Hi All,In my document i have an anchor string “I:” in multiple places and the connector is adding at all places where it finds “I:”, but when I try to enter some values in those text boxes, same value is being taken automatically in every text boxes in the document. Sample ImageI entered - Test2 in the first text box and same value is being auto populated in other two text boxes as well. Can anyone help me on the same? RegardsSasikanth

Hello,Has anyone experienced an issue with envelopes not always sending a pdf version in the completion email once everyone has signed a document in DocuSign? We’ve gotten some feedback that some HR are not receiving the document enclosed in the completion email, only as a link to DocuSign. (Please note, sometimes the document is included as an attachement and sometimes it’s not - there doesn’t seem to be any difference in these scenarios.) Many thanks in advance! Kind Regards,Lauren

last year, I went through the Identification process where the signatory presented his passport to a DocuSign verification officer via webcam, and after having the officer confirm his identity, he obtained a security code for qualified electronic signatures via SMS and then executed a qualified electronic signature.I don’t remember what I should select to go through the same procedure as last time in the DocuSign’s platform, where the verification officer confirms the signatory’s identity via webcam. Is this identification procedure no longer available?On the other hand, when I used the “DocuSign ID Verification for EU Advanced with Liveness” method of Identity Verification this time, I was able to proceed to the electronic signature without speaking with the verification officer via webcam, simply by taking a picture of my passport and a video of my face. Does an electronic signature in this procedure count as a valid qualified electronic signature that complies with eIDAS?

How do I find documents that others have sent me that I have signed?It seems like my email may be associated to multiple accounts. The account that I can log in to, 29922419, is NOT receiving documents that I signed related to that associated email address.How can I make sure that 3rd party docusign agreements sent to my email get associated to my active account? And can I archive other signed docs into that account if I have the security keys for them?I can reach \old documents from my email links but I would like them all collected in my account.

Hi!How can I revoke senders' permission to add standard fields to the document in an assigned template, but still give them permission to adjust the recipient list or to add contact details and fill in predefined fields in the document.With the settings “Template Usage Options” i am not able to do that.Is there another way?

How can I send a docusign document to a fax address?

I’m trying to open a new tab from my application, allowing to an user sign an agreement. I have follow the tutorials, consult the API, test it with the API Explorer, and I’m not getting that the sign appear in the returned URL. I make two requests:https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/enveloperecipients/list/ https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/envelopeviews/createrecipient/The first one gives me all information I need to make the second one:{userName: “name”,email: “valid@email”,recipientId: “a number”,returnUrl: "http://example.org",authenticationMethod: "None"} This return a response 200 with a URL.When I open the URL in the browser, I can see the document but I cannot sign it. What am I doing wrong?

In the developer console, I can download a csv file with a  envelope.Is there a rest api that can download the csv?  

Hello, We’ve been asked to integrate eSignature in one of our internal web applications (named Talent) so our users can sign electronically during annual assessments.I’m in charge for integrating DocuSign in Talent using Authorization Code Grant flow. I have followed the example provided in GitHub and added another AuthenticationScheme in the client as the default one is already used.However, I met a CORS issue when calling DocuSign as a preflight request was sent before the original request and failed as the header “Access-Control-Allow-Origin” was missing.In my first attempt, I tried to enable CORS in the integration application from DocuSign “My Keys and Apps”, not working, then I implemented a CORS middleware following Microsoft documentation, but it didn’t solve my problem. So I need some guidance to implement the authentication to DocuSign correctly.The architecture of our application is 3-tier architecture: one client-server web application (Net.Core 6) and the database server.

Hi All, A quick question… I am looking to engage in a business transaction and have been presented with a Docusign document as proof of an existing contract between 2 parties. This legitimacy of this contract is important to our decision to engage or not. Is there a way I can verify this document to be true and authentic? I have been emailed the document which has the envelope ID on the top left of each page.  Thanks for you help/advice in advance.  

I have a process that requires two approval signatures, both from signing groups. The problem is that both of the groups will continue some of the same users. Is there a way to ensure that the same user doesn’t sign both times?For example: Signing Group 1 contains users A, B, C, D and Signing Group 2 contains users A, B, C If user A signs on the first signature line, is there a way to restrict it so that only users B or C could sign on the second line? Thank you!

Do you happen to know if there is a way to do any of this 2 things in the DocuSign templates, regarding the Recipient field/ section? Option 1 - they can edit or remove Signer 1 that’s autogenerated when they hit the button?Option 2 - they can add a second signer and either one can sign but not both. Think of it as (1 OR 2) not (1 AND 2)

We’ve been sending the same type of documents over to customer via DocuSign for as long as we’ve been using DocuSign but for some reason it errored out even though it did not meet the size limit. It’s a just a little under it. I’ve tried to compress the file but unable to upload the compressed folder. We’ve removed some pages, 2 out 20 and still get the same message. We do not want to split up the package into two. Is there any other way to send this file without getting the error message?

Hello,I'm using a company account on DocuSign and recently used the Bulk Send feature. I want to download all the signed documents from the envelope, and after some research, I found out that I need to contact support to get a download link for DocuSign Retrieve. However, I'm facing an issue: I can't log in to the DocuSign Support page with my login credentials, even though I have no problems signing into my DocuSign account using the same information.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much in advance!

Hi!Is there a way to have multiple party files with party management enabled? Asking since we have multiple business units each with their own customers, so don’t want to open system up to errors by selecting another business unit’s customer or death scrolling by listing all business units’ customers for everyone.Thanks,Dave Z

Hi :) Is is possible to send out two documents at once to the same recipient without them merging together? One is only for viewing and one for signing, but right now they both get sent as one really long document to the recipient despite attaching two separate documents in docusign.

Is it possible to have all parties view the DocuSign once it is sent but still have a signing order. Ex: I send out a docusign for three people; Can all three people view the docusign at the same time, but only person 1 would be able to sign.

Can envelope waiting for External Signature be reassign by an internal signature to another person?

Hello everyone! For work, I often send forms for approval, to be signed via DocuSign. Along with the form, I send documents that need to be signed using a digital signature on Adobe, not via DocuSign, after the approval flow. The problem is that when the approval process is complete and I go to download the document to be digitally signed, the PDF is locked, and I can't apply the signature.Is there a way to prevent this from happening? The PDF that needs to be digitally signed on Adobe is different from the one signed on DocuSign; it is uploaded only for reference, to be viewed. Thank you!

HI  I have created a dynamic Template that contains adopter and foster information for a shepherd rescue. The adopter signs the adoption contract, and our rescue also completes with signature.Our Treasurer uses the final contract information to document for tax purposes the adopter information and rescue fee and puts this info in Quick Books. The new template style makes it hard for her to copy and paste the info. is there a way to write the dynamic data fields that were created into a CSV file or google sheet without having to use a tool like Zapier ? or do I need Zapier to do create and document the list of adopters, rescue fee, adopter info etc 

The last couple of days when sending DocuSign to more than two receipts - the first recipient will receive the email to sign and then the second recipient will not receive the email for a few hours (or unless I “resend” it). The box is NOT checked with a preference of who signs when. Is anyone else having this problem?

How do I edit an advisor phone # that was entered wrong for the access code?  when I try and edit the docusign, I get a message that editing will cancel the original and I will have to resend.  The client has already signed and all I want to edit is the ohone # for the advisor signature.

HI, there. Pretty sure I know the answer to this one, but is there any way to remove the VOID watermark from voided envelopes? Or to download a previous version of the agreement - before it was voided?Thanks, Zoe
