Where did it go?

Question

Some of the already completed and downloaded parts of my document do not appear when I upload the document into the docusign space.  The original form was an online form but nearly everything transferred ok,  Nearly everything is obviously not what I need.  Any suggestions appreciated! TY

Hello TeamIf parts of your document don't appear correctly after uploading to DocuSign, it may be due to conversion issues or unsupported formatting.
