Hello communityI made a mistake  in paying for sighning for signature autorization. Is it possible to become money back, because i did not want to pay for that.

How do I export a report of my organization's customers and the type of signature of these customers, whether it is a digital or electronic signature?

Hi everyone, We use two QES variants in DocuSign: Live-Call and AI-Check. We use both variants in one document. Now we receive the error message "The identity workflow already has a signature type specified" when we want to trigger this.Can you please support?Many thanks,Yvonne

I understand from the DocuSign website that the email links expire after 48 hours but clcking the link will redirect you to generate a new link.Is there a similar sort of process for the 2 factor authentication? Does this expire? Thanks 

Hi Guys,I have used the DocuSign app for over a year now and have problem with it. But today after I start new envelop and assigned the signers, I could not get access to the signature page. It was blurry, like it’s blocking. I checked if there is issue with the account, but the next bill is due after three days. Why I have this issue? I would appreciate if anyone knew how to fix it.Thanks

If I have access to a Shared Access Account, can I make that my default account when I login? 

When I upload a fillable PDF to templates, the fillable fields disappear when I then try to Bulk Send it. How do a upload a fillable PDF and keep all the fillable fields?

I would like to be able to send a Docusign template to multiple people at the same time, without re-selecting the signature fields for each recipient.  I am specifically wanting to send out our employee handbook to all of our employees, individually and independently, and have them read and sign acknowledging receipt of the handbook.  I want to send it out to everyone at the same time and not have to reselect fields for every person.Is this possible and how can I get this done ?Thank you in advance for your help​​​​​​

I currently have a Business Pro account and am planning on downgrading to the free account before my membership renews. However, I have a lot of documents that I’ve sent and I’m wondering if I’ll lose access to them when I downgrade? Or will I still have access to those? Thanks!

Hi, why is the attachment field not appearing in my standard field in DocuSign?

Hi everyone. I'm using a Powerform as an attendance sheet and I can't close it to have all the signatures on the template. I've created a template for people to sign and I thought I could download the template with the signatures at the end, but I can only download a csv document.Is it possible to download just a document with the signatures or isn't it possible at all? I remember that it could be possible (at least trying to print it - but I can only print one envelope at a time)  Thank you! 

I have the same email for 2 accounts. One is a personal account and the other a company account. Documentation says I should be able to swap between accounts, but I do not have this option.I am struggling to get any meaningful support on this. The bot is not helpful and no advisors are ever available to talk to. I can’t find an email address to send to either.Any suggestions for how to find a contact to try and get this resolved.

Hi, My recipient has already signed in Docusign before so when she gets the email and tries to sign, it shows the old signature.  That signature is wrong, however, and she needs to change it.  She doesn’t know how and i’m not sure if she has a Docusign account to go and change.  I’m hoping she can change it in the email that Docusign sends her.  Otherwise, i have to drive to her house to have the original document signed with the correct signature.  How can she change it?  Thank you!! Barry

HI all,I have a docusign template with 4 attachmentsForm with docusign fields to agree on a proposal. Proposal (which is added during the signing process). T&C (fixed in the template) DPA (fixed in the template)I want to see the DPA and T&C at the end of the docusign template. But I only can set the T&C as supplement. I also want to set the DPA as a supplement. But the DPA also has signing fields.The proposal should be visible after the Form with Docusign fields.Does someone has a solution for this?

Hi, we have adopted DocuSign by integrating it into our SharePoint document management system. By starting the signing of a document (for example a transmission note) I need to attach the accompanying documentation. How do I upload documents from SharePoint? It seems that it is only possible to draw from the computer's local resources or from OneDrive. It would be crazy if you had to download documents locally from SharePoint and then upload them to DocuSign. Right? 

When i try to sign a document received by email i try to sign but it shows me the attached error.Can’t find your certificates 

Last year when I was using DocuSign to verify signatures in Jotforms, I only used a couple envelopes.Now, each person is using an envelope.How do I setup Docusign to allow 100, or max number, of signature verification before using an envelope.I do not know until they are used, who will be using them. Dave

In my company only a limited number of personel has a Docu Sign account. These people send the  documents to all coworkers who need to sign.Is it possible that they can send documents without actually seeing the document (because it contains private data of a colleague)? e.g. by giving the corresponding group leader the right to send the document

Hello, I would like to design my Docusign account in order to automaticaly resend every day uncompleted envelopes to the people who have not signed yet the envelopes.

We are being acquired by a larger company that has DocuSign as well and would like to move/port over our existing account and users into their organization so that it is a seem less transition for employees and customers. We currently use API and Brand features and would like to maintain all of the same settings, IDs, etc. in our own account environment under that organization. Is this possible and if so how?Are there enhanced plan features we’ll need to consider or potentially add?

I received an email that an envelope has expired and is now voided. I have no idea what envelope is now voided. I searched by voided and by one of the recipients names nothing. I use templates and send over 400 a year so the subject line search isn’t helping. I received the email today and there are not voided envelopes with today’s date on them.
