enter the security code for the document in access documents it gives me an error  I checked my spam why every folder but I never receive the link 

I want to create a web form, which requires signature at the end. The form will be a consent form, so the user will read the form, then input their name, date, and then I want an esign capability at the end. I do not have one specific user in mind for this, it is a file the company wants on hand as and when it will need using in a simple way. Is this possible? I have tried to create the webform but I have no option to add esign. I feel I am going round in circles creating templates and uploading but then there is always something missing -help !

The document I need to sign only took first name, and I can not get it to take a different signature.  They have resent document to me but still will not take new signature.  I need to get this document signed for important surgery.  I have looked at video no results, two of us are working on this but are not getting anywhere.Please need help putting in new signature on document.  Thank you so much!LadyR

Should DocuSign work on a Chromebook?  I can sign documents that are emailed to me, but I cannot log into my account.  It says an error has occurred, Make sure your connection is stable and try again.  My connection is definitely stable. 

Logged into my account after some weird emails and I see a completed Docusign in my account but I didn't sign anything. It's definitely scam but is there any need to be concerned about someone using my signature? 

Hello - we would like to send a template of several documents, one of which is the recipient’s banking information. Once the recipient completes the package, I receive an email from Docusign, as you know. What I’m concerned about is that if someone accesses my email fraudulently, they have access to that banking information.Is is possible to have an access code texted to my phone before I can open that link/attached PDF? I’ve seen something on here about having recipients get a text to access, but the forms are blank at that point; the problem is with the completed forms possibly being accessed by a fraudster.Any ideas?Thank you!

We are trying to use the “Request a signature using focused view” within our .Net Application (C#) and are having trouble using the Fixed Signature placement in the top right of the document. Note: The PDF’s we are having signed cannot be setup with the anchor because they will be invoices coming from multiple customers.  We have it working using the anchor but when we switch to the fixed XPosition and YPosition, the document gets submitted and we can display it but the signature is not placed on the document. Here is the SignHere tab (comment is the working anchor). I tried width and height to see if it happened to be hidden 1 x 1 pixel, but no luck.   Are we missing something in order to get the fixed signature placement on the document?

Hello everyone, I am working as a programmer at a technology company and have the opportunity to work on a separate project with a client, Terus. This order is still normal, but there is a requirement from my client, Terus, that I must use eSignature API for some of their automatic functions. I have never approached eSignature API before in a learning environment. I accidentally searched and saw that everyone shared about eSignature API on the forum, so I want to ask everyone where to start learning?I also talked to Terus and they accepted that I did not know how to use it and told me to learn and complete the related functions at the end. Realizing that this is a good opportunity to gain more knowledge and serve my customers, I want to come here to ask to find a suitable path for my studies and work.Thank you everyone for reading my question, I hope everyone will respond and share experiences.-Tom-

We have built an integration with DocuSign, which essentially shares the envelope with the signer via our (Zingly’s) application.This is good, because it keeps the engagement between sales and service reps and their customers in the workspace. Having said that, in addition to the signer (customer) being notified that they can review and complete signing via Zingly, we would like to ensure the signer continues to get their “An envelope has been shared with you to review and sign” email from DocuSign.HOWEVER -- it appears that with DocuSign integrations (such as embedded signing), the integrations SUPPRESS all but the “completed signing” emails. I need to send 100 docs in one envelope - is that possible?

I have successfully established a template (Automatic template matching works too.) - I have added signature fields in the template. - The signature fields are on the last page of the document.The template has, say, 3 pages, so the signature fields are on page 3.The actual document to be signed might have 5 pages or 10 pages (different every time it needs to be signed). However, the signature fields are ALWAYS placed on page 3 since this is where the fields sit in the template. Signing on the last page seems like a pretty standard situation. - How can I ensure that the signature fields automatically get added to the last page (the actual signature is always in the same position on that last page). Thank youPascal    

I created a document and sent it to a client in China for e-signature. They are having trouble opening and accessing the documents for e-signature. Has anyone experienced this issue?
